When looking to install a replacement roof on our newly purchased home, Joshua with Above All Construction was prompt in his response to our inquiry and was very well informed about all the aspect required to replace our old roof with the latest GAF roofing material to qualify our home in the Fortified Roof Program. After receiving the estimate, we were put on the scheduled promptly and his crew was very professional in their workmanship and accomplished the roof replacement in one day - all under Joshs supervision and in coordination with the Fortified roof inspector. The crew and Josh were also very meticulous in their cleanup after the work was completed. All in all a very good experience in replacing our old roof just before hurricane season!I would highly recommend Josh and Above All Construction.

I think they did a fantastic job on the roof. The communication about the scheduling and times to arrive was spot on. I was very happy the crew was big enough to get the job done in one day. They seem like they worked very hard and fast. The supervisor on site to monitor and update us on progress was great. I would definitely recommend your company to anyone looking to get a roof replaced or installed . The cleanup was a big concern for me, but the team was awesome . Pricing was competitive and the warranty is unbeatable. For the next 10 years, no matter the wind speed of our next storm we wont pay a dime to fix the roof. And with a $9000 deductible that is huge both for our finances and peace of mind. The roof looks great and they were able to repair deck damage we had no idea was there. If I could give it 6 stars I would. hands down one of the best roofing companies Ive had work done by in my life. Extremely professional, very punctual and great communication. Supervisor was there the entire time communicating with us as well as the guys doing the work. Even went to my neighbors afterwards to clean up any mess they may have made. Was here before 7 AM and completed by 2 PM. Complete tear off as well as replaced a couple portions of rotted plywood, still got done before the day was over. beautiful end product and great quality. Pete and his team at Above All Construction were absolute pros. In our first meeting, Pete took the time to explain every part of the roofing process with my wife and I, from technical stuff down to which shingles would best suit our needs. He was transparent, friendly and patient. What I was really impressed with, was how he kept referring to the shingles as “our” shingles (Ex. “We want to remove anything that can damage our shingles.”) To me, it really highlighted the sense of ownership and accountability Pete dedicates to projects. He wants to deliver lasting quality to his clients.Pete ordered the materials we requested and his team went to work about a week later. While they were working, it began to rain heavily and we thought for sure the job would have to be postponed. But to our surprise, the crew waited out the rain under our carport and once it stopped, they climbed back up and started working again. They completed our main roof and garage in ONE day. Wow!I can’t recommend Above All Construction enough. They treated our property with the utmost care, safely removing and disposing of multiple satellite dishes left on the roof by the previous owners, trimming branches that could harm our new shingles, reinstalling our string lights after they were finished, and even blowing our driveway clean. If it weren’t for the new roof, it would be hard to tell that they were even there. That’s how small a footprint they left.

Pete and his team were a pleasure to work with. Extremely responsive and prompt. From the time of inspection to job completion, it was only a few days. Given that we had a roof leak, he made an effort to get it repaired asap to prevent more damage. Every time I spoke with anyone from this company, they took their time to answer any questions and were always polite and respectful. Erwin, who worked on our roof, was able to locate and fix the damaged spot within about an hour, when other roofers/inspectors could not identify the problem area on multiple trips. Another consideration: Pete did not recommend any extra work that was not necessary. There was a question of replacing sheathing, but I appreciate honesty/transparency in telling when a job does not need to be done in order to save money. Will definitely do business with them again and I enthusiastically recommend!

In 2022, Pete and his crew installed a new GAF Timberline roof at my home. He has done everything possible to make sure that the job was done right, including some services that he did at his own cost. I could not ask for more.--------------Following Hurricane Zeta (2020), we thought we were going to need some roofing services related to chimney damage. Pete was extremely helpful in discussing with us how we might proceed and was poised to come out to our home quickly to get us watertight. Ultimately, we took another approach to the problem, but Petes assistance, cooperation and friendly communication were invaluable in getting us to the point of that decision. We certainly will turn to Above All if we need more extensive services in the future.

I would highly recommend Above All Construction. There service was prompt, professional and affordable. It also comes with a warranty! They came out gave us a quote with a booklet to pick out our shingles. Once me made our decision, they were out the next day to drop off the materials and get the job started. They completed the job fast and efficient. The most important thing that stood out to me was that the manger came out the next day to make sure the job was done. To my surprise a couple of hours later the owner showed up and got on top of the roof to assure that the job was completed properly. I recently had Above All Construction give me the roof of my dreams. Rather than replacing my shingled roof I opted for a forest green tin roof with a skylight over the living room. I love it! It is perfect for my little cottage home and the only maintenance it will require is changing the screws in 20 years. The workmanship is impeccable. The lines couldnt be straighter. Pete, Above All himself, was in constant communication with me as the project moved forward and much to my delight his experienced crew finished the two day job in one day. When Hurricane Delta hit last year, Pete with Above All was the only contractor I contacted who was willing to come out to repair my roof. Everyone else wanted to put a tarp on it. My hurricane deductible was $9,000 and I wasnt ready to replace my roof. I needed my roof repaired and time. He sealed air vents and replaced missing shingles and gave me the time I needed. We called Above all to work on a complicated water ingress situation that needed to be remediated in order to prevent major damage to our warehouse and its very expensive content. We also contracted them to build some custom very large louvers to create passive cross ventilation in the building during the hot summer months. Pete, the owner, and his team worked tirelessly to make sure our needs were met and more! The louvers were designed, fabricated and installed flawlessly and his team made sure that the work was done on time and with great care. Pete and his crew are awesome! I called Pete over an annoying little leak coming from roof jack, my roof is fairly new. When I explained to him what and where it was coming from Pete eased my stress cause Ive been freaking out about this nagging leak for weeks (with all these crazy NOLA showers). Pete scheduled a day that works for me and sent Earwin, a very professional gentleman with years of experience. He then saw where the leak was coming from and from there I got an estimate. Im very happy Pete gave me a 1-year warranty, the little leak after the repair was leaking just a tadbit. I called Pete up with no problem and he will be sending Earwin to check on it again. The customer service that Pete and company show is great. My stress about the leake is gone. I am recommending this company to the rest of my friends that are in the process of buying homes.
