Just finished Generator installation , super impressive. From Lee and the quotation process, everyone in the office being flexible playing phone tag have been very pleasant and no pressure experience. Jess kept me posted every step after contract signing on permits and scheduling.Techs Jefry & Kenneth were very polite, friendly, and professional and excellent craftsmanship. Even in this heat today, they pushed through and finished well within the estimated time frame. Post installation walk through was easily understood and walking the installation definitely showcased the pride in their work.The whole system looks nice.

James Lusk is the Ready Power representative assigned to prepare my Generac standby generator for the 24-hour run in and the subsequent oil change and reset after the run in several days later. He and I inspected the initial installation and noted a couple of items to be corrected. He then prepared the generator to run. He was very detailed in his preparation and documented his steps by taking many photographs for the file.He also provided me with the information necessary during the tutorial to manage the generator during and after a power loss incident. He spent a lot of time to make sure I knew how to start/stop, go through the control panel sequences for various functions and information.I appreciate the professionalism James exhibited while instructing me and the impeccable manner in which he conducted himself.Ready Power should be extremely proud and grateful that James represents his Company with technical skill and personal character.Thank You James

My whole house generator was due annual service, and I contacted Ready Power to get set up. I got an appointment scheduled, and my technician came out to work right on time. My technician was James Lusk, and he answered all my questions and well its completely courteous the entire time. When he was finished servicing my generator, he came to the door and told me all about his findings and what was required to keep my generator operational. He explained it all and we ran the generator up for the final test run. I cannot say anything bad about this experience. Five stars just is not enough!

I cant thank Zack Sanford enough for saving the day today! Its a Saturday, our generator has been running 80 hours since Hurricane Francine (9/11/24) and when our Entergy power was restored, something wasnt working to allow us to resume Entergy power. Zach was great in having me troubleshoot over the phone but needed to come out. I am so glad Ready Power does emergency after hours calls! Zach quickly figured out what needed to be replaced and then demonstrated some start up and shut down procedures that I videotaped for future reference. I know it was a long day for him (he had just fixed a generator in Mobile and Im in New Orleans!) but he worked as if he had all the time in the world. Such a great guy! Thank you Zach!!!

Kaleb came today to install our fire switch on our Cummins generator. He is the most professional, knowledgeable and friendly technician at Ready Power. We request him for everything!!!Purchasing a generator is a huge investment for most everyone. After careful research, it was apparent that Ready Power was the company leading the rest purchasing a Cummins 20KW seemed correct after an educated friend had already purchased a Cummins. The research showed the quietest decibels and while the price is somewhat higher than Kohler and Generac, I am sure my neighbors and I will appreciate the upgrade for the optimum quiet sound deliverance. Spencer, the salesman, was so professional and answered every question very timely. Once we contracted for the Cummins 20KW, everything was set in motion. The installers, Jeffrey and Kenneth Reyes, two brothers were extremely polite, hard-working and consistently adhered to the installation timeline. Jess in the office was in constant communication with us for the multitude of inspections. All being said, the fire up date is next week and we are very happy we are out in front of New Orleans hurricane season! Thank you Ready Power.J

