Great service; my family had an emergency with our pottery kiln (its vital for our family business), I called around for 45 minutes trying to find any electrician/appliance repair company who could come help, all of them were booked for 2-3 weeks in advance. the one who could come out was going to charge $500 for an emergency outside-of-normal-hours service for a repair that would take 15 minutes. I called this company, the receptionist was incredibly understanding & helpful, she told me that theyd give me an estimate after they arrived, when I told her I was anxious about that she had the manager call me himself so he could get information about what was wrong & give me an estimate; he did and it was fair; the repairmen were on time, polite, and fast with their work. They didnt overcharge at all, it was perfect service in my familys time of need. glowing recommendation from me. I will be calling them again in the future to install power lines & for any other repairs.

Jeff is great! I’m blown away by the professionalism and honesty of this company. I was originally assigned this company through my home warranty company, but discovered that there were other issues that also needed to be addressed to repair previous work from a prior contractor. Even though it was late in the evening the day before a holiday, Jeff and his apprentice stayed late and made sure that our breaker box was replaced and all safety issues were addressed and taken care of. They came out the same day (because someone else canceled) and we now have hired him for two future jobs for additional properties. I would have no hesitation recommending him and his company.

I have been so eased with260 IE .... My home warranty assigned me to them on the2 occasions that I decided to reach out for some electrical work and have been so pleased. We were more than impressed with this company, we have electrical experience yet wanted a professional to evaluate a circuit that kept popping, upon deeper inspection they found the real issue which if left unfound could of harmed us. They explained and showed all they were looking at and why, they were dilligent in looking for the deeper problem, they were very professional, and showed where the problem was when found. They were both so professional, so nice so genuinely kind I completely understand why they have a five star review. I’d like to thank 360 Inspired Electrical for a great job. My circuit breaker was out to my refrigerator. I called to see if they could come out today instead of a later date. Indra, listened to my concerns and promptly got the Master Electrician out to my house with in a short time. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and promptness of the service. I highly recommend 360 Inspired Electrical. It’s not every day, one experiences excellent customer service. The electrician took time to even show me how to change my refrigerator filter. Wow, I cant say enough good things about 360 Inspired Electric. The world needs more companies like this! Jeffrey Webb replaced a ceiling fan for me and did an excellent job. Both he and the office manager who scheduled the install for me were so kind and easy going, yet professional. I felt they really cared about the quality of their work and their customers experience. Jeff even vacuumed the debris left by the work and moved my furniture back in place for me! This is a company I will definitely use again! I cant recommend enough! Thank you 360 Inspired!

Last November my Nest thermostat lost power. A visit by a AC company determined it was an electrical problem. A electrical company came and while the problem was fixed, it lasted only four hours. They ignored my calls to come back.360 Inspired Electrical came and performed a comprehensive analysis of the problem. The technician checked every possible site until it found the problem and permanently fixed it! I highly recommend this company. The technician was knowledgeable and he took all the steps to fix the problem. I will use them again.

We heard about 360 Inspired from a neighbor who had used them. We called for a quote. The owner, Jeff, set an appt, came out and listened to our needs. He got back with us with a detailed quote broken down with several options (as we had requested). We accepted his quote and set an appt. On the day of the appt, he let us know he was on his way and was on time. He and his helper were very polite and professional. They worked nonstop most of the day to get the job complete. We were very pleased and would highly recommend him.
