Highly recommended! GrayBrook Construction built a new patio roof that tied into our existing builder roof. Weve wanted to do this for some time, but were not able to find a builder that we felt we could trust to bring our vision to life. We were sold after John wrapped up a project on a neighbors house; the level of craftsmanship was perfect! Weve been having trouble with multiple doors in the house since the drought last year due to the house shifting. Other companies told us we were going to have to replace the doors and spend a lot of money for two sets of French doors and three interior doors. Graybrook Construction came to look at the job and told us that all the doors could be adjusted except one interior door which would need replaced. They sent out Stephanie to do the work. She did a fantastic job. All of the doors work perfectly now. She was efficient and got it all done in less than a day. Graybrook saved us a ton of money and Stephanie was excellent to work with. This was our 2nd project with them and we intend to use them for many more.

John and Melody are awesome. Being able to text to book is 10/10 in this busy world. John cut back a cabinet over the stove so we could mount our massively oversized microwave. He even made a custom magnetic closure door to fill the gap and still give us access to the electrical above the microwave. We could not get ANYONE else to come out and even look at that small of a job. John showed up, knocked it out, and left the kitchen cleaner than when he got there. We’ll be using them for future projects and already have one in the works.

John and Javier are excellent craftsmen and the quality of the work they did was top notch. Updated on 4/6/23 - This is the second project we have had GrayBrook complete on our home. This time they created a custom modern built in solution for our TV wall and they did an amazing job! We could not be happier with their work and professionalism, yet again. Next up - office built ins, and we cant wait!We worked with John and Melody to update multiple items in our home - new lighting fixtures and/or ceiling fans in all rooms of the house, kitchen backsplash removal and install new backsplash, bathroom faucet removal and install new faucets, add kitchen cabinet and door hardware, install curtain rods, etc. We recently purchased a new build DR Horton home, so we wanted to update all of the fixtures and some other details, to make the home feel more like us and less like a stock home. We started with a lot of small projects that took 2 guys 3 1/2 days to complete.The quoting process was very easy - we set up a time for John to visit our home and walk through all of the starting projects, then Melody sent a quote soon after. We approved the quote and scheduled the starting date. They are very busy so youll need to get on their schedule asap, if you know you want to work with them. I think we had to wait maybe 5 or 6 weeks for them to be able to start, but it worked well for our timing, as we were still waiting on some fixtures to arrive.John was always on time, very kind, and worked diligently on all the projects each day. The same goes for the other workers that were with him. And I loved how tidy they were! Each day they cleaned up and did not leave a mess. Ive worked in commercial and residential construction in a past life and hardly any of the contractors would clean up after themselves, leaving a mess for me to clean up every day, which was (and still is) a huge pet peeve of mine.At the end of the project they even hauled away all of the waste (fixture boxes, all old lighting, etc), making it so much easier on me. I was really dreading having to sort all of the boxes, styrofoam, etc, and take it all to recycling.We have a few future projects that we cant wait for them to tackle, including a custom wood shelving and TV wall, with a fireplace insert.Obviously, we highly recommend them for your home projects!
