I called for service after a power outage. Kato was very pleasant to talk to. He explained all the work he would be doing. He showed me the damaged part that he replaced and recommended other work that needed to be done. Hell be returning to complete the work when the parts come in. Would not hesitate to use his services again. Very professional all around.

Incredibly happy with the service! 2 times now Ive called for service at my farm, they came out in under 2 hours both times. Most recent time the issue was due to an Eversource issue, he kept reaching out to check in throughout the weekend and was right back out as soon as Eversource fixed their issue. Its nice to have someone who truly cares and treats you like family and not just a job!

We had an great experience with Kato Electric. We have used him twice and both times he was able to come out to the house on the same day we called. He was professional and worked quickly and didnt try to up-sell any services. He just fixed what was wrong. Payment was transparent and easy.

Hired Kato from Kato Electric to Install 5 Gimbal Lights and the accompanying Dimmers. He was easy to work with reasonable and had the project finished quickly. He even cleaned prior to Leaving will definitely use again!

Hired Kato Electric for a project we were working on….kato was able to meet the specifications worked around the other trades on site by installing 5 lights and the dimmers requested by the client and quickly too! everything was exactly as specified and client was extremely pleased will use again thanks Kato! 🎩

We hired Kato Electric in a bit of a panic. A major winter storm was approaching, large parts of the state were anticipated to lose power, and my wife and I just had a baby.Not wanting to lose power in single-digit temps, I bought a generator. The house was already wired with a transfer switch, but we discovered there was a disparity between the generators amperage and what the houses plug would accept (30 vs 20).Kato Electric was able to come the next day before the storm and made the upgrade in short time. They were friendly, professional, and reasonable. We never did lose power, but being able to use that generator would have been a lifesaver (and Im sure will be in the future). Highly recommended!
