I cant say enough good things about Punch list. We had several company give us quotes on remodeling our bathroom. The companies that talk about shower renovations in a day dont do the complete job! They only install modular shower , you want new light fixtures you have to get an electrician. You want new sinks, cabinets, and fixtures you have to find someone else to do that! Punch List went over everything we wanted to do and came back with a complete project list and cost. Punch list had electricians , plumbers, carpenters , tile installers.they told us when the project would start and when it would be completed. They also gave a recommendation to look at Studio 41 for all our fixture needs which worked out great ! Our project manager would stop by to see how the project was progressing if we had any issues !The Project was done on time and at the cost that was quoted!! If your looking for complete bath remodel with fair pricing and quality workmanship. Punch List is the answer !!

We had a great experience with our door installer. His name was Johnny. He was prompt and paid attention to detail. Our delivery personnel almost forgot to deliver all door parts and Johnny advocated for us to make sure we had everything to complete the project.Our door was ordered through Chicago Door Company (CDC), but the sales personnel was through Punchlist. It is difficult to get a hold of a live person from CDC, but text message seemed to work better. Our turn around time from sales to project completion was approximately 4 months- a little longer than expected, but no big deal.

I cannot say enough great things about the crew from Punch List. They did such an amazing job on our bathroom remodel, which was a complete gut job. The end product is stunning, and everyone who has seen it (from friends to realtors to other contractors) has gushed about how amazing it looks. They were professional and fast, they met deadlines, they were clean and efficient, and most of all, they were considerate and friendly to work with. Completely redoing a bathroom is an expensive process, and we were so afraid of investing a lot in something we would not be completely happy with. I do not have one single complaint, and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Punch List just finished a master bath remodel for our Chicago condo, including two new vanities, lights, mirrors, toilet, and some tile work. Everyone we dealt with was professional and punctual. Dave and Dan in the office, Bob as PM, and Fergus handling the carpentry, all were great. The new work looks fabulous. Their price was a lot less than some designer companies we got estimates from, and the workmanship was outstanding. We now have a list of future projects for them.

Punch List was able to accommodate an extremely last-minute renovation request. Everyone I dealt with was polite and helpful, and when it seemed like they werent going to be able to fit me in to their schedule they even recommended a competitor (who, when I called, in turn recommended Punch List).There were a few issues with scheduling: the work dates slightly changed without my knowing, and the contractor was in the condo on a day I didnt expect. Communication on this could have been a bit better, but they got the job done in my extremely restrictive window, and the work was done really well.The only other issue was a miscommunication over using a HEPA-vacuum for cleanup, which we had discussed, but then seemed to slip between the cracks--but once I reached out to Jim and explained my frustration, he got the equipment he needed to d the HEPA cleanup at no additional cost to me, which I really appreciated.These guys are great.

So professional and attentive! I had a horrible experience with another handyman and PUNCH LIST did an amazing job stepping in days later and fixing all the shoddy work that my previous handyman did. He was clean, kind, and very detail oriented. He made sure I was completely satisfied with each project before moving onto the next. I am beyond pleased with the work, and I will certainly recommend their services to others!

All of the work we had Punch List do was outstanding the level of service was fantastic. There were issues with our plumbing and electrical (it is an old mid-rise condo building) and they were very upfront about any additional issues or costs. Overall it was by far the best experience Ive had with a contractor and will be more than happy to use them again in the future. They are great for people who dont need a fancy 3D blueprint but rather need the work done and are supplying their own materials.
