Marty is excellent at Best Electric. He helped me and then helped me further by getting my service provider to come out on site to fix an issue not even on my side. He is very knowledgeable and at no time talked down to me. He heard me and issue with open mind. And came up very quick with answer to issue. I Recommend to all whom is willing to read this message. He is the Best at Best Electric hands down. -

The inside part of our doorbell was making a funny noise. Checked it out and it was very hot. Felt we needed an electrician quickly so it didn’t start a fire. Looked online and found Best Electric. It was in the evening but Marty said he would come right out to look at it. He was here quickly and took care of the problem. Most likely helped us prevent our house catching fire. Marty was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Will keep him in mind for future needs and definitely refer him to others.The cost for coming out after hours was extremely reasonable. -

I am a woman who is by no means stupid, but have been taken advantage of with home repairs in the past. I would recommend Marty at Best Electric to anyone for their electrical needs. He was quick, knowledgeable, friendly, and the price ended up being much less than I thought it would be. Marty is amazing! The power in half my house blew out and he came over within a half hour of me calling him to take a look. He had my power back up and running in about 15 minutes. He was very friendly and an absolute pleasure to work with. I’m so glad I gave him a call! I highly recommend Best Electric and will be going to him again any time I have electrical issues! -

Marty was very professional and returned my call quickly and this was on a Sunday evening. He came out that night and diagnosed the problem immediately. Fixed it to get us through the night and came back and fixed it Monday morning. Also checked the main breaker panel to make sure nothing was wrong with it. If I have any other problems, I will call him. -

Best electric does a fantastic job, I called them early on a Thursday about swapping out all my sockets and grounding them, they came out about an hour later, and finished the job in a very reasonable time. They’re very reasonably priced, and they do an awesome job! They’re the only electrician I will use in the future and I’d recommend you only use them too. -

Had issue with my meter box and before I got off work he had already had duke disconnect the power, called the building inspector and had him lined up to inspect his work once completed. He was almost completely done when I got home. Very fair on his price also. I would definitely use him again for any electrical work and recommend him to everyone. -

Today is the second time I’ve used Best Electric out of New Castle. The first time he replaced my entire breaker box. Great work and did it for a portion of the price others had given. Solid work, solid guy that is there to take care of you and won’t leave until the job is done. Today I had to have the entire outside box replaced, on a emergency Call and he was able to get here same day. Worked late and still only charged me a fraction of what others would have. I strongly recommend him and he’s going to be coming out to do some more work for me in a couple weeks. Strand up guy that doesn’t stop until the job is done. -

Our breaker box was a hot mess (pun intended). Multiple lines had been spliced together. The washer, dryer, microwave, and wall sockets from 3 rooms were all connected 20 amp breaker. Marty diagnosed the issue quickly and gave us a range of options. We chose to have the box totally redone, fixing all the splices, and replacing the hodgepodge of circuits with a uniform brand and type. When we tell friends what we paid, they are shocked (pun) at how little we paid. We will definitely call Marty if we need an electrician. Heck, hes such a nice guy we might call just to talk. -

Long story short ..I woke to no power coming from 4 outlets n one being my air conditioning pluged into ..on a Sunday ..Marty came to my home in ran down n tested wires n crawed thru hot Attic n figured out the problem n got my air up n running again .A very nice man & very good electrician..from now on this is who Ill call for my electrical problems..thank you for coming out on a Sunday when no other electrician would work..
