    Direct Electric has done a lot of work for me in the past: changed bathroom lights, added a house fan, added an attic fan, changed smoke detectors and changed all my kitchen lights. They deserve a 5+. Always friendly from schedulers, installers, to receptionist. The company also communicates well with clients. I would recommend them to everyone!

    Highly recommended! Excellent customer service. They were early, were highly skilled, and attentive to every detail large or small. They took the time to lay plastic down to protect the interior of the house and cleaned the job site thoroughly after the work was complete. Everyone was very nice and professional.     Our electrician was excellent!! There was no chandelier in my daughters room so we ordered one from Restoration Hardware. The electrician came installed it with a Beautiful install the Restoration Hardware dimmer was defective so the electrician drove to Home Depot and bought us a new one. He did not have to do that, but he wanted it to work perfectly. He was awesome.

    If youā€™re thinking about getting a whole house fan, get it! Itā€™s worth the money. I used Direct Electric Company to install my whole house fan. I see why they have the high ratings.     Called and talked with Lisa in the morning and she told me they had a cancellation and could fit me in the same day. Ayden showed up on time and after looking at my attic told me the fan originally selected for my attic would not fit due to limited space. He recommended instead going with two smaller model which would work similar to the larger model. He went back to his shop to get the other model fans returned same day and installed both. Outstanding service!!

    I purchased a whole house attic fan Trident from this company in July 2015 for $1500 out the door. It has been a fantastic investment to our home climate control system. I dont have an ac but this is far more efficient. It was operating flawlessly until two months ago during ome of so cals heat wave. It was working but not pulling the volume of air it had in the past. After advising DEC I was given a 3 day turn around to come and see the unit.On the day of the visit DEC arrived on time, and immediatly went to the attic. Half an hour later the tech came down and said I know whats wrong. the vent connecting the louver and the fan had fallen down. All media shows the vent going to the fan at a 90 degree angle. my system was about a 45 degree angle. it was reaired undated and cleaned up. He was done in 45 minuets

    Brian Romero and team from Direct Electric Company installed a 2.5 and a 3.3 QuietCool whole house fan in our home. They were absolutely professional in their work. They asked for my desired placement of vent equipment then provided their professional advice to ensure optimal equipment function and customer comfort. And though the attic was brutally hot during the installation, they soldiered through it completing the job in short order. They performed the work professionally and the job turned out beautifully done. After completion, Mr Romero provided a brief training on operating the equipment.

    Extremely pleased with the work I just had done by Direct Electric. I only had to wait a couple of days for an appointment, and Aydan Large and Brian were able to troubleshoot the issue and get it resolved in about 30 min. My warranty company sent another company out months ago and weā€™ve been waiting for them to submit their report before the warranty company could approve the work. I wish I would have hired Direct initially. The cost was very reasonable and the work was done so fast! Worth it for sure.

He quickly determined where the fan should be placed and was completed with the installation in under an hour.     Outstanding company with elite customer service. I called around town for other estimates and found that Direct Electric was best at explaining details and best at price. I got an electrical panel with solar ready hook up and an electric car charger plus diagnosis in two areas of my house. The installer was super friendly and very clean. He even cleaned the leaves out my garage that got blown in from leaving it open most of the day. All of the work was done by code and all necessary permits were approved. I was left better than how they first came to my house. This company is second to none in all levels of professionalism. I highly recommend you give them a shot.

    I needed to replace our electric panel at our home and wanted the job done right. I hired Direct Electric after reading reviews from a variety of sources. They responded to my request for service with a quote of the job to be done in detail. Scheduling was easy and the electrician showed up as schedules ready to work. Lisa there at the office side of things has a positive attitude and was always willing to take my calls with my questions.     The electrian came on time on the scheduled day. They doubled check the work order and ask which room and where to installed the ceiling lights to make sure that it will be installed on the right location of the house.     I would 100% recommend this company! My technician, David, arrived within the scheduled window (a 3 hour window, which is much ore reasonable than a typical 4-6 hour one) and was very polite. We discussed a few installation location options and the pros and cons of each location in the house. After settling on the best option, he got to work with the installation process.     First of all, let me start by saying if you live in a two story house you need a whole house fan installed in your attic. Now let me save you some time and a lot of effort by just selecting Direct Electric Company. I took the long route and had several different companies give me estimates and ended up going back to the first company I called DEC. They gave me an exact estimate of the job and time to install the Quiet Cool fan (which was about 1 1/2 hours). Gino and Ayden were terrific. Right on time, pleasant and very knowledgeable of the Job. Let me tell you once you get it installed you will be amazed at the value and comfort you have just added to your house. Its a slam dunk. Call DEC and get it done. You will love it like we do.

    I had 3 exterior lights with new wiring connected/installed with an existing light next to the garage replaced. A team of 3 guys came exactly on time and did the job within 2 hours. Much quicker than I expected. The biggest problem was the did ZERO clean up. They left wire clippings, screws, electrical box pop outs (looks like coins), conduit scrap, dust from dry wall, etc. They moved some rakes, brooms, and other like yard equipment out of the way, no problem, but also left them sitting on the floor with no attempt to clean the area of the mess they made or put the tools back. If theyre not taking responsibility for the tools, fine, I would have moved them myself had I known they were in the way. I find it disrespectful to leave such a mess throughout the project with little to no attempt to clean anything up. I signed off and paid for the project when the garage was closed and the lights on the outside were on (meaning the project was complete), not seeing the mess they left in the garage.

The installers, David and TIm, were prompt, courteous, and efficient. They cleaned up the job area better than any other installers Ive ever had work in my house. I am very happy with the entire experience and cannot wait for the warmer weather to put this thing to use.

    We had 6 recessed lights installed and 8 retrofitted with dimmer switches, a bathroom fan, a bedroom light fixture, and a whole house fan installed. Overall we are extremely pleased with the workmanship. We no longer have a living room that is lit like a cave and the ability to dim our recessed lights is a life changer. We have no air conditioning, and cannot think why we waited so long for the whole house fan. Our house is fresher then ever and with the marine layer at night we can cool the house 10 -15 degrees. The installers were on time, courteous with covid fears for very young children, wore booties for the hardwood floors, were friendly, accommodating and gave suggestions that ultimately made us very happy. For example, they suggested the bathroom fan with a humidity sensor so we dont have to worry about turning it off. We are especially thrilled with the location for the vent of the whole house fan, as they were able to position it so we dont see it downstairs. We would highly recommend Direct Electric company to anyone. We will be using them for anymore work we need done in the future.
