    My kitchen sink was backed up so I called my plumber. When I told him my problem, he recommended your company and said you were the best at resolving drain issues. I then called you on Sunday afternoon to simply leave a message, hoping I could get on the schedule for Monday. To my surprise , I got a live person who very politely and confidently said I’d be contacted within an hour, and she was correct. Technician Ryan contacted me and asked a few questions to clarify my issue and said he’d see me the next day. Ryan proved himself to be an excellent representative of the company, as he was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions, clearly explained what he was going to do and educated me on ways to prevent this from happening again. Ryan shared how much he enjoys what he does and this was obvious in his work. He took a lot of pride in the job he did for us. Thank you to West Michigan Septic Sewer Drain Service.     Ron and James were the best! They dug out both tanks and cleaned them beautifully. They have such a great attitude about doing a great job. They cleaned up the worksite and replaced the dirt and sparse grass to a better than original condition. I would highly recommend this crew!

The first man to arrive explained the process that needed to done as he worked - the second explained the video as he did the follow-up survey. This is our fourth good service from West Michigan Septic, and we never repeat business with companies that we have issues with. And - Thanks again for prompt service on a cold December night.

    Wow, what a outstanding sewer and drain company. Ryan the tech and his assistant were on time, diagnosed the slow drain problem and corrected it. The drain issued was caused by a lack of venting, Ryan diagnosed that with his expertise. Great guy to work with, communication, explains what he is doing to correct the problem.     Jordan arrived on time and checked my system. He thought I had a two tank system and said the other lid should be about there. I had uncovered the second tank which hadn’t been pumped in 9 years so he went to work while I uncovered the first tank lid and it was right where he pointed. By the time I had the additional tank lid almost uncovered, Jordan was set up and ready to go. He popped the additional cover and started pumping and explained all the details of time lines on required service for both tanks in the process. I give this young man a 5 Star for service along with a 5 Star to the company for getting me scheduled and keeping me informed along the way. I highly recommend them to anyone who might need septic service.

    Their team is great. Very professional and quick in the response to our sewer problems. Dug up our yard and replaced our sewer line. Poured new sidewalk leading to the front porch and now it looks so good. Almost as if nothing had happened. Also very good at communicating to us what they would be doing and when.

    I didnt meet Ryan personally, but my son-in-law did. I am the homeowner. I talked to him, a couple of times over the phone. Ryan was very informative, and listen to my questions, my concerns and what I knew about my sewer system. He was very straight forward in what he found, did and the condition of the line.     Appointment was set and the team notified me when they were in route. The technician arrived on time and was careful with the equipment. I was able to review the camera and see the existing conditions. Once complete, the technician cleaned up the area as best as possible. The only concern I had was cost. Weve been using West Michigan Septic service for many years now and over the past few years the cost has gone up SIGNIFICANTLY from year to year for the same service (from start to finish - (1) hour service call).....Total cost $325?

    We have used West Michigan Septic Sewer and Drain/Heckman for a couple of projects and regular service and have been very pleased for around 5 years. They have done new sewer pipe from the house to the sewer main underneath the road as well as new pipe from the house to the clean out in the front yard. We recently had milling done to the inside of old cast iron pipe and they have used their scope a few times to see what is going on inside the pipes. The owners take care about their customers, the technicians explain the process of each procedure and the crews work hard and do a good job of clean up afterwards.     Ryan is an amazing, well groomed, knowledgeable, articulate, pleasantly well-mannered, perceptive, detail-oriented person. We feel very lucky to have had him assigned to our job site and lucky to have had the good fortune of interacting with him. True stuff ...and... no...he is not my grandson!The project is now complete (7/15/2024). Travis and Levi were assigned to complete the installation of a grade level Cleanout in the city greenway in our 6 sewer line which runs to the middleof the street in front of our house. The narrow greenway is a very busy corridor having gas lines, water lines and irrigation lines all buried in a very narrow space. Although the workers were obviously quite young, they completed the task with precision, accuracy, efficiency and care averting ever-present danger of damaging one of the many buried services. They worked steadily, took no breaks and never left the site from start to finish. Ultimately the final bill for the project was less than estimated apparently due to the workerss efficiency resulting in the project being completed in less time than originally estimated as well as management recognizing this fact and subsequently reducing the bill. Hats off and many thanks to West Michigan Septic and Sewer for doing what they said they would do; for doing the job when they said they would do it; and for adjusting the price they estimated it might cost! Thank you!
