Our water heater pilot light went out and I couldnt get it to reignite. I called Works at 10AM and they had it fixed by 12:30PM. They asked me for pictures of our water heater which I sent to them via text and they were able to relay the pictures and issue to a technician in the field who diagnosed the problem, picked up the part they suspected needed to be replaced, and came by to install it ASAP. Their resolution worked and now we have an operational water heater again. I appreciated the fact that they asked for pictures to try and solve the issue remotely (instead of waiting to physically come by and diagnose it) and that they got someone out by us ASAP. Incredible service and they didnt try any sort of upselling of any kind. We also used them to replace a water heater at our old house and they were professional, efficient, and on time back then as well. Couldnt recommend Works Plumbing enough if youre ever in a bind for your plumbing needs, especially for water heater issues.
