Eric, my salesman, made sure I had all the information I needed, while Rick kept me in constant communication about the materials and the tentative installation date. Originally scheduled for October 7, they called to offer an earlier date of September 11, which worked perfectly for me.Austin and his crew did an excellent job. They worked efficiently, were very professional, and left everything spotless when they finished. Overall, from the quote process to the installation, Clemens Home Solutions made it a pleasure to work with them. I highly recommend their services.

Austin and his crew got here this morning, 8/1/2024 and started into work right away. They were courteous professional and did an excellent job cleaned up all the mess took away the old gutters and all the trash. They had to replace some end rafter pieces and fascia board on the south side of the house. Austin showed me the damage and they replaced it. The black gutters really pop. They look excellent with the white vinyl siding above the brick and the white soffits along with the Black shutters at the windows. The accent the Black gutters provide compliment our home quite nicely. We were very impressed with what they did. Clemens followed through and they did what they said they would do and came through like a champ. My wife and I would not hesitate recommending them to anybody looking for this kind of service or other services that they provide. And at some point were going to be working with them I believe to have them replace our windows.

As the name suggests, Clemens had the solution! They installed high efficiency windows that not only look great, but have preserved the integrity & character of our home. From the beginning, everyone that we have dealt with at Clemens has been very knowledgeable and very friendly. Our Sales Rep Eric was great and answered every question we had. The man who measured every window (14) twice was very thorough, and Clemens kept us updated on the progress of our windows being manufactured. The installation crew, led by Jeff, was absolutely fantastic! Jeff gave us an update every morning and at the end of every work day (3 day job). The prior Communication to putting up our seamless gutters was wonderful. With weekly updates on when they expected the job to be done. The crew was here on time. They were clean, efficient, and very communicative with my husband in this process. We cannot say enough good things about Clemens and their window replacement work. We had 17 windows replaced, and they were stellar to work with all the way through. From the salesperson Seth, to the window installation team leader Mike, to Jeff, Scott, John and James who were the actual installers, just the nicest people. The installers spent 2-1/2 days at our house and they were extremely polite, friendly, neat and courteous. They were careful moving our furniture as needed, and uninstalling and reinstalling our blinds, curtains, even our outdoor awnings. They asked multiple times if we were happy with the work. They even noticed a couple of small marks in the window glass, and asked Mike, their supervisor, to make a trip out to look at it. He offered to get replacements but it wasnt even noticeable to us. They made a couple of trips around the house to touch up caulking, make sure all the aluminum wraps were clean and solidly installed, picked up all of the trash and scrap material, and asked one last time if there were any questions or if we saw anything they needed to address. One of the best customer service experiences weve ever had, and the windows look fantastic!

