My landlord called them in to diagnose an issue with our very stinky toilet. They came the next day, quickly assessed that it was the wax ring, and had it replaced within the hour. The plumbers were very kind and communicative and patient with my escape artist of a cat. Definitely reccomend!

Had an outside spigot break off the other day. The break was Inside the wall and difficult to reach so I called Openshaw (referred by a friend). Two folks, Zach and Trevor, showed up and did a great job replacing the damaged spigot and pipe without having to tear out any drywall inside. I was surprised since the area where it was broken was very difficult to get to. Very happy with the service and will definitely use them again.

We called Openshaw for a plumbing repair. They showed up the next day in very good time and completed the repair quickly and properly without costing us an arm and a leg! We will be using Openshaw for all our future Plumbing needs!!

I just had work done for the second time yesterday. Both times, I have had nothing but great things to say about Openshaw and have recommended them to neighbors. They are very professional and they communicate very clearly as to what is going on and what they will be doing. Just yesterday I woke up to no water in my home (well water) and they responded promptly and got the problem fixed in a quickly. I had no appointment but they squeezed me in. If you need any work done, I highly recommend Openshaw Plumbing. They are honest and good people.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Customer service is fantastic. Technicians are amazing. I worked with Tim today and he is so professional and friendly. We use them for everything. They are honest and will tell you the most cost effective way to get things done. Theure rates are great and they will get the job done fast. They know what they are doing so a job may take two hours for others it takes half for them. Others take their time to get the job done because you are paying by the hour, Openshaw gets the job done right in half the time. I would highly reccomend.

I came home with my 15 month old son to a cold house. After fooling around with the furnace thinking the pilot was out, I called Openshaw. Scott was at my house soon after, maybe 10 mins tops. He diagnosed the issue, showed me a few things and had it fixed in less then 30 mins. Great service, very personable! Highly recommended!

Openshaw installed supply line for gas oven. Oven installer said that supply line was not correct. Openshaw returned, AT NO CHARGE, and fixed oven connection, which they had actually done correctly. They even made sure that the oven fit correctly against the wall.
