We havent needed extensive work on our boiler yet but these guys will be our first choice in the future. Very happy their service business is still going after the previous owners retirement.

We called Hugarts on Thursday to help fix a leaking shower. Had an appointment on Friday. They called when they were on their way as promised. They were prompt, respectful of our home, friendly and had the necessary parts with them. Fixed the shower and were gone within a short period of time. Highly recommend Hugarts. We have used them several times in the past and have always had quality service.

You can imagine my shock when I called about needing to replace my hot water heater, and Hugharts drove up 45 minutes later! Excellent service! Rob and Paul did a GREAT job. Had everything finished in a short time. They provided the heater and took the old one away. Entire transaction was hassle-free which meant no stress for me! I really appreciate it. Thanks, Hugharts! At a time when so many businesses seem to be mediocre, youre a port in the storm.

Not only is it the best plumbing supply store in Morgantown, they really take care of their customers. Placed a service call and Nick did an awesome job. Very quick (was at my door 2 hours after I called), clean, and no leaks.

Called for an estimate to replace furnace and add a/c. They came when they said and provided an estimate when they said they would. Two other contractors did not. We are going to wait a bit longer before having any work done but do appreciate that they came out. Thank you so much.
