From hitting their deadlines, organizing multiple subcontractors, and delivering a finished product I am exceptionally happy with, they checked every box. We have worked with Envisicon as a HVAC subcontractor on a several projects. Kenneth, Steven and Danielle all are professional, courteous and easy to work with. They are always available to answer questions and address any concerns we had. I appreciate their attention to detail and their commitment to quality work. Kenneth and his team bid on our project and we went with them, not because they were the lowest, but because I was super impressed of the coordination of his team to bid the project and incredible communication. He met us on site with 20 or more of his partnered contractors to pow wow the project and get deliverables for quotes. He was very honest and upfront about the plans and the change order process. I really felt he had our best interest in mind with the renovations and that he was helping us make good decisions so we wouldnt overspend on the project - something that other GCs never did because they like change orders to make more money....but Kenneth was not like that. He genuinely had my best interest in mind. I felt a sense of trust from the get go with him.During the project, issues did arise (as they always do in a project) and he was very responsive, always providing good communication and coordinating efforts to resolve the issue quickly with this team. His site supervisor David was on the site daily to oversee the project and he was always there to answer any questions, set expectations and timeframes with the project. At the end of each week I received a weekly summary of the items that were completed and what was next in the pipeline.I did end up doing a lot of change orders (thats just me) and we did go over budget for the project, but I was okay with all of that for a finish product. Even after the project was complete, Kenneth followed up and resolved issues - he kept his word on taking care of any warranty items and even went above and beyond on certain issues after the project was complete.We did only have one issue with one of his contractors with some water damage but Kenneth responded quickly with empathy and his site supervisor David responded immediately with coming to take care of the issue late in the evening after hours.I really cant say anything bad here about my experience with Kenneth and his team. I have done several renovation projects with other teams and new builds over the years and my experience with Kenneth and Envisicon was top notch in every way.I highly recommend working him and his team for your project.
