    Within days of buying my new Honda Prologue SUV (at Honda Pacific in San Diego), a 100% EV 2024 first generation Honda, I was contacted by Vanessa at Epic electric. Vanessa is a very efficient person, who coordinated the installation of my Honda Type 2 home electric charger. There was a hiccup with the vendor who was supposed to supply the Honda Type 2 charger, but Vanessa stayed with it and contacted the other vendor and helped expedite the delivery of the equipment. The Epic electrician showed up this Friday morning on time and was able to install the Type 2 charger in around an hour, and my Honda EV is out charging in the driveway now. Thanks Vanessa, Epic and the very efficient electrician (sorry, forgot his name but good guy and good at his job).

    Showed up on time, completed the job in about one hour. The electrician gave me a very important heads up that the car charging system needed to be adjusted to the proper 30 amp setting before use. We tied into a 30 amp dryer circuit. The system from the factory is set at 50 amp.

    I contracted with Epic Electric through Hyundai Home to install an EV charger at my house. They were pleasant and professional throughout, and they even got the permits and inspection set up with my city, which I know was a huge pain!     Epic electric came highly recommended from a friend. From the moment that I contacted them, the administrator was more than kind and quick to assist. I had an appointment within less than a week. I had two gentlemen come out to my home. They were professional, thorough and quick and were able to install the electrical and the EV charger in less than 40 minutes! Best part is they are based out of Murietta, but made the drive to Mission Viejo! I would highly recommend them.

    Epic Electric recently installed a Charge Point charger for our electric car. The electrician was great - there were some challenges related to our main box that he troubleshooted successfully and then ran the conduit beautifully along the roof line.     The main breaker on my Electrical Panel broke and all power to my house was out. I called around and finally found Danny who agreed to come by my house at 5:30am and work to get power to my house restored. He arrive right on time and was able to get my power restored even though the breaker and panel were no longer being manufactured or spare parts available. This was only a temporary fix as the buss bars were melted almost all the way through so the entire panel needs to be replaced. Danny was very helpful and very informative throughout the process. I would highly recommend Danny and Epic Electric to anyone with electrical needs.

    I was matched with Epic Electric for a Span Smart panel project but when I talked with Danny he was extremely open and honest with everything that I really respected him and his business. I compiled a list of a TON of projects I wanted done and Epic Electric was happy to get it all done. With that Derek came and tackled everything on my list of work from camera and other smart devices installation, circuit installation, and outlet repair. Derek was overall an amazing electrician and also a great person.     MIGUEL was extremely professional and friendly. He quickly determined what was wrong with my breaker. Because the breaker style is old and costly, he utilized one in the panel box that was not being used to fix the faulty wires.     We had issues with our outlets and lights not working in a section of our home and made several phone calls looking for an electrician. Epic Electric was the only place that sent someone the SAME DAY and we couldnt be more satisfied with their service! They sent their electrician Derek C who was absolutely amazing!     Great pricing and great work. Electrian did a great job setting down plastic to minimize any debris from falling on carpet and furniture while cutting holes in his area. No existing wires for fan but was able to set that up with ease, finish the job and cleaned up. Would definitely recommend for future work.     We recently purchased our home and we needed work all around the house. Danny did such a great job we requested for him to come back a second time to install and replace new fans. We originally asked for him to help with loosed wiring in the garage, backyard and inside the home, as well as replace 2 fans. He was efficient and was very informative on what he was doing and why something wasn’t working. He was very honest, and he has an amazing energy! We requested for him to come back a second time to replace all our fans and install a new one. We will be placing another request for him once we decide which chandeliers we want to have our old once replaced with.

They apologized for the miscommunication and they more than made up for it with this service call. I am glad that I found a company that I can reliably use moving forward. Thanks, Danny!June 7, 2021 -The technician was excellent and I would have given them 5 stars but they said that two people would be sent to complete the installation of outdoor lights. It was being done for an hourly fee and I was told that 2 technicians would be sent for the fee. When only one technician arrived I was told that a second would be coming. Since I was expecting 2 people and that was not the case it ended up costing almost twice as much as I had planned. The service was great but if you dont plan to send 2 people do not set the expectation.

    We recently had a dump truck hit our power wires coming into our home which bent the electrical riser on the roof. We called another electrician that said our electrical panel need to be replaced at a cost of $3500. I found Epic Electric during a online search in my area with good reviews. Danny was able to complete our repairs by just replacing the metal riser on the roof and reconnecting the power line coming into our house for under $600.

    We had a good appointment with Danny from Epic Electric today. He drove an hour and half to install a bathroom fan/light for us. But when he saw that the ceiling was made of a concrete-like plaster, he explained that the ceiling could crack if he opened it and that doing the job properly could become difficult and expensive. We decided against it and he left without being paid. He could have simply done what I asked but he showed tremendous integrity at forgoing a well paid job and telling me the truth. We were impressed and would definitely hire him again for any future work. He seemed very knowledgeable.

    Danny installed an outlet so that I could charge my Tesla. The job was done perfectly and he was very knowledgeable about electric vehicles.
