    First time hiring Shrewsbury Plumbing & Heating, so I didnt know what to expect. As it turned out, it was a wonderful experience. From the pleasant and knowledgeable office lady who took my call, to the professional technicians who showed up on time to replace my kitchen faucet, things couldnt have been any better. The techs worked diligently to perform the job at hand, cleaned up everything, took away the old faucet and were gone on time. The next time I need plumbing service, Shrewsbury Plumbing & Heating will be the first company I think of. So go ahead and give them a shot, you wont be sorry.

    Stan came out within 30 minutes of making the appointment, and even with a trip back to warehouse for parts, within the hour he was finished and my a/c was working again! He worked quickly and without wasting any time. I highly recommend this company to anyone in the Shrewsbury/New Freedom area

    I highly recommend SPH. From my first phone call to the completion of the work, everyone was professional and their customer service is incredible. Cathy was extremely helpful in getting my service scheduled and Brennan, who worked on the water main in my home, was on time, professional, and explained everything he did. Good customer service is rare these days and SPH has it together. If youre looking for a great company to handle your plumbing needs, give them a call!

    Nate was great! He removed our toilet in 15 minutes! He was friendly and professional!Brennan came for the second visit to put the toilet back in its place.     Brennan arrived within the hour I was told that he would. He was friendly and identified himself. He asked how he could help and asked for as many details as I could remember, narrowing down the possible needs (parts and tools).     I used SPH to replace a faulty pressure regulator that was original to my home. Brennan came out on time and professionally. When he didn’t have the correct part he quickly got the right one and was back lightning fast and replaced it with ease. I will definitely be using SPH again for any plumbing needs.

    Listen man these guys JUST finished my house today and I’ve got absolutely nothing bad to say about these guys. I live in a townhome 2.5 bath and 3 bed and I was quoted by 2 companies @ $7,000 to redo the plumbing with Pex A and these guys charged me $4,004. The original estimate was $3400 but I also had them replace my shower valves. They did exactly what they said they’d do, they were super nice and professional. Stan was really nice and so were the guys who did the actual labor I believe it was Tim and Nate. These guys definitely got saved to my contact list for any future plumbing jobs or heating and if anyone asks who I went to I’m sending them to these guys. Bottom line is they were great and saved me $3000 from the other guys for the same labor, and materials. Got the plumbing done in 3 days time but they guys made sure to always leave me water turned on in between days for showers and cooking etc. they cleaned up the mess afterwards. I’m so happy I went with these guys.

    Outstanding Customer Service!This was our first time to use Shrewsbury Plumbing and Heating, and we had a great experience. Our AC went up July 4th and our plumber was on vacation. So we roughed it all weekend. On Sunday night I went on their website and was able to schedule an appt for the very next morning.Mason pulled up right on time, was very courteous, and very quickly diagnosed we had a clogged condensation line. He cleared the clog, replaced the piping with a clear valve so I could see any future clogs, and showed me how to clear them myself.I would definitely recommend using them for all your plumbing needs.

    Stan was great to work with from the beginning! Economical pricing (we compared), solid expertise, and good availability. Staff were all around pleasant and knowledgeable, and I felt comfortable leaving the house for them to work. Some hiccups happened along the way (more was broken than we thought, my driveway was too icy for them on the day the repairs were scheduled, and adjustments to the neutralizer had to be made) but they were prompt to address the problems and reschedule. I feel they went above and beyond to be patient and helpful when I was overwhelmed with everything that needed to be fixed. I would have trusted them to install a tankless hot water heater because they know how to prevent the pitfalls of tankless in our area. Unfortunately, it wasnt in the budget this time. Thanks for getting my well water and hot water all sorted out and I will gladly use your services again!

    Shrewsbury Plumbing did an awesome job installing a tankless water heater in our home. Tim and Nate were very sensitive to making sure everything was done to our satisfaction. When they started to move the old water heater out of the basement, much water was still in it and they made sure water did not spill out by rapping the water heater with tarps and bags so not to damage the hard wood floors up in the 1st level. We are extremely pleased with the tankless water heater and we ended up going with that from the recommendation from Stan. He gave us a very thorough explanation of the pros and cons between a traditional water heater and a tankless water heater and the tankless has been working great! Thank you Shrewsbury Plumbing

    Our AC died due to the prior owners cheaping out on parts. Outside unit, coils, you name it. The new outside unit they initially received to replace ours was damaged and they werent comfortable installing it. They drove out, same day, to pick up another one up in Harrisburg. These guys are the real deal. True Professionals and all around stand up guys. Our AC output increased by at least 50%. If there are any problems in the future they will be on speedial.

    Stan was able to make a service call on Saturday afternoon to replace my leaking kitchen faucet, shortly after I talked to him. He also repaired some previous work that was done incorrectly. The new faucet works perfectly and does not leak. I will definitely call Key Property Services for future plumbing work.

    I called Shrewsbury plumbing right before they closed to help us with an install of a taller toilet. My husband ran into DIY trouble (rusted flange). We needed an appointment quickly because the only bathroom on our first floor was out of commission and was needed for my elderly mother.The person on the phone was VERY nice & helpful.     The guys over at SPH have been excellent to me since day 1. They have installed a water treatment system (way better than Culligans overpriced stuff), new hot water tank, well pump, and a heat pump, showing up in a pinch whenever I needed them.     Working with SP&H was a pleasure. I asked Stan to come out to evaluate my old, ductless house to see if there was a way to get central air in it. He came over and looked over the entire house, even climbing into my tiny crawlspace of an attic. We came up with a few solutions and eventually got it booked, and 2 months later Ive got central air and a more efficient heat system installed. My house was a challenging one but I dont think they could have done a better job. The workers were here everyday on time, communicating to me throughout the process, and cleaned up everyday before they left. Overall a great experience and Ill use them for anything plumbing or HVAC related.

    I just used Key Property Services for installing a new water heater. My existing water heater was from 2005 when I purchased the house so I knew it wasnt going to last forever. I started noticing rust colored water coming out every so often from certain faucets so I figured it was time. Stan originally came over to attempt to service the water heater but shortly into the work we concluded it needed to be replaced. This was all on a Saturday which most plumbers wont do without charging you double since its not a week day. Stan went back to his shop and got a water heater and we got started. There were a few hiccups simply due to how the old one was connected so it took a bit longer than expected but Stan got the new lines hooked up and a new gas line connected and its looked great. There was a small leak that I noticed and Stan came back the following Monday and came in to repair it. Cost wise his rates were very reasonable and its nice finding a plumber who works on Saturdays which fits in perfectly with my schedule for not having to miss work. Stan was very knowledgeable and answered a lot of my questions and concerns. Id recommend Key Property Services to anybody whos in the area looking for a reasonable rate from a reliable plumber.thanks stan!
