Great experience with Jacob the Electrician. Chris did the initial visit. He was on time, professional, and knowledgeable. His estimate was delivered when promised, and the team arrived on the day and time that was scheduled. Charles and Charlie did the work, and they too were professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. The quality of the install and components was excellent. The work involved two sub-panels and the pulling of cable via pre-installed conduit under a driveway. After their excellent clean-up, they took the time to personally verify all their work with me before leaving. A five-star experience, highly recommended!

Ive used Jacob the Electrician for 4 different jobs at 2 different properties. They have changed multiple light fixtures and switches for me and also installed and mounted a microwave. Im very happy with their service and their reasonable prices. This most recent time, Jeff and Charles arrived on time and were polite and respectful of my space. They were friendly and got the exterior light fixture changed out and hauled away the old one. I would recommend them to anyone.*Update*I used their services yet again to replace a blown outlet. The service was quick and efficient. They even sent out the owner, Jacob, for the job and we were particularly impressed with his professionalism.

I see we are yet another five star review! Not surprising. We highly, highly recommend Jacob the Electrician. Why? Returned my inquiry within minutes. Let us know they were on the way each time and arrived on time. Very knowledgeable, skilled, friendly and courteous. Very reasonably priced compared to other estimates. Not only did they complete our jobs well and efficiently and clean up everything better than it was when they arrived, but they were willing to look at our 100 year old house as a whole and tweak things as needed. I highly recommend using Jacob the Electrician. Overall a positive experience with the company! They ended up pushing my appointment by a couple of hours without telling me. That was a bit frustrating but the electricians that responded to the job were phenomenal. They explained everything that they were doing and took their time to make sure that the job was done correctly. I only had to articulate all of the work that needed to be done once. Would highly recommend!

They came to Troubleshoot (and fixed!) a master bedroom/bath with no electricity to the outlets as well as troubleshoot a disposal issue AND replaced a burnt out outdoor outlet on our deck. All within an hourish! They explained the “what’s” and “why’s” to each situation and were definitely knowledgeable and respectful.10/10 would recommend!

Highly recommend using Jacob the Electrician for any and all electric work needed on your home. We recently had our electric service updated and what they thought would be a 5 hour job ended up being closer to a 12 hour job. The guys who were doing the work, David and Charles, had great attitudes despite the change in plans. They were polite, hard working, and were always willing to take the time to explain to me what they were doing. This was my third time using this company, and I had a very positive experience each time. Jacob was punctual and polite. He thoroughly troubleshot a lighting circuit that lost power in my 1920s home. He took care to explain any/all work before conducting it, and he cleaned up before he left. The price was reasonable, and I’ll certainly be using them again for any future repairs/installations.

We had new ceiling fans with lights installed into our home. Some of the rooms did not have a ceiling fan, and the existing fans were switched out and had new fans were put in. One of the fans is to an outdoor patio, the rest of the fans were in the bedrooms and living room. Chris, responded to my call and was able to give me an estimate quickly over the phone, and scheduled the job. I appreciate this because it takes out the guess work in how much the job will cost. Jeff, installed all of the fans. He was helpful, a great worker, and explained the details of the job clearly. Jeff called me when we was wrapping up the job too, this was very helpful! Clear communication all the way through. I called Jeff after the job was finished to ask some questions about the fan remotes. Jeff answered my questions, explained everything clearly, and said if I had any more questions to please call. I highly recommend, Jacob The Electrician, they proved to be a good team and trusty worthy electrician’s.

Mike and Ryan replaced several outdoor lighting fixtures around my home. They did a great job communicating when there were some scheduling challenges. And they checked in with me when they were done to walk around to every light to make sure everything worked and looked as it should. I looked around for days for electricians outside and inside the Nashville area and Jacob the Electrician came up with great reviews. Like any other electrician right now, book ahead of time and try to book two days in a row if you have multiple projects for the technician otherwise you’ll have reschedule for a different day for the remaining projects not finished on day one. Even though if Mike our technician had to come back for a job he started and couldn’t finish that day, he made sure to come back the next morning early to finish said project. These guys are very competitive with their prices and affordable. I was very happy with the results and I think you guys would be to.

I called JTE for an appointment to fix my overhead kitchen lights and two outlets that stopped working suddenly. Charles and David arrived on schedule to check it out. They tested multiple outlets and performed a very thorough assessment of the wiring in my kitchen before arriving at a diagnosis. They explained the cause to me in understandable language and corrected it promptly. They were friendly and efficient and even swept up the areas they worked in. This is the second time Ive used JTE and I will definitely be requesting Charles & David when I have additional repairs or maintenance that needs to be performed. Great job guys.

I just recently July 28,2022 had drainage installed in my crawl space. Jacob The Electrician (CHARLES & DAVID) came out and installed the electrical outlits for the triple sump pump !! They found a way to run the wires so they would not show and did an OUTSTANDING JOB!!!!! I was so pleased! They also repaired canned lighting in my kitchen that had been displaced and pushed down from an object falling in my attic.
