Ted was simply amazing. A real human not a corporation. My electric car charging issue was not easy to figure out, with an older house, old wiring and the house only getting 100amps at the panel regardless. The true ‘fix’ was a very expensive open up the walls situation. But Ted worked and found a totally workable alternative that i can live with and it cost me 1/10 the price. I went from not being able to charge at all to now I can at least “slow” charge - which is workable for now. I was happy with the result and already have him booked to come back for swapping out some lights fixtures.

This saved me a lot of time sifting through advertisements hoping to find someone honest.I received multiple crazy estimates from others in his field. There are a lot of tradesmen swinging for the fences with their estimates, so it is refreshing to deal with someone who wants to make a living off of repeats and referrals. This is what a true professional looks like.

Ted and his son came out to help me troubleshoot a plumbing mystery -- I was worried I had some kind of slow, dripping leak -- and he educated me on what to look for and when to be concerned. He was also worried about a gas smell in my home (I had just ignited my gas fireplace), and he insisted on doing a quick courtesy check with the gas / CO2 detectors he had on hand, to make sure there wasnt any danger. I appreciated his honesty and concern!
