    We have been renting a warehouse space from Mustang for a number of years now and have nothing but good things to say about them. Their communication is excellent, they stay on top of any issues, and they maintain their properties very well. We have also done cleaning maintenance work for some of the Mustang properties and they are a great customer to have. Organized, professional, and always timely on payments. We appreciate all that they do!

    Mustang owns several commercial multi-tenant buildings in Naperville and St Charles, IL. For years as a commercial real estate broker I have placed my clients in Mustang buildings. I have always found them to be professionals who are easy to work with. As landlords they are responsive to tenant requests, very personable, and they maintain their buildings. Linda Helmold, Matt Wippel and the office staff are great to work with. I recently leased a small office for my commercial insurance business from Mustang. The rent is reasonable, the building is clean, and there are many amenities that are provided to tenants that are not usually provided in the local small office market. If you are looking for office, commercial or industrial space I highly recommend talking with them.

    We are currently renting a warehouse from Mustang Construction and have been since 2012. They maintain our warehouse better than any other we have leased from. The Property Manager, Linda has been a great asset to Mustang as she is very organized, timely and really knows her stuff when it comes to commercial property. Very happy with our warehouse and the people from Mustang Construction.

    Been a warehouse tenant since 2012. Mustang is a fantastic organization. The property has always been clean and extremely well maintained. The common areas and drives are attended to quickly and efficiently with regard to weather conditions. The owners are very nice, easy to work with, and extremely knowledgeable. Great people.     Brexis Courier has been a tenant with Mustang Construction for close to 11 years and feels fortunate to have had such a great landlord. Mustang has been very easy to work with and reasonable on all issues. They always keep the property well maintained and always festive during the holiday months.     Mustang Construction was a great partner to us as we worked together on Go Brewing (the first ever non-alcoholic brewery, located in Naperville Illinois). This was a very large and complicated project that required the coordination of multiple trades and specialized teams relating to brewing.Linda and Matt were on-site every day keeping everything moving. And nightly, we’d receive status updates via email (and phone when time was of the essence). Every day there was a job to get done and they made it happen.Our buildout schedule was extremely tight and required everyone to stay on task. The teams that Linda recommended understood what we were up against and everyone did their part– they all worked really well together too, which made everything feel more connected.And no corners were cut! Everyone did their best work and delivered on-time. Even after the work was completed, everything continues to work perfectly. It’s great to have a partner who cares even after the work is complete. Every day I hear customers comment about how Go Brewing balanced beauty and function.Thank you for lending us your expertise.

    I have been a renter via Mustang Construction for over ten years at their 800 West Fifth Avenue Building in Naperville. Their courteous and helpful staff has always been professional, reasonable and responsive. The attractive grounds surrounding the building are well-maintained to include re-surfacing of the parking lot when needed, timely parking lot and side-walk snow removal, trimmed grass/shrubs and seasonal flower beds appropriate for differing seasons to include outdoor holiday tree lighting during the holidays. The interior of the well-cleaned building has been complemented by the addition of attractive hallway paintings, carpet/wall-paint replacement as required, very clean rest-rooms, safety and fire inspection checks and a very well-maintained overall appearance. Add to this their generous picnic for tenants which occurs most years and includes such things as good food/entertainment, music, games, rent credits, door prizes, etc. It has been a real blessing to have my office located there and to be supported by these fine people who have --- through the years--- sustained a very high level of professional and caring service.     Mustang Construction is a fantastic organization. They completed the build out of my space to the exact specifications of the plans and even suggested cost saving revisions to help beat the budget.. Mustang completed the project on time and it looks great. As our landlord too, they are fantastic, if there is ever an issue that needs to be addressed it is done with speed, efficiency, and professionalism. I would definitely suggest Mustang to anyone without any reservations!!!!
