    We hired Premier Remodeling for a complete rehab of our Printers Row loft. We are thrilled with the results! Life changing. The massive job included hardwood floors, new lighting throughout, bathroom expansion and renovation, kitchen renovation including custom cabinets and countertops, additional powder room, closet and laundry-- plus a number of smaller changes and improvements. The project proceeded right on schedule, taking three months. All of this in an historic, 125 year-old building converted to residential spaces in the 80s.Pricing was competitive. Communication was clear, consistent and timely. Problem-solving was on point. Very responsive to all our questions from the naive to the fickle. The professionalism and attention to detail, both for the work and to the needs of the people in the building, was phenomenal.I recommend their work with highest praise.

    Our basement flooded over the 4th of July weekend as did many...we needed new floors, carpet, among other things. Ronne and his team are fantastic, professional, and timely. I asked him if he thought theyd be done by X-date and he said well be done Monday. They ended up finishing the work that Friday - much sooner than I had envisioned.They cut no corners and pay close attention to detail while listening to what YOUR vision is - all while staying within your budget. They fixed up our bathroom, laundry room, main living area in the basement...it all looks better than it did.Having used dozens of other GCs over the years - I couldnt recommend Ronne and Premier Remodeling enough. Will definitely work with them again! Hopefully for home renovations we *want* to do versus responding to a flood...THANK YOU RONNE!

    I called Premier Remodeling in the hopes that they’d be able to repair my previously condemned Blue Bathroom.The pipe fixtures were spewing black residue, the floor was weak and sagging and the tile was falling off the walls. Ronne showed up and graciously answered all my questions and concerns. I contacted many contractors asking for quotes. Premier remodeling was the most reasonable and their portfolio of work seemed very high quality. Later on, I was extremely happy to find that they lived up to their quality of work.In the end, after all of my suggestions for changes and even after I requested extra work to be done to the pipes (for an extra charge) I was extremely happy with the end result. They even came back to fix any problems that I saw with the finishes of the bathroom. (No charge.)My only gripe was that a day of work was offset by another project they had to finish elsewhere, but I’m a pretty patient person and it didn’t effect my overall view of their company.I really hope this is indicative of their work and work ethic, because in the near future, I’ll definitely be calling them again the next time I need some work done.

    Ronne and his team were fantastic in putting charm back into a 1930s Dutch Colonial I purchased in Highland Park. Arched doorways, refinished floors and got other immediate needs done including a facelift to the primary ensuite, spray foam insulation and drywalling the addition, and electrical updates. Very responsive, honest, reasonable and easy to work with. Quality work and very professional. This is my third rehab and by far best experience yet! Cant wait to use Premier for future projects.

    Repeat client! Roy and his team are incredibly professional, thorough and extremely fast. I live in a downtown high-rise apartment, which can be tricky to do any sort of remodeling work in, but Roys team is very used to working in high-rises and has worked in many of the major buildings in Chicago - the process was a breeze. I used them for my kitchen three years ago, and they were the first call I made when we decided to remodel our bathroom. The entire team is knowledgeable, hard-working and very respectful. Ill be using them for all my future projects!

    We used Roy and his team to remodel our kitchen and are very pleased with the results of the remodel. Would 100% use them again for future work! The project was performed within the quoted budget, timeframe, and began/ended on time. The team was very clear and proactive with their communication and completed all of the commitments we discussed. They did an excellent job with dust control and cleanup as we were occupying the house during the remodel. The services that we had them perform were demolition, installation of a new title backsplash, installation of new quartz countertops, installation of a new sink / water filtration unit, onsite painting (multiple coats) of the existing cabinets, new cabinet hardware replacement, and cleanup. A special thanks to Carlos of his work who led our project and did an amazing job working with us!

    Roy is one of the most responsive contractor you will ever meet. We bought the condo end of Feb and urgently needed a contractor to help us with completely remodeling the project. The downtown high rise associations have many requirements and all the contractors recommended by the building are busy and don’t return my calls. Even though I didn’t know Roy before but upon an online inquiry he called me immediately and followed up diligently. Based on my almost 2 decades of working with people I like this characteristic of business follow through so I chose to trust him to handle the project the whole time while we were NOT physically in chicago to monitor the progress. The product delivered on time end of June and we moved in a beautiful renovated place! Roy’s workers such as Junior are also super kind and helpful. Highly recommend if you are looking for someone that would at least get back to your calls.