My wife and I want to THANK everyone at Clemens Home Solutions for doing a FABULOUS job on our new roof, gutters and fascia/soffits. Josh, the estimator, was incredible and was the only estimator (out of 3) that found significant structural issues in the roof support structure. If he hadn’t had a keen eye for detail, we would have had severe issues either now, or in the not too distant future. Nathan and Abel’s crew was amazing and did an awesome job with the roof tear down and installation. They spent a considerable amount of time cleaning up afterwards and ensuring there was almost no debris left behind. Mike and Dannys crew did a great job on the fascia and soffits. Ivan and Sam followed up with the gorgeous black gutters. We can’t say enough about Macee in Customer Care - who is the reason we heard about Clemens - she was on top of things start to finish.Clemens’ Crew stayed in touch throughout the process and kept us informed of materials ordered, schedule changes due to inclement weather and projected completion timeline. I had one minor issue and that was with an added dryer vent. Nathan was out the next business day and fixed it, no questions asked. Clemens put gutters on our house 4 months ago and we have been so happy with the work done. Tim spent hours with us going over our options and ensuring we had all of the info to make a good decision. We were so impressed with Tim we decided to have gutters put on our 127 year old porch.We had 2 installation crews due to our home being so old we needed flashing installed first. Both crews were amazing. So polite and professional. Austin was amazing. He paid close attention and made sure the crew were being careful working around my flowers, ensuring the ladders did no damage.We figured we were finished and then Macee calls asking to stop by. She was there to make sure we were pleased and to answer any questions that we might have since the installation. Never have we had someone come out weeks after a job is finished to ensure we are happy with the work done. Clemens adding that extra touch helped put them #1 with us.It has been 4 months and we couldnt be more happy with the work. Mon 6-24-24I have had several contractors doing work on our house this year, and none of them can even come close to “CLEMENS HOME SOLUTIONS!!!” These folks literally set the Standard for other contractors to simply TRY to match.. (I have both a background as an Indiana police officer, as well as line-crew supervisor for a large Utility company, so I really look and watch people very closely at their working habits and the skill which they put into their work.I would have enjoyed, and been thankful for having men of this caliber working on any of my crews…These people are extremely SAFETY oriented, which should be important for anyone working on your property, and potentially around your family. They do outstanding work on every aspect of the job, from beginning to end.. (They do a tailgate discussion and walk-through at the beginning of the job, which if necessary, can and does include the customer..)They took the time to answer every question I had, and even listened to any input from me, and if necessary explained why they might do things differently, but still achieving the same goal..They followed good, sound and SAFE working habits throughout the entire job, like crossing their Safety Chains from their truck to their trailer, (yet you can always see companies big & small that fail to do this.) Setting Traffic Cones around their equipment while parked on the traveled portion of any street, (something utility companies don’t always do.. Both of these are LAWS required by the Indiana DOT..).Most customers wouldn’t know, catch or care about these things, but THEY still do them, because they do things RIGHT!!!They always look and act professional, and never take any shortcuts or unnecessary risks. They always integrate ‘SAFETY FIRST’ into every aspect of their work, not just for themselves, but for the customer and their property as well.. When they reach a stopping point at the end of the day, or they have simply completed their job, they do a thorough walk-through making sure nothing is left behind. (Scrap pieces of metal, screws, etc.) Even after all this, they do another FINAL walk-through, rechecking once AGAIN, for anything that could be a hazard to children or small pets running around, but this time they even take pictures of their completed work, so their bosses can see first-hand how they left the job site, and the quality of their workmanship.I cannot commend them enough on their commitment on not just doing the best possible job, but also for living their commitment every day, big or small, easy or hard….It was a true privilege having them on our property, working on our home, and becoming a general contractor that we can trust and share with our family and friends.I told both Landon and Konrad, the two young men who worked on our home, that Macee & Regan (from their call center) who I have had the pleasure of taking to on the phone, and Ethan, who I have both met and talk with several times on the phone as well that, their entire Family Owned and Operated Company is a True Blessing to our entire Muncie community and the surrounding counties and towns as well!!You can get any contractor to furnish you with what they refer to as: “Qualified Laborers”, but if you’re wanting True, Hard-Working Skilled Professionals, who are Outstanding at their jobs and really do care about doing the job Safely and Right, the first time, and want nothing more than happy customers, look no further than “CLEMENS HOME SOLUTIONS!!!”Otherwise you just might just end up getting what you paid for:“HAMMERS with a HEARTBEAT…”PSIf you’re looking for the absolute BESTLeaf Guard for your gutters have them show you their “LEAF-X”, nothing else even comes close to this, and they also install the Best Seamless Gutters in central Indiana.. We had Clemens Home Solutions from Muncie come out and give us an estimate for new facia and gutters. They arrived on time and were professional, thorough, and friendly. We contracted with them to do the job and they gave us a schedule of when the work would be done. We were kept informed about material ordering and receiving and anything else that might affect the job. The facia crew came out and replaced any bad facia boards and then did the facia wrap with aluminum. We also had them wrap the garage door frame with aluminum and replace the weather stripping around the garage door. The gutter crew came out the second day and installed 5 gutters and downspouts. After the crew was finished, we did a walk around and inspected everything. We are very happy with how the job turned out and with the professional and courteous interaction with the company. I was so impressed with the crews that worked on each of the three projects I had done. The roofers were at my home at 7am like they said they would. Roofing crew start to finish removed the old roof and installed the new roof and clean up from 7am to 2:30pm. Soffits & fascia crew did their work and were meticulous as well as thorough, and the crew today was Konrad, Kelton, and Charles as well as the Spanish speaking roofing crew, and the small group of Amish men quietly went about their work being very careful about leaving things on the ground where my golden retriever could possibly be hurt.Everyone I have dealt with have been wonderful from the planning and carrying out the work have been a pleasure to work with.

