He did all the work I hired him to do, and he also let me know about additional potential issues I may want to take care of in the future. He also let me know about the dryer vent hose not quite going outside like it should (potential fire hazard) and he helped to fix this issue as well. I have Matthew worked on the electricity upgrade and repair for a rental property in Nashua. Generally he works very good. Responded quickly to my enquiry and soon give me estimate, started work on scheduled time, and completed work on expected time. Even though there are some extra work not planned, he worked overtime to catch up schedule and passed the inspection on time. His knowledge is wide and deep, answered all my questions. Most importantly, he made some suggestions existed in my mind for a while and get the job done. The quality I think is excellent, at least from my observing until now.

I hired Matt to change out a 50 amp plug for my food truck that needs to be plugged in when not operating. I made an appointment with him and he was thirty minutes early. Matt was very specific on what I needed and actually saved me money because I didnt need what I thought I did. He went to the supply house to get what I actually needed. When he was there he noticed something on my food truck that needed attention and he then attended to that without even asking. I cant say enough about Matt. I have used MRG Electric (Matt) for my home and my business. He installed all recessed lights in my home and an absolute professional, his OCD to perfection is amazing! In my house I had recessed lights put in and the are exactly perfectly spaced in each room. He also did the electrical for my hot tub and again clean, efficient, and professional. I also own a food truck and I have had a couple of electrical issues with my generator and MRG was a call away to fix my issues and keep my business running. Matt (MRG owner) recently upgraded our electric panel, installed some exterior fixtures, along with other improvements. He did a very comprehensive initial walkthrough of our house to establish a baseline, troubleshot a flickering light without charge, and helped us make informed decisions. He didn’t push any sales on us, but rather educated us on options and considerations for the things we were looking to do. He was very responsive to emails and took time to explain everything to us when he was here. He went above and beyond in helping us set up our generator. Pricing was fair to begin with (which is what we want—fair and reasonable, not cheap) and he gave us a new customer discount. We will be calling him for our future electrician needs.
