Jay and his crew were great to work with. Jay was always friendly and very communicative and was able to get our work done on a shifting deadline. He and his crew repaired and painted our ceilings after popcorn asbestos removal and repaired and painted our walls in our whole house. The crew went above and beyond in their attention to detail, took great care of our property, and our home is completely transformed! I would absolutely work with him again and love supporting a local business.

We hired JM contractor to finish our basement. They have done an outstanding job. We are extremely happy with the quality of their work. JM Painting did an outstanding job with painting our basement floors, walls and steps. They are very reasonable. We got several quotes and JM painting was the most competitive. Jay and his team were able to complete our project timely which was key for us because we were moving into our new home by the end of the week. Recently I had my back deck rebuilt by Jay Santos and his crew. I have dealt with other contractors in the past but never so courteous and professional as Jay. The work was completed on schedule and was done to my satisfaction. After completion of the job my back yard was cleared of all debris and it was cleaner then before the job had begun. We hired JM Contractors to cover the walls in our garage with new drywall as we had asbestos we didnt want disturbed. Jay came out to get it done the same week. Jay and his crew remodeled three bathrooms in my house. They started after Thanksgiving and finished before Christmas--these guys work hard. They work full days. They show up when they say they will. If youve ever dealt with contractors that dont show up and/or work only a few hours, you will love this crew. They cleaned up at the end of every day. The work was very, very good. They took extra steps when dealing with funky plumbing to make everything look nice and work properly. Any concerns or issues were dealt with immediately--even if that meant coming to the house on a Sunday. The pricing is beyond fair. Highly recommend Jay for any job.
