    JEFF, your fellow worker, Bret arrived at our home to fix and replace plumbing problems in three areas. We could not be more pleased with his work. The pricing was more than far.Thank you for quality work,and most importantly excellent staff.

    Last night at 4:30 PM, our sewer became frozen and wouldnt drain. We had water starting to backup. We called Ogden, they said oh no, not good, this cant wait and they had someone there within 30 minutes. The two guys who arrived were super professional and followed Covid protocols. They kept us updated and were done and out by 6:30. They cleaned everything up, there was absolutely no mess. They made sure our plumbing was working, cleaned up the area where the sewer started to backup and put everything back the way it was! I was so impressed. We have used Ogden Plumbing in the past and tonight was not the first time Ogden Plumbing has saved our butts, and while I hope its the last, I know who we will be calling when we need plumbing in the future and if/when we have an emergency. Ogden Plumbing - they rock, seriously.

    We had originally called Absolute plumbing and made an appointment for a floor drain that was plugged. Earliest they could come over was almost a week away but we agreed, Friday between 12:15 and 2:00pm. At around 12:20 on Friday, they called and said they had some emergencies come up and wanted to reschedule even though we waited almost a week already, very disappointed and angry, we said just forget it and we called Roto Rooter which put us in touch with Ogden plumbing in Neenah. Ogden came out in less than 2 hours of the call and quickly fixed the issue. Very fast, friendly and professional service, would highly recommend Ogden plumbing for all your plumbing needs. Thank You, very happy customer!!

    I discovered at 10:30am that my water heater had what appeared to be a leak. I immediately phoned Ogden Plumbing. Not only did they provide excellent customer service, they went out of their way to make sure I understood exactly what was happening (a handyman, I am far from). They agreed to meet me at home within the hour to determine if I indeed needed a complete replacement....after all, who wants to spend that kind of money if they dont have to. Unfortunately, a replacement was the diagnosis.....but I was in great hands with Odgen. Everyone I worked with, from the receptionist to the two gentlemen who completed the replacement, was exceptional. I had a new water heater and was back to work in less than 2 hours from the time I first placed the call. First class service.

    This is the third time I used Ogden. The first time was 2 yrs ago when my sump went out and basement flooded. Brett helped install a top of the line sump with back up. He was professional, pleasant and trustworthy. I truly appreciated his help and insight in the midst of that nightmare! I had him come back about a month later to snake a camera thru my system to the city plumbing to assure there were no obstacles which may cause future back up. He was once again thorough and very helpful.Last night, it was raining in my basement thru a light fixture, fan and fire detector. Then, the fire alarms went off as it tripped my electric. As well, I went upstairs to find my upstairs bathroom also flooded. While I was doing damage control, a friend called Turek as she saw they were 24/7.... or so their website says. I didnt know who she even called until we waited for a call that never came until 4 am. Fortunately, I figured out to turn off the water to the toilet and another fixture so the leakage stopped but I was loterally sick over it and panicked! Im a widow and thank God had a friend over and staying downstairs to notice it! Nonetheless, once I realized it wasnt Ogden, I called them once again for their help. The technician, David, returned the call within 2 minutes and was onsite within the hour. Greater yet, he confirmed it was a minor seal problem whereas I thought I busted a pipe! Problem resolved once again thanks to Ogden. I WONT GO ELSEWHERE (although I sure hope my flooding issues are over!!!!)Professional, timely, 24/7 and reliable. Worth every penny and highly recommended!! Oh, and BTW..... Ogden had come and gone by 0915 and I had a missed call from Turek at 11 am - didnt even leave a message. I called to verify if it was them. They blamed their answering service. I also suggested in the future they leave a message vs hang up as people are truly in a panick. He blamed it on another call coming in and being busy. Possibly so but in my opinion, no comparison to the professionalism Ive received and witnessed with Ogden!!!!

    Water seeping into basement. Called Ogden Plumbing. Fast response less than 30 minutes. Analyzed problem, sump pump failure. New pump installed and operational quickly. Resolved and functioning within the hour. Fast, responsive, and quality service that I recommend.

    We had the sewer back up in the basement on a Friday night in a house we moved into 8 months earlier. Roto rooter couldnt get pipes cleared and they recommended calling q plumber. We called Ogden plumbing and they came out Monday morning. They quoted $3,000+ and came in $200-300 under cause I wanted to do the clean up myself. (And they are beening really understanding about paying off the last half of the bill in payments.) I am fine cleaning up mud, sewer slop and cement dust. But I didnt appreciate finding two saw blades left behind on my basement floor. I have pets and kids in the house and finding them made me nervous.

    Brett came out and fixed a pipe that was leaking in the wall. He was friendly and professional. He came out on Sunday morning so we could turn our water on for the weekend. I couldnt be more satisfied. If you need a 24 hour plumbing service, these guys will get the job done.

    Work done was to re-install a commercial dishwasher to add service access. The Plummer, had a great attitude, arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and professional. The work was done exactly as required and the results were better than expected. We would be happy to utilize them again.

    I don’t typically go out of my way to do a review, however, I feel I need to after today. I have a fairly new construction house and it’s very dry in the winter months. I had a local heating and cooling company install Aprilaire which required a plumber for my application. I made a phone call to Ogden Plumbing and they were able to come out and complete the required installation within a couple hours of my phone call. Thank you very much!