First, Seth helped us figure out what we wanted done to our home and helped us figure out how to finance this project. Then, Rick gave us detailed weekly updates on the status of the project. When construction began, Austin and Nathan did a great job with the gutters and roofing by completing the jobs on time and cleaning up thoroughly, which kept our dog out of harms way later on. Our house looks amazing now with a new blue roof and blue gutters. My wife and I are very happy with the end result! It is my pleasure to highly recommend Clemens Home Solutions for your roofing and gutter needs. We originally chose other roofers to install a new roof and our first-floor gutters because Clemens was more expensive. Several months later, we opted to use Clemens for more intricate work and for gutters on the second floor. Their Project Consultant, Tim Petty, guided us through a thorough examination of our needs. I wish we had used them for the entire job – they are worth the extra cost.Nathan (Roofing Manager) and Austin (Guttering Crew Lead) kept us informed of expected work dates and they showed up on time! They even managed to finish BEFORE the expected date. Their employees were well-mannered, in uniform, respectful, and did a superb job. We use a lot of contractors in our home restorations and this group was tops. Macee helped with scheduling, updating progress, and gave a final visit with a thank you at the end of the project. They certainly work as a team.I don’t often write reviews for contractors. This group is worth it.

I contracted Clemens Home Solutions to replace my gutters that were original to the home and in terrible shape. Tom showed up on time, looked over the project thoroughly, listened to my concerns and gave me an estimate that I felt was fair and honest. Ivan and Mark arrived as promised and removed all of the old gutters. Replaced all of the rotted fascia board and was able reused the existing aluminum fascia (which they checked with me prior to doing). The new gutters were installed and look great. I like the fact the downspouts will flip up out of the way when I mow. Ivan and Mark made sure all everything was cleaned up before they left. The entire project took less than a day to complete. Everyone I dealt with at Clemens from Tom, Ivan , Mark and the office staff has been friendly, courteous and professional. Truly a professional company. I have additional work that I know I will be calling on them to do later this summer. It is nice to see a company that not only tells you they are going to do something, but actually does it. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing these types of home improvements.

Update: 09/09/2022My wife and I utilized the services of Clemens again to replace our front door. When we purchased our home at the end of 2019 there were a number of repairs and upgrades that were needed. As mentioned below in my first review, water mitigation was the top priority. However the metal front door was also significantly damaged. It had an indent slightly larger than a golf ball on the inside. Whatever caused that indent also broke a portion of the side window framing, which has been held in place with wood glue for several years now. As the break was visible to anyone who came to the front, we wanted to replace it. Clemens helped us select a new door, and was patient while we got it approved by our HOA. After we ordered our new door Clemens provided us frequent updates on the status of our purchase. This was greatly appreciated as several companies we ordered from during the pandemic never provided any updates. Once the door arrived from the factory they were able to quickly schedule a time to install it. The install was professionally done; they handled the disposal of our old door, and even cleaned up the dust that came from the installation. The door is beautiful, and my wife and I are thrilled! If you need to install a new front entrance I would highly recommend working with Clemens. As I said in my first review, 10/10. I have worked with the company twice now, and I plan on doing it again!My wife and I recently bought a home that needed both new gutters, and a system to protect them. Clemens home solutions, in addition to being professional and efficient, are the only company I know that provide a gutter guard system based on the principal of laminar flow (instead of just a wire mesh over the top of the gutters). Their system ensure that water can easily flow to the gutters, while preventing solid debris from entering them. The gutters and the guard system were cut and installed on site, and match the existing colors of my house. 10/10 - would use again.

Wow! I dont know where to begin. Working with Clemens on replacement windows has been the most pleasant experience. Not only are your windows top quality but your staff goes above and beyond. We started out with your project manager, Seth, who paid a visit to our home to discuss our window replacement, notifying us of the time line and what it would entail.Canaan and Scott came out to install the windows and did a great job. They were also very pleasant and we were at ease to have them at our home. They were done before we knew it. We then had a great visit with Macee and Dustin who did our final home visit to make sure we were happy with the windows and their service to this point. At this visit they brought up the caulking that was not up to their standards and let us know Mike would be personally coming out to redo the caulking so it would be more pleasing as well as more to the Clemens standards. We didnt know there were still companies out there that cared this much and have such high standards for customer satisfaction. We definitely will be using Clemens for any future projects. They are the best!

