Spotless Construction provides excellent services with high level of professionalism and broad skillsets. They just completed our Trex deck upgrade and their attention to detail is above and beyond as if it was their own home. They deftly handled additional work scope to insure the finished project was structurally sound and aesthetically pleasing. I previously engaged Spotless Construction to paint the house and the results were phenomenal. Their prep work was very detailed and protected our new windows and doors from overspray. The house required four colors for the main, trim, deck and retaining wall and the project also required some carpentry to effect repairs where needed. Robson F. and his crew will be our “go to” team for future work.

I needed my rotting wood trim replaced. I had a few estimates and Spotless had the best price. Robson and his crew were fantastic. They replaced the wood with PVC and did great work. They communicated well, cleaned up the site every day, and were respectful of my family and home. 10 out of 10 recommend. I definitely plan on using Spotless again.

Spotless painting did such a great job painting both the inside and outside of our house. They were so neat and very respectful of our property. They made sure that all of counters and floors were covered.I actually hired them again to paint my outside bocce court boards. They are my new painters moving forward. Carlos the owner was very fair with pricing the jobs. 5 stars

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Spotless Painting. The last two years we have had a nightmare trying to find a painter to take care of our front porch and back deck. We had multiple local contractors promise to come by to give us a quotethat never showed up, and a couple more that sent a quote and then stopped responding to our calls and emails once we accepted it.Enter Spotless Painting. We were referred to the company by someone on a local contractor forum who had recently had a lot of work done and was thrilled with thr results. I called the owner answered right away and said hed be able to send a quote if I sent some photos. We had the quote in hand the next day. Not only that, but it was only 2/3 the cost of what we had been quoted by other painters for the same prep, type of paint/stain, and multiple coats. No brainer for us, and we accepted right away. They said they could get to our house in just a few days (another shocker), and then texted a day later to tell us they had a time open up even sooner and wanted to see if they could come the next day. Wow. Throughout they were extremely responsive to all of our questions and were very clear about what the process would be.The work itself was done over two days, and the results were phenomenal. They really brought our porch and deck back to life. It went from a part of the house we were honestly a little embarrassed about to our favorite place to hang out in the morning and drink coffee. We were even inspired to go buy nee deck furniture to complement the new look. Oh- and in the process of painting, they noticed one of our side garage doors was looking a bit rough and the trim was starting to rot... so they fixed it and painted it free of charge! Absolultely amazing. Everyone was very polite and professional throughout and I had a great conversation with the owner about our philosophies about running positive, customer-centric businesses (and life in general).10/10, we will absolutely call them again the next time we need anything done around the house. I cant recommend Spotless Painting enough.

I must say that I would give it a 10 stars if I could, they went above my expectations, I recently bought a house that was pretty beat up, I did some remodeling on the house and hired Spotless Painting to take care of the finishing touches, and I must say, my house looks like its brand new! We all know that painting makes a difference but I wasnt expecting it to be so much. It was definitely worth every penny and I will always hire when needed and definitely recommend 100%! Thank you so much Robson for your lovely team, everyone so kind and so professional.

I can not say enough about Spotless Painters and Robson. My wife and I recently bought a house, and decided a little last minute we wanted the ceiling painted before we moved everything in. Robson came out to give the quote and was back the next afternoon to get the job done. He and his crew did an amazing job, the ceiling looks awesome and is exactly what we wanted! The whole crew was very professional, efficient and clean, you would never even know they’d been here, until you looked up. We will definitely be calling Robson for our future paint needs!

I am so happy with the work that Carlos and his helper did in painting the interior of my condo. They got the job done quickly and cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend Spotless Services for painting and I plan to hire Carlos to do some carpentry work at my place in the future. You cant go wrong with this company. Carlos and his helper also observed Covid-19 safety protocols by wearing a mask the whole time they were in my place. They even took their shoes off before entering the house, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend!

Outside painting and carpentry was completed. When it came time to do the inside painting of the house the job needed to be rescheduled due to the pandemic, we paid $1000 deposit to show good faith and to help Carlos in paying his workers. Once pandemic restrictions were lifted we were in the process of selling the house to our daughter, this sale has now been completed and the new management led by Robson Freitas has reached out to my daughter and it is mutually agreed for work to resume this fall. As of November 2022 work has resumed and my daughter reports work as excellent.
