    We were quoted $35,000 for new casement windows through a different company before having window world out. They offered double hung for a cheaper price. Unfortunately we couldn’t wait and save up for casement because it literally snowed through one of our windows last year. The new windows were a FRACTION of the cost of our first quote. They were installed today and we are SO HAPPY. After almost 2 years in this house I can FINALLY open our windows. I’m so excited. I’m horrible with names & can’t remember who helped us or installed them and didn’t see any names on our paperwork but they did an amazing job. I will always recommend window world!

    The salesmen that came to the house was great, no nonsense, didn’t waste my time. He measured gave me all the information I needed and left me with a quote. I called the next week and scheduled an installation date and made a down payment. Danielle in the office is amazing. Very friendly, professional, and answered all my questions. On the day of installation, Randy was fabulous. He was able to get all 10 windows installed in about 4 hours with all the inside work done. He cleaned up his mess and left the outside clean as well. The install took two days and luckily the second day it wasn’t as hot. The outside work took a little longer but besides new windows you wouldn’t have known any work was done. I highly recommend Window World.

    Thank you so much to our installers, Randy and Jody. You did a great job for us. Very quick work. Everything was explained and very well planned out. They even re-measured the windows pre install to insure they would be a perfect fit. My wife and I are very happy with our new windows. As advertised. A very big shout out to our salesman, Trent McPhearson. He made it all happen. Everything went just as he said it would. Hes not just a salesman. He has Window World windows in his own home. Very honest people working for Window World. As Trent says, the windows sell themselves. Thanks again for our beautiful new windows.

    Trent went to my mothers home, looked at the window, knew immediately what was wrong, fixed it, and charged her nothing. Another company said it needed to be replaced at $6200. Thank for your honesty. What a relief it was for my mother. Thank you for not taking advantage of an older adult.

    Our sales person, Trent, didn’t try to sell unnecessary products so that was what started what ended up being a great experience. We received timely updates about our window arrival and installation. On the day of the installation our installers were on time and wet very courteous and respectful of our home. I definitely would recommend this business

    I used Window world out of Indy 5 years ago to replace the windows in our home, the crew was fantastic and did a great job. Because of my previous experience I call Window World of Muncie to replace the picture windows in our developments clubhouse. Again the price was 45% below what Anderson windows quoted for very similar windows and I believe I received superior windows I do not know where Window World continues to find the installers with the skill set to do the great job both installers did (interesting to note the first group from Indy were 3 brothers and the guys from Muncie were father and son). I would gladly recommend Window World to anyone looking for a fairly priced quality window.

    Love our new windows! It was disappointing having to wait over 3 months to have them installed because they were so so backed up. The installation was fast however, would have been nice to have been left with clean windows after paying so much money.

    Excellent service, price,and installer Mike and his crew did an awesome job. Worked around my daytime hours. Trent the salesman was in and out, measured and estimated my entire house in about 35 minutes, kept in touch and no surprises. Job was done when promised. So glad I didnt try to do this myself.

    We are so happy with our Window World experience from start to finish. Like everything else right now, it took a bit to get the windows, but, it was so well worth the wait. New windows changed the whole look of our house!!! I haven’t even put my curtains back up because I can’t stop staring at my new windows! They are amazing. The installer was very polite, professional, and the installation was quick and the cleanup was very good.The windows are very easy to use.     Wonderful service, quick follow up, incredibly nice, and did exactly as they said they would. Absolutely love our new windows! After dealing with brittle, drafty, 80 year old windows for two years, our house finally feels like a home. Looks great outside and in! Could not be happier, and window world cannot be beat. Windows were almost the same price as ones we would buy from a home improvement store, and we didnt have to install them ourselves. Plus, they were wrapped in aluminum! Great great great! 5 stars!