I recently had my roof replaced on my house and detached garage and they did an awesome job. It took them one day to complete the job and then they returned the next day to clean up. Melvin was the crew lead and despite a major distraction, that he handled very well, the team stayed on track. You rarely see a team work as hard as these guys all did. The workman showed up right on time. They were friendly and got to work immediately. They made sure that my old German Shepherd stayed safe while they worked and finished the job in record time. I was worried about my new roof and didnt want anyone to hurt it, but they were careful installing the gutter hangers and gutters, as there were no previous gutters. The gutters look very nice and improved the look of my house. When it rained, the downspouts worked beautifully sending all that water away from the foundation. Josh came out first to see what I needed, and I was pleased that he was able to work out a plan I could afford. Elsie finished up with a nice gift and survey. I am very happy with the work and how I was treated by the company. I think the guttering will stop the erosion of my foundation, and thats important to me.

It is getting close to a year and roof still appears very good. Recommend project liaison all your people go through with one form preferred customer contact with a short wait for response unless absolutely time sensitive. I was contacted via USPS, text, email, and voicemail. I would hear from someone daily. It got so bad I felt harrassed. I would cringe even hearing the name Clemens. Feedback and reviews have become another job it seems. You barely have a chance to breathe in between. If you shop pickup, delivery, or online, the requests for feedback and reviews are immediate. We are inundated with it now. Please wait a reasonable amount of time for a response. Its not like we arent paying attention. Also, we were told house interior would probably be cooler after new roof and it is ❤️

We were out of town while the renovation was done. A&D Hydroclean handled our entire project of updating our home. The owner Aaron Wilson did all of the other work and coordinated the work with Clemens. He said it was very seamless and complimented that Clemens workers knew exactly what they were doing. They have a crew that only does the seamless gutters and gutter guards. Clemens Home Solutions did my roof, gutters, and wrapped the windows for my home. I was impressed with the efficiency and organization of each crew. I appreciated the excellent clean up efforts of each of the three crews; I never had to go behind and clean up or straighten anything. Each crew was friendly, answered any questions I had to the best of their ability, and if one of the crew was unable to answer a question, they followed through to pass the question on to someone who could provide an answer and did so in a timely manner. I specifically noted how well the crews communicated with each other and how quiet they were; there was no shouting, no loud music, no course language. They demonstrated a respectable degree of professionalism at all times. The office was in frequent communication. I was well aware of the schedules, the projected time for each job, and I was never surprised with additional charges or fees. The amount projected on the estimate (and subsequent updates) matched and before signing the contract, the estimate and all the work to be completed was discussed in detail. I feel very comfortable and confident that if any issue should arise, I can contact Clemens and someone will take the call, listen to my concerns, and address them in a timely manner that will produce the best outcome possible. After utilizing multiple contractors for various and sundry jobs, Clemens ranks among the top for quality, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Outstanding quality of work and customer service on my siding and window project! They arent cheap, but they arent the most expensive either, and they are far more customer focused, responsive, and professional than the typical contractor. We had a great experience with everyone leading up to the project, from Ethan coming out to give us an estimate, to Rick keeping us regularly updated on the schedule, to Mike coordinating the work. Dany and crew did an outstanding job on the install. It looked great, and they even accommodated a last minute request to install a pet door in our garage wall. They did a thorough clean up when they were done and left the property looking the same as it did when they started. Afterwards, Macee came by to do a customer service check and make sure we were 100% satisfied with the work. Its also worth pointing out that their 15-year transferrable warranty covers issues related to quality of work in addition to the manufacturers warranty on quality of product.

This was my first experience with Clemens Home Solutions. I first became aware of them through their advertisement on Ball State Public Television. I had gutters installed throughout our house today. The crew showed up on time and were all polite and professional. The spokesmen, Freeman and Ethan, were friendly, articulate, and informed about the product they installed. Although I can’t attest to the efficiency and durability of the gutters yet, I’m sure if they work as well as the crew that installed them, I’ll be very pleased. We will definitely contact Clemens with future needs for our home.UPDATE: Now that it’s been a little more than a month, I’ve contacted Clemens about a couple of minor things: one related to the guarantee and the other some cosmetic work on the install. In both cases, Clemens personnel contacted me immediately. Two different representatives, Cory and Ivan came to the house to take care of my questions. This is what makes Clemens a notch above their competition. If you want to pinch pennies and never see the company again, hire someone else. If you want the work done right by a company that will be with you long after the job is complete, hire Clemens.
