    Within an hour of calling, had a tech at my door to take care of us, for a non emergency diagnosis/repair that ended up not being a plumbing issue at all. Greg resolved our issue within minutes. Greg even went above and beyond by using his resources of calling a friend to get professional info for us to take our next step. Extremely pleased with the service we were provided! 100% recommend Rapid!

    Although what caused our call was not a pleasant reality, dealing with Devon was very pleasant. What a professional and socially adept young man! I was very impressed with the quickness with which he responded to my call and with the good work that he did. We hope that what he did will solve our drain problem.     Devin was literally the best, even though he forgot to turn my hot water back on, no big deal. He worked with me. He went the extra mile to help me with a part of the project Im completing myself. They provide a 60 day warranty on their repairs. Overall, very happy with the service. I would use them again and ask for Devin.

    My dishwasher had leaked onto the kitchen floor overnight. Upon discovering it, I immediately called Rapid Plumbing. They responded within a couple of hours and the technician (Greg) was professional and very neat (even took his shoes off before entering my home). The problem was diagnosed, fixed and he was done in less than 30 minutes.I would highly recommend them!

    This is the third time that we’ve used your company’s plumbing service (for three different situations!) and we think it’s important to point out what an incredible asset that Devin is to your company.Devin is probably one of the most professional plumbing service provider that we’ve ever dealt with. He does his analysis of the problem, lets us know the cost of the project will be, and how long it will take; and when we give approval, he gets right to work! During the times he’s done work for us, he’s been spot on with his assessment. The most important aspect to us is that we have had all our issues handled quickly and we can get back to life as quickly as possible.He also has given us helpful advice on what we can do to avoid future problems. Devin is a very pleasant person and respectful of us and our property.     Scheduling for cleanout service was prompt & professional...easily 5 stars...that said, the length of sewer line from house to street is quite short so I felt charge was excessive...There seems to be no objective formula for determining charge (eg. length of time required, length of line to be cleaned)...line was not blocked since I have it cleaned with regularity...thus the 4 star rating.
