He was very through, knowledgeable, professional and courteous during the visit. Very pleased with his workmanship and left the basement/outside area clean as it was when he arrived. Kieran completed the annual maintenance, then explained all the options for replacing our aging furnace. This may be necessary in a year or so. He was knowledgeable mabout all the different systems and ways we could proceed.

Got up this morning with no heat in the house. Called Aero about 10am and Tucker arrived about two hours later which was great since it was still snowing. He found out the problem right away and started repairs. As always Aero did a great job with their service which is why Ive been with them for close to 40 years. Tucker was very professional and knowledgeable and did a great job!

I have tied for 2 days to get an issue handled by 6 different reps over 2 days they could not resolve my issue, I found Georgia phone number and she found my account fixed all my issues in less then 10 minutes. She was so much more talentede then any other rep I spoke to in the last 2 days. She is the gift to Aereo Energy what a pleasant and knowledgeable person for Aero. Thank You Aero for her!!!

Josh from Aero Energy did a wonderful job for our annual PM today. Efficient, Friendly, Professional! He came out last year for emergency call, and got us up and running quickly.Todays maintenance was a five-star also--Starting from communication by phone call about expected arrival time, and his being punctually here--to his readiness to service our units with attention to details. Joshs customer and technical service are top notch; he was even courteous with extra cleanup of our water hose, shutting doors, etc.

The customer service at Aero is exceptional. The rep assigned to renew my annual agreement was patient, knowledgeable, and she presented information clearly and concisely. The service to the actual tanks is nearly transparent to us, meaning they perform the service efficiently, and with limited interaction, which is nice in general, but especially nice during the pandemic. We highly recommend Aero.
