I have been a customer of EM Contractor for approximately 8 years. I am a resident of the Sky Meadow Golf & Country Club where my condo is located.EM has been a primary contractor for this Association for a number of years. I was introduced to EM while they did work on all the condos in the Association.The EM Team are the most professional contractor team I have had the pleasure of doing business with. They have demonstrated superior technical competence in all aspects of home repair, modifications, and new construction. In addition, when a call is made for assistance, normal or emergency, their response is immediate or very shortly thereafter and they respond 7x24!In my case, the EM Team renovated the lower level of my condo, installing a new kitchen, a half bathroom, and a new bedroom. They did all electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpeting/flooring. The work was professionally done at a cost lower than any other known contractors.In addition, Team EM renovated my main/full bathroom, replaced the floor in my kitchen, and installed a new lighting system in my entry way.Unfortunately, I had a water leak as a result of a previous installation. Extensive cleanup and restoration was needed. The entire job was professionally done by the EM Team efficiently, and cost effectively.I am most grateful to be a client of EM Contractors. Now, if I need any work done on my property, I call no one but the professionals at EM. If/when I must travel away from home, I generally inform the team in event there is an emergency! They have full access to my home at all times!Not only are they professionals at what they do, they can be fully trusted to conduct work even if the owner is absent!Thank you Evandro, John, and the rest of the Team at EM!Tony -