    We are so happy we decided to go with Premier Remodeling for our master bathroom renovation. Their pricing is fair, and they are knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.     We have worked with Ronne on a few restoration projects due to water damage in the past, and we were so impressed with his work that we knew we had to call him when our basement was damaged by the Chicago floods this past July.Ronne and his team, namely Jason, showed professionalism in both their communication and craft. They were punctual, and though not necessary, diligently worked to finish the project before a party we had planned to host. They truly demonstrated a reliability that you dont find in contractors these days.Ronne took the guessing work out of choosing carpet, laminate flooring, and cabinetry by bringing samples to our home to choose from. He was also very helpful with the insurance process knowing exactly what steps were required to move things along efficiently.Despite our budget requiring basic-grade materials, we are incredibly happy with the quality of it all. The living room, laundry room, and bathroom came out even better than they were before.Highly recommend Premier Remodeling Services!

    Class act all the way. They completed a minor remodel/refresh of a condo I recently purchased, about 3 weeks of work was done. I dont have a lot of experience with pricing estimates but Id guess the cost is slightly above average but you absolutely get what youre paying for. We ran into a big unexpected problem and they went above and beyond with the solution. They were punctual, respectful and provided candid feedback along the way. I cant say enough about Roy, Jr, the full team. Stop looking around and just hire this team.

    Excited to write my first review (ever) for 24-7 Premier. We hired Ronne and his team for our upstairs kids bathroom project. This was our first home improvement project, and Ive only ever heard horror stories about contractors. Ronne and his team not only were incredibly skilled and meticulous, but they went above and beyond - as good people - to take care of our house (bringing packages back inside, thoroughly cleaning up after themselves, etc).After interviewing a few different companies who appeased all of our potential ideas, the reason we decided to move forward with 24-7 Premier was because Ronne had a point-of-view and wasnt afraid to steer us in a different direction if logically it didnt make sense. We appreciated his candor and transparency.As far as pricing was concerned, 24-7 Premier came in perfectly competitive with the market. They were not the cheapest contractors, and definitely not the ones on the highest end. We felt confident we were paying for quality work, and this was clear as Ronne and his team matched us in our aim towards perfectionism. We were fairly quoted on price and timeframe for the project.Overall, not only are we completely satisfied with how the bathroom turned out, we are excited to bring Ronne and his team back for more of our home improvement projects.

    Premier Remodeling is a trustworthy contractor for home renovation. I just finished renovating 2 bathrooms (bathtub and shower stall) and reinstalled the kitchen floor tiles. Roy, the project manager, responded every questions that you have promptly and he always on top of checking the work, follow up and making sure that end result is satisfactory. His team, Juan and the crew, is very polite, knowledgeable, the work is very neat. They always clean up at the end of each day. I have been looking for a trustworthy contractor, Premier Remodeling is the one and I highly recommend.

    I live in a high rise building downtown which complicates finding willing contractors. I had a small tile job and Premier came to my rescue. They sent someone out the day I called, set an appointment 5 days later to do the work, showed up and completed the job with the utmost care and skill, and during the 5 days communicated with me to provide details and to make sure I was satisfied with the work. They were great to work with and I highly recommend them for any remodeling job.

    Roy and his team are amazing. I do over 550 real estate deals a year and come across a lot of contractors. The biggest pain I have is getting someone dependable to recommend for my clients because any recommendation I give out, is tied to me personally. I never had any complaints about Roy from my clients. So when my wife and I decided to combine units in the building we live in, we knew we could call Roy and his team to do the job. They showed up on time (yes an unheard of rarity for this industry) and did the work on the schedule they said they would do. (another unheard of rarity) Whenever we had questions or needed help, Roy responded immediately. We are very pleased with the work Roy and his team did.

    Ronnie and the team completed an extensive renovation of my Chicago bungalow. Hardwood floors, 3 bathrooms, kitchen update including quartz countertop and maple flooring, partial basement including new bedroom and full bath, converted radiator system to hvac. Great experience. The project took about 8 weeks and ran on schedule despite some challenges that came up in a 90+ year old home. I especially loved all of the tile work in the bathrooms, workmanship was outstanding. Glad I chose this company to work with! Will use again for my future basement project.

    Fantastic work at a fair price! We had Premier Remodeling remodel our joint laundry and mechanical room space that occupies about 1/3 of the lower level of our split level home. The space was torn down to the studs and built back up into a wonderful space (a job involving carpentry, plumbing and electrical work). A new dividing wall and pocket door was installed to create a smaller mechanical room and separate laundry room. Both spaces look great! You can tell Ronne and the crew take pride in their work, pay attention to details, and wont be satisfied until theyve met or exceeded your expectations. I highly recommend them!
