Beyond his excellent work in fixing my electrical problem, Alan is a kind person and he is old-school Nashville, and sharing some old Nashville stories was refreshing to this Nashville native.

Alan Hardy is top notch! First, hes very nice, youll notice that right away. Youll also notice that hes prompt, he is the same day electrician after all. We had an issue at our house, we called and left a message at 10pm and he was at the house by 8:45am the next morning. He had the issue resolved quickly, which is great, but he also explained everything he was doing very clearly, and offered a bunch of other useful advice as well.I will absolutely be calling Alan again when I have an issue in the future.

Alan Hardy is the best of the best!! He is very personable and knows his stuff! He was in and out quickly and fixed everything we needed (when things plugged in to outlet, the lights go out in our master bath and the office short circuits once in a while). Very fair priced and could come day of! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Will continue to call him as long as we live here.

Mr Hardy answered the phone and scheduled my appointment. He was the one to do the job and he was friendly, on time, and had the exact part I needed to hang my finicky fan. Alan has come out to do some work at our house twice now and each time hes been quick to respond and come out and fix/resolve the problem. He also passed on some times as to a bit of work I could do on my own to avoid a future issue which he could see manifesting itself on account of the poor work done by the developers contractor who wired our house when it was built.

We had a new dishwasher delivered and the dishwasher needed a 120v outlet installed instead of being hardwired. I called one company and they couldnt come out for at least three days. I stumbled on Alans contact info and after calling him, he said he could be there in 20 mins. He arrived just when he said and had it done in no time. Great job done!! Hell be our electrician for any future jobs.

I emailed Alan Hardy about an electrical question late one night (non-emergency problem), and he called me the next morning. I explained the problem we were having, and he offered to come out to the house that day (he was close by on another job).I was concerned that he would send one of his workers out to the job, but he came himself. For this I was grateful.One of the breakers was bad, and he replaced it. And, though he did not need to, he kindly replaced some of the bulbs.Alan Hardy is honest, prompt, professional, and we will be using him for the next time we have an electrical problem. I called Mr. Hardy at about 8 a.m regarding an electrical problem in three rooms of my home. He arrived within an hour and took very little time to trouble shoot and repair the problems. I work for a small business in Nashville. We contacted Mr. Hardy about installing a fan with a remote in an office space with 15 foot ceilings. He was polite, friendly, and professional from the estimate through the installation. He came out himself within thirty minutes of speaking to him and was finished with the project in under an hour. He worked quickly and efficiently but was so personable that it felt like half of the service was pleasant conversation. Mr. Hardy was even kind enough to offer a percentage off his initial estimate. I cant recommend Hardy Electric highly enough. If youre looking for an experienced, knowledgeable, and prompt electrician, Mr. Hardys your guy.

This morning, I woke up to dimmed lights in every room of my house. I immediately called Hardy Electric and spoke to owner Allen Hardy who I described the problem to. Mr. Hardy had me check the stove. Upon telling him it did not work, he said there was a 50/50 chance that I could have a phase out and that I should call Nashville Electric Service to have them take a look into the problem and that there would be no cost to me if that were the case. I called NES and they confirmed that there was an issue in our neighborhood, and they sent a truck out to fix the problem that morning.Although I didnt actually use Hardy Electric for the problem, I was extremely impressed with Allens integrity and knowledge around my issue as he pointed me in the right direction when he heard about the electrical details in my house. For that reason, Hardy Electric will be the first electrician Ill call in the Nashville area if I ever do need an electrician in the future.

Mr. Hardy is A-MA-ZING!! I frantically called with an issue regarding my smoke detectors. The on-going chirping noise was driving me insane and Mr. Hardy was polite, calm and allowed me to explain. He took time out of his day to help me trouble-shoot the issue. He patiently asked me questions, waited for me to test his suggestions and after several minutes, we identified the culprit! It wasnt the smoke detectors after all, it was the carbon monoxide detector. I am so very thankful and relieved to know that the problem was minor but even more thankful for Mr. Hardys expertise and kindness. When I have any electrical needs in the future, he will definitely be my first call! He was such a blessing to me and sharing my experience by leaving a review is the least I can do.Side note: Before calling Mr. Hardy I called another company where the technician talked over me, immediately told me that they were booked at least a week out and stated that they would need to charge a $175 service call fee, just to stop by. I said no thank you and continued my search. Im so glad I did!!

Mr. Hardy diagnosed the problem, and got us in contact with a company that had the available equipment to perform the tasks for our 25 roof height, and could solve our problem quickly. We are grateful for Mr. Hardys advice and referral.

My stove stopped working in the middle of cooking, contacted several appliance repair companies and electrician and no one could make it out within 48 hours or less to access and almost all wanted a deposit (which I didnt mind making but needed a guaranteed time of service). Mr Alan came within an hour of calling and FIXED the damaged breaker in less than 20 mins after carefully accessing. If you want a professional, CALL HIM! He will be my go to Electrician from now on!
