    We have used Drucks since we moved to the area over 3 years ago and have no complaints! All technicians are wonderful and great at answering questions. Dan, the last technician we had, came out and checked out our water heater. He was thorough at explaining what he did, why he did it, and what to do in the future. Also love that if they have to come out for the same problem within 30 days, they dont charge you another trip charge. Great service and customer service over the phone as well! Thank you!

    So happy with the way everything went. From scheduling to finish. Tech is very personable and informative.     My 9 year old water heater started to leak and I called Drucks Sudden Service in the morning. I was told that someone would be coming by after they finished another job. They kept me informed on his arrival and it was soon. Todd arrived and gave me a fair completion price and I gave him the go-ahead. I was very pleased with his work and the attention to detail that was provided. My problem was taken care of within 5 hours of my call and I have no regrets whatsoever in using Drucks Sudden Service.

    Our furnace stopping working and I called Drucks yesterday morning. With how cold the forecast was, it was so important to have someone come right away. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very nice and caring and they were able to send a tech over within a couple hours. Our tech was so professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He actually explained to me the things he was checking for and how I could spot some things on my own in the future. After a short amount of time, he troubleshot the problem and had us up and running. I could not be more satisfied with the entire experience, including the cost. Very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Drucks to anyone looking for fast reliable service!

    Responded in a timely manner. Very friendly & professional. Install was done in about 1.5hrs. The only negative I have is they couldn’t show me a break down of services provided (ie. Price of water heater & cost of labor & any other charges). I was told it was a free estimate. And that estimate was all inclusive of $2,590.00.

    My fiance and I move into our home about 2 years ago and have had issues with the toilets in both of our bathrooms since the beginning. We finally decided to call Drucks to help us out. They were very professional and knowledgeable and gave us different options on whether to fix or replace the toilets. We opted for replacing both toilets and Im so glad we did! The toilets work perfectly! They were also able to do the installation the day they came out as well as give us a estimate on remodeling both of our bathrooms. Were both very happy with their service and cant wait to work with them on our bathroom remodel. Highly recommend!

    Suddenly had a water heater burst in the basement with water everywhere. Made one call to Drucks and within no time a tech was in my driveway. Friendly and efficient service all started with the initial phone call and continued through the entire project. This is the way customer service should be!!!

Service people all professional and with good communication skills. They honor their warranties. Have a problematic toilet they have visited several times for. Not a problem with their work: problem is older house & prior owner remodeling issues. Will make them my first call.

    Service has always been on time and as promised. This visit was to replace a lifetime warrantee water heater. The service team arrived with new water heater in the truck. They had anticipated the end result, based upon the age of the original. Excellent planning.

    My garbage disposal died over the weekend. I called Drucks on Monday and they showed up early on Tuesday. The service was timely, the service team was clean and friendly and they did the job as estimated. I couldnt ask for anything more - oh, and a one year warranty on the service and parts.

    Had a service complete on my furnace 2/25/19 and was very pleased with everything. I asked a multitude of questions and every single question got answered.     They were absolutely amazing! The flush valve on our toilet broke and after three hours of me attempting to replace it (with only written instructions, zero plumbing knowledge, and a multitude of youtube videos *hangs head in shame* ) we finally called a plumber. It needed to be fixed ASAP as my girlfriend just had knee surgery and that was the only accessible bathroom for her. They went out of their way to help us since it was so close to their closing time. The plumber (Todd!) was amazing, didnt judge me for thinking I could become a professional in a few short videos, and had us up and running in record time. I will hang up my wannabe plumber hat and ALWAYS call the for all my plumbing needs. I recommend you do the same!! Thank you TODD and DRUCKS!

    We lost hot water. My sister did some research on the code given on the water heater. Drucks had installed the water heater and its still under warranty. They responded immediately to fix the problem. Unfortunately, the initial problem led our plumber to research the next possibility of repair. He demonstrated remarkable perseverance and professionalism as he worked to resolve our problem. In the end, he fixed the venting, replaced the switch and motor,so we have hot water again. The problem was so complicated that it took 5 hours and several trips for parts to finish and solve our problem. Todd is exceptional in his professionalism and perseverance. We are grateful to him and Drucks!

    Extremely friendly staff and very fast. We had a copper pipe burst in our laundry room thanks to bitter cold temperatures and our own ignorance. I called at 9pm-ish and asked for callback for the morning, not needing emergency dispatch. I was called back by 9am the next morning and the plumber arrived by 1:30, everything fixed within an hour. I found the rates reasonable and all charges were clearly explained before agreeing to the work. Ill be keeping their number saved for future use, hopefully no more emergencies though 😄

    A/C unit went out all of a sudden. I called at 8pm and they connected me with their service tech who was willing to come out that night to take a look at my unit. I told them that was unnecessary and so they came right away the next morning. Service tech did not try to sell me anything and explained everything amazing. Ended up not being able to fix my unit as it was 27 years old. We went over options and suggested the cheapest route would work best for me. 2 days later they were here and installed new AC unit and everything is working great. Would recommend to anyone at least on the AC unit side. Office and service tech were some of the best I have ever encountered (I bought the Goodman AC unit and they have 18 month 0% interest through greensky, which is what I went with).

    Woke up to find our water heater was leaking water everywhere. I googled plumbers and Drucks came up 1st so I called. The receptionist was wonderful and polite. She said a plumber would be to my home within the hour and sure enough Todd was! He was so professional, friendly and honest with us. We needed a new water heater sadly but Todd installed a new one as quickly as possible. We were thinking it would be a few days but were surprised to learn they have their trucks stocked to keep lives moving. A very great experience under the circumstances!
