It was a Sunday morning. Called about our power flickering. Arthur was courteous, honest, and professional over the phone as I explained what I was experiencing with my power. He recommended to contact the power company first before having him come out, as he believed that I had a faulty neutral on the meter side. Duke power confirmed what he had said. Thank you sir. -

Very prompt. My motherβs electric panel exploded one night and the very next day he had a new panel, the power back on and also coordinated everything with the electric provider and the local inspector. What a godsend!
