    I called Faith electric group because of a 5 star review. Walter called me back and asked many questions trying to make sure the problem wasn’t an easy fix for the homeowner (ME) which showed me integrity in this company. The next morning Walter came to fix the issue I was having he was very nice and professional. Issues resolved and I an happy to say I added Faith electric to my phone God forbid any other issues that may arrive. Thank you so much Faith Electric.

    Walter was punctual. He is a very well kept young man and very polite and respectful. I appreciated that he was so concerned with my safety although I was more concerned with the price. He was very through in his explanations of different alternatives. He is very awesome. The crew that came and did the work was very polite and efficient. The only time I saw them not working was during their lunch break; they put in a full day work every time they came out to work. They appeared to be very knowledgeable about their job. After the work was completed, I was taken around and shown that every plug and light switch worked. The next day after the work was completed, my heater blower was continuing to blow and would not shut off. I contacted Faith Electric. Walter immediately worked with me (he set up to come out to check the work the next day, but we were able to fix it over the phone). Anytime, I have had to call the company, Julie A. was very kind, sweet, polite, and quick to help. I chose Faith Electric because they answered the phone when I called (I had an emergency and could not wait for other companies to call back - I had called two other companies prior and got their machines) and were able to come out that week. They quickly put me on their schedule and were able to complete a full rewiring of my single mobile home in 9 days. I fully recommend Faith Electric Group.

    How many times have you been able to say that a service provider was not only exceptional, but also kind, considerate and compassionate? Look no further. Faith Electric is all of that and more. I had called them because of an issue with GFCI outlets under our sink, and Walter was able to diagnose the issue(s) and direct me on testing and troubleshooting over the phone. I think the phone call was about 10 minutes total, and together we were able to understand the issue and resolve it. This was done at no cost to me (I feel a bit guilty over that). Anyway, Faith Electric has a 5.0 rating on Google, and it is well deserved and earned. Try them yourselves - you’ll understand why!

    What a breath of fresh air! Walter came out to our home promptly and went over and above our expectations and even directed us how to overcome some other issues we were having in our home.     My experience with Faith Electric was awesome. Walter and his associate did an incredible job on demoing, installing and repairing my kitchen lighting from the original fluorescent lighting to recessed lighting and repaired all the damage and even created this beautiful border that looks amazing!     Out of town when family staying at the house reported the water heater had failed. Plumber came the second day. After troubling shooting they determined it was an electrical issue. Started calling/looking for an electrician. Faith Electric called back right away and worked us into their schedule the same day. Sent text communication to confirm the appointment, to confirm who was coming, included a picture I sent our family member so they knew who to expect. Sent another text when they were on the way. After evaluating/tracking down the issue they called with the plan to repair and confirmed once it was completed and the WH was operational. Really appreciate their help, professionalism, communication and transparent/reasonable costs. Will definitely call them again and highly recommend.

    Faith Groups estimate was the most reasonable out the 4 estimates I received. I mostly dealt with Walter who was super professional but the entire crew was outstanding. The company is excellent at communicating with the customer about the job and when they would arrive. I used Faith for a multi day job which included trenching, running conduit, and a panel upgrade. The crew showed up on time every day and always let me know when they would be there. The work was completed on time and the final product was high quality. Additionally, their billing process is an online application which was really easy to use. Ill use Faith for whatever electrical work I need.

    These guys are amazing! Very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I had an issue with my lights and Walter saved the day. He was diligent in chasing down the problem and while doing so found a situation in my breaker box that could have potentially been very serious and an expensive fix had he not caught it in time.     Eddie and Renee were kind. Eddie explain everything before he started working. They tested the electrical system and did the trouble shooting..I had outlets replaced and they replaced GFCI .     Paid with a money order but, the billing person did not understand what a money order was. Most businesses accept cash, cards, checks and money orders. Suggest the staff get educated on what a money order is. Eddy was fantastic! He explained everything he was doing and the job was better than expected.
