Wish there was a 6 star option!!! Super impressed with Sutfin, and their professionalism, thoroughness and quick turnarounds. I had a situation where my unit was damaged by a construction company and Sutfin was able to help me with the damage report as well as replacing my unit. Could not be happier with them!!! Highly recommended!!!

It is my policy to use whenever possible a locally owned & operated business….to support our community.And meet the owner face to face.For 25 years, Sutfin has been on an annual HVAC Preventative Maintenance Contract, Spring and Fall visits. The contract price increases over that period have been very fair.They took care of:2 Condo units at RiverPlace.2 single family homes - rentals2 owned homes we lived in1 condo we live in now, 7 yearsWhen we sold properties, the Inspectors always found our HVAC components, despite the age, operated according to the manufacturers specifications.We saved so many $$$$ by their ability to detect deficient conditions before they failed…..and the parts also got a discount price to contract customers. Always scheduled service, arrived on time or called if running late or early based on some jobs needed a longer time to do it right. Great customer service reps in the office.Many common parts they have on the truck, some of course like an AC fan blade / bearing on an old unit had to be ordered. Some problems were difficult to diagnose but Sammy, our go to guy, knew all the idiosyncrasies of all the different systems we had, he is a bulldog determined to repair, replace parts, no up sell to buying a multi-thousand dollar unit when a repair was practical.

Prompt Service......had pricing issues with them, but Frank was attentive to our concerns and addressed the issue with great care.....good management that cared about his business reputation.

Called while out of town because of an alert I received that there was a problem with my furnace. Technician came out and quickly fixed the issue. Thankfully, it was a simple repair. Thank you Sutfin for giving us the piece of mind while traveling.

I had Sutfin come to my employer to fix a refrigerator that was in need of service.4 months later the fridge stopped producing cold air and had to call in repair.- I was greeted with a warm good morning- I was given a 4 hour turn around time (dont know if thats normal, but it was a bonus)- Someone came, fixed the issue and left.Getting a solution and warranty work on my refrigerator was as easy and painless. I would highly recommend Stufin for Commercial and residential use!
