    Doug was very professional and easy to work with. He listened to all our concerns and what we were wanting accomplished. Doug then let us know what was possible and what wasnt when it came to keeping within code. He talked us about what would be our best options for the upgrade we were looking for. I actually felt very comfortable after talking with Doug that when we go to do this upgrade , Knees Electrical will be the company we use.I will highly recommend this company to others needing any electrical work done.

    From our initial phone call to the completion of the project, our experience with Knees Electrical services was absolutely seamless and hassle free.We were able to set up an appointment with ease, and the office personnel were very friendly. The technician who visited to set up the estimate was friendly and explained in detail how the job would be done.On the day of the job - a full electrical installation in an outbuilding - the electricians, Kaden and Austin, arrived on time and did absolutely amazing work! We were very impressed. Kaden and Austin were friendly, professional and efficient.     The work I requested was challenging to begin with, then while performing the work unexpected issues arose. Kaden, Austin and Chris started the project at about 10:15 AM and stayed with it until 10:00 PM and had to come back another day because of those issues. Including Matt, the sales technician, I don’t know that I’ve ever met a group of four individuals that have been more professional, more friendly and more accommodating. I will use them again for any future electrical needs and would highly recommend them!!

    I have had my Generac for not quite a year yet and due to storms needed the generator but the internal breaker switch went bad and wasn’t allowing the power to my house. The came in the middle of the night, fixed it temporarily and came to fix it permanently which did not cost me a dime. They were great to work with.

    I wish I would have gotten the names of the young men that installed our generator because they were exemplary!!! They worked together as a team when they came across a couple hurdles and did what needed to be done. We had a terrible rain storm in the middle of them working. There were drenched and muddy but kept great spirit. I really cannot say enough about them! They deserve raises or at least a big bonus! Thank you for everything today! Service was excellent!

    I called Knee’s electrical service because of all the positive reviews I read online. It turned out to be a wise choice. Garth called me to let me know when he was on his way. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and explained the details of every option there was for each problem. Then he went right to work, finishing all jobs to my satisfaction, and took away the cardboard and styrofoam left from the new fixtures. I will definitely call Knee’s in the future whenever I need electrical work done.

    Knees Electric came out to give us advice on several areas in our house. Garth was very informative. With his help, we are moving forward with two new circuit panels !! Moving into the 21st century. He was very competent, changed out 5 outlets. Was honest about the ceiling lights I wanted installed. They were for a wall. Oops !!Very educational morning !!Today was the day !! The crew took us from the 70s into 2024. Of course, there were surprises along the way. The guys took their time and did quality work.     I had a very good experience with the customer service and the tech that came out and took a look at what the issue was with my electrical system. Garth Miller was the tech that came out and he explained everything very well and made sure any questions I had were answered and layed out my options very plainly so I could take my time and weigh my options.     KNEES to the rescue! We had a puzzling situation with our electrical service panel following repetitive, closely-placed power outages in our neighborhood. A circuit breaker I had purposely turned off was now back on. I did not recall switching the breaker back on. I worried something weird had happened during the neighborhood electrical events and power outages. Electrician Garth from Knees Electrical Service took the history of our dilemma, then checked all possible involved electrical components. Fortunately, the power outages and the problem werent related. He capped the wires to the breaker that I wanted off, to avoid recurrence. Human error was likely the faulty component. That most likely means ME. As busy as things have been recently, I am definitely suspect. Garth said that about half of his service calls are to restore peace of mind to customers about electrical safety in their homes. I belong in that category regarding this call today. Im grateful for KNEES professional and timely help. Sound sleep is well worth the price of a service call. And its always been such good, reliable service. My thanks to Garth and to KNEES.

    During a home inspection we found an improper setup for our AC unit. Knee’s electric explained what was going on and detailed how they’d fix it. They then promptly fixed the issue for me, and were friendly enough to answer some other questions I had around the house. I was really impressed with their quality of service and friendliness!

    We were very grateful for the response from Knees Electrical Service. We suffered an electrical fire and had power cut to house. So after the fire department left, we made a phone call to Knees and they had a tech (Chris Hedrick) to our house within a couple hours and it was late at night. He did an excellent job and made sure everything was taken care of to alleviate our worries and to get power restored to our home. He was very polite and professional throughout the entire night. Very thankful we called them for help.