He supported his inspection with pictures and explanations. Very comprehensive and thorough inspection. 100% pleased and satisfied whenever we have our inspections. Ready Power is prompt, and the technicians are very professional. As I have said before, when we hear the generator doing its weekly test, we feel confident in case there is a hurricane and/or power outage. And, he responded immediately.***********Service and MaintenanceGenerac is installed and was scheduled for the 24 hour TEST.Jakolbi arrived on time and put the Generac through its paces and then it was time to train me.Training is fairly straightforward at this point, seems simple enough so I dont take photos or notes.24 hours later I successfully shut down the Generac at the electrical panel BUT BUT BUT I have no power in the house.Its 930 on a Saturday morning. I text Jakolbi and he responds immediately with a couple of questions. My answers do not compute so I send photo.From the photo hes able to tell me what I still need to do. After that I can see lights in my house and text him the news.Unless you have a better understanding (mine was zero) of how all of this works, take photos or notes._____________________________________________________Kudos to Jefry and Roberto at Ready Power!!From start to finish, the team demonstrated professionalism, technical expertise, and outstanding communication.They arrived ahead of the scheduled time and went to work. ReadyPower sold and installed a Generac 26kw unit at my home and I have to say it was a fantastic experience. Heath in Sales was extremely knwoledgeable, personal, and professional. Everything he promised was delivered and then some. Every person I spoke to on the phone (I am so sorry for forgetting names here but this applies to all) was top notch and knew exactly what was going on. The text messaging system kept me in the loop the entire time so I always knew what stage in the process was the most current.On installation day the crew showed up bright and early. Again courteous, professional, personable, and efficient. The installation went perfectly and I have nothing but wonderful things to say.Desmond then came to the house and checked all the systems, got the generator registered, primed, etc and then spent time with me walking we through all aspects of the generator. By the time he was done I felt like I could handle anything on the user side at anytime. He made me very comfortable with our new equipment. Desmond is a rockstar and Ready Power is lucky to have him. I am sounding like a broken record here but he was personable, extremely knowledgable, efficient, an excellent teacher/communicator, and really just a pleasure to spend time with. When we wrapped up the tutorial we got my Mobile Link app all set up and we started the system up for a 24 hour run test. My family and I just used everything in our house as we normally would while also testing every appliance, light, device, etc to make sure they worked. Zero issues and the placement of the generator greatly minimized the noise coming into our home AND our neighbors homes.After 24 hours I followed Desmonds instructions to flip back to public utility which came right back online and everything worked as it should. The following day an enterprising young man named Jakolbi came out to do the oil change and valve adjustments recommended after the 24 hour test (all inclusive of course). If I had a quarter of the intelligence and ability Jakolbi has at his age I would be on top of the world at my age. Just another complete Rockstar and pleasure to work with. He walked me through how to change the oil myself should I ever want or need to and again I feel more than capable after his tutorial.TLDR: ReadyPower is the right choice for any generator needs and their employees are among the best I have ever worked with. I will recommend them anytime I am asked for my opinion on the matter.

Zack was the technician that serviced my mom’s generator last. He was more than phenomenal! When he got here the light was red, he reset the fault and ran it several times to make sure it didn’t come back. Weve been using Ready Power for a couple of years now. Another company installed our generator but we had some issues that the other company couldnt resolve. The Generac headquarters in Wisconsin recommended Ready Power--they are their authorized installation and repair company here. Ready Power figured out that the other company didnt have some settings programmed correctly. Our generator now works perfectly and we have Ready Power come out twice a year to service it (check it, change oil and filter etc.). Certified technician Jakolbi came out yesterday--on time, company van, so polite and personable. He did the maintenance on our generator and set the exercise time exactly when I wanted it. I received a text confirming my appointment and it had Jakolbis name & photo so I knew who was coming. Loved getting the text updates and how I could see how far away he was when en route. Ready Power Generator Company came Highly recommend from a good friend, so I called and scheduled an appointment, Kaleb Hatmaker the Generator Technician called when he was 30 minutes away and arrived on the scheduled time. Kaleb was extremely professional and knowledgeable about my generator and preformed the initial start up without any problems. Before leaving Kaleb full informed my wife and I on the complete operation of the generator and the maintenance schedule. It was an exceptional experience. Another company took months to NOT fix my generator. Ready Power arrived within an hour and had it fixed an hour after that. Ready Power installed a 32KW Generac Standby generator in December. In preparing for Hurricane Delta, I noticed a small oil leak, and contacted Ready Power to have it serviced. Within a few minutes, a representative from Ready Power contacted me for a service call. Matt, the technician came out today as scheduled, and discovered that the oil cap had vibrated loose. He replaced the cap, thoroughly cleaned the entire unit, and ran through several tests to ensure that the unit was running properly. He then ran several tests to ensure that the brain of the unit was functioning as intended. Once complete, he made sure that all of our questions were answered, and gave us his emergency contact information, should the unit ever malfunction. I cant express how professional and service-minded a company Ready Power is. From the initial call I made, through the installation process, through todays service call, Ready Power went way beyond what I would expect, to ensure that we were satisfied. I would recommend them to anyone needing a stand by generator. Great company!!
