    The entire Keyes family are professional, reliable , knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and do the job right. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed working with Susan at the office for design tips and ordering. She is super efficient and fun to work with. Paul has taken on many of our large and very challenging remodeling projects and the results have been excellent and long lasting. Many of my own family members in town only use Keyes & Sons for the same reason we remain loyal customers. They do a fantastic job and are always so professional, friendly, careful and extremely clean. In the office, Susan helped me select every fixture for my personal home salon and guest bathroom involving many fixtures and parts. She handled every part of my order and it all arrived on time. She made our most recent remodel project such a joy and are so grateful for their quick response time and availability as our project continues to progress.

    Its never a good thing seeing water dripping from your ceiling. Not knowing any local plumbers, I asked my neighbors who they would recommend, and they recommended Keyes and Sons. When I called, they worked with my schedule and took the time to investigate the extent of the damage. I appreciated Brett and Paul taking the time to discuss the plan of action with my husband and me. They made sure I understood every step of the way. I would highly recommend their services.

    I called Keyes Plumbing through a recommendation from my realtor. A Keyes plumber came right over the next day and fixed my slight leak with the best and most cost effective solution and he gave me a recommendation for a person to do some additional carpentry work that was required. He was professional, neat and respectful of my time. I certainly hit the jackpot with Keyes plumbing and being new to the Neenah area, have found my local plumber!

    We at Jericho Road Ministries have been using Keyes for many years. The reason we keep calling on them is because they are reliable, professional and do a top notch job!!     Keyes Plumbing always responds quickly to any need. They communicate with you and come on time with all the materials they need to complete the job quickly and professionally.     Over the years, I have always done all my own maintenance on our hot water heating system. I could always walk in to the counter at Keyes and get whatever parts were required without any problems, and always got a smile and a thank you. When the old system went into retirement , Glen and his crew were super fast installing a new unit and straitening out some of the piping, moving zone valves from the rafters down to the front of the boiler, where they are super easy to service. This was done right before Christmas and the house didnt even have a chance to get cold. Needless to say, Keyes is my only choice for any plumbing I need.When the crew left, it wasnt even apparent they had been there, it was so clean.

    Keys & Sons installed the plumbing and fixtures for a half bath in our basement and re-routed the water lines as necessary and installed water and gas services for a laundry area also. They cleaned up some messy plumbing under the kitchen sink to improve drainage and serviceability. I was very pleased with their work because it was thorough and they explained the options and benefits of each. The price was not cut-rate but I feel it was fair and I got a lot of help and I am very satisfied with their work. Marvin

    Beside the fact that we know the Keyes family, they have been in business for a lot of years. Dick built the business up and taught his boys what it takes to do a great job and keep customers happy. They are all professional and know what they are doing. We had them replace the hot water heater and everything went great. Brian even hauled away the old one. Its called Customer Service! Give them a try.

    I woke up on a Friday morning to find no hot water in my home. After investigating, I found that my water heater (which was beyond its life expectancy) finally kicked the bucket. With water all over my basement floor and seeping into the finished portion, I was a bit frantic having experienced my first home emergency. Calling around to a few local plumbers, Keyes was the fastest response, gave me an honest estimate over the phone, and was at my house within an hour with a brand new water heater. Within less than 2 hours, they had completed the job, installed a new shut off valve, and quoted for a chimney liner that hadnt been put in when the furnace was switched out years back. Paul Keyes was very honest with everything, pointed out some flaws in previous work and what to do to fix it, and the job itself looked beautiful when completed. Thank you for making me a customer for life!

    You cant go wrong going with Keyes Plumbing & Heating they are there when they say they will be and get the work done fast and leave your house as clean as it was when they came in. They also have good ideas and suggestions. My experience was when they put in my new hot water heater which is located at the far west end of the basement from the kitchen and powder room and upstairs bathroom. Glenn suggested putting in a recirculating line to the east end of the basement to the kitchen sink to have instant hot water at that end of the house. I tell you that is the best money I ever spent we now have instant hot water at the three places I mentioned above.Paul A. Kerscher

    The last time I called Keyes, I needed a repair on my Kohler toilet that was 3 years old at the most. He knew exactly what was broken and replaced it. It has been working very well since they repaired it. They know the plumbing business!

    Last Friday our basement flooded. Keyes and Sons responded quickly! Both guys were friendly, efficient, and installed a new sump pump. I just got my bill and I was sweating a huge charge. I was surprised that I wasnt gouged for the hour they were here or for the pump they installed. THANK YOU!
