    My geothermal system is aging and having issues due to the minerals in the water. Diagnosis and repair were challenging; however, Michael and the team were determined.     The online book system was very good. As a customer you receive a photo of your tech and the estimated arrival time. Our HVAC tech was Chase. He called ahead of his arrival. He quickly reviewed the furnace issue. We discussed a plan and a timeline. When the part arrived (Chase) was booked back as a return tech to finish the job.

    We contact advanced heat and cooling to have the heat pump checked out and a new thermostat installed. The technician Candace communicated before arriving and arrived with the window set by the company. She looked over the system and gave us feedback on what was needed. The thermostat install also went well and she made sure we were connected. A highly professional visit. I would recommend Thai company and Candace as a technician to anyone who needs good quality service.

    Candice was on time and jumped right into it. She checked out the furnace and moved on to the heat pump and saw the fan wired wrong on the capacitor and reset it up right. We have not had any issues since that. Great job

Advanced will also be doing our HVAC maintenance and am looking forward to another great experience.10-29-24 Another great experience with Advanced HVAC-Technician Candice arrived promptly, reviewed our Heating/Cooling System-provided helpful feedback regarding an issue she identified and quickly replaced the failing part. Advanced was flexible in rescheduling an appt for us to get it completed prior to entering the high demand heating season. Highly recommend this HVAC business-they even come to Bruceton Mills w/o extra charge or hesitation!12-16-24. Called Advanced HVAC & Plumbing to replace our hot water heater-they scheduled an appt promptly. Upon their arrival, David and his assistant started the job, were quick and efficient and provided helpful info regarding the new water heater. As before, we received appt confirmations, notice of their pending arrival and follow up email message with invoice. Have recommended Advanced to many people as they are a welcome change from other contractors who do not return calls, or provide estimates but never respond to schedule the work.

    Our electric bill doubled in July and August. I suspected a malfunction with the air conditioner. Josh arrived on time which is a rarity nowadays. After a thorough examination of our unit he was able to diagnose the problem. The fan unit in the AC was the problem. The part was ordered and 2 weeks later Josh returned and replaced the fan.I give him 3 P’s….. He was professional, pleasant and punctual! Today I received our bill after the install. Needless to say I am very happy and will have them on quick dial. Well done!

    Advanced HVAC came last week to do annual maintenance. While using the outdoor spigot we found water leaking inside the basement. They made arrangements for their master plumber, David Stone, to repair the spigot, and he came today!I commend the Advanced staff for identifying a problem and finding help to resolve it.     Chase was a very nice and knowlegable repairman. Who would have thought that it was a bad wire/connection problem. But he took his measurements and checked a few things and narrowed it down to wiring. He reached the wiring and moved it around and the problem happened. He repaired the wiring and tested the output temperature and return temperature and everything was working according to specs. I would welcome him back if i have another problem.

    Randy is the boiler expert! Not to mention how incredibly nice and helpful he is. He replaced 5 knobs with ball valves in a very tight space. Very professional and does a clean and superb job. Chase is incredibly nice as well. He talked to me after hours on a Sunday night and followed through with phone calls to try to help with what I thought was a boiler furnace water leak. Randy came out the next day and found a pin hole leak in a water pipe, not the furnace. He was able to stop the leak until he could come back and change the knobs. David came out and replaced the leaking pipe and was impressively professional! Only took him 15 minutes. This company impressed me! I usually use a Fairmont company but Advanced will now have my business. They are very helpful and extremely nice and affordable. I couldn’t be happier!

    Chase Street come to service our regular scheduled heat/cooling system and he was so polite and he found a starter that needed replaced and a capacitor. He kept us informed of the cost and what kind of life we could expect our system should have. He also helped reprogram our two thermostats to cooling.     I had them install an ac unit, replace duct work, install a thermostat, and seal duct work. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and professional. My review is 4 stars because of some miscommunication, improper estimate, and the wrong equipment being installed. I contacted them and they resolved all of the issues immediately at no additional cost. After everything was said and done the work was top notch and I will most definitely be using their services again. Do not let this review deter you from using their services, they will do everything in their power to make you happy and comfortable! Dan, Josh, Loy, and Jordan were excellent to deal with as well.

    We have been trying to get ANY AC company out to fix our issue...with no luck until we found Advanced Heating & Cooling! From setting up an appointment, to reminders prior to our appointment, to the above and beyond notification day of, that our tech was on his way and they included a photo of him (which was an added touch that gave us piece of mind since its just us girls here). Chris B was our technician and he was kind, knowledgeable, attentive, and patient. Of course the AC didnt make the sound we wanted the AC unit to make (the reason we called), but with his diagnostic help, we figured out that we were leaking refrigerant. We still have not solved 100% of the problem since the noise is still a mystery, but we can tell that Chris is determined to find the main issue and will get to the bottom of it when he returns to inspect for any leaks during the dye treatment. We are very happy with the whole experience. While we didnt want to spend extra money right now, as home bakers, AC is a must and we can already feel the difference in cooling now that the refrigerant is added. :) thank you, Chris!

    My furnace went out at 10pm last night (33 degrees). I called their 24 hour help line and the tech called me back in 5 minutes. With his expertise, he was able to diagnose my problem over the phone. Saved me a visit from them. It was a blown fuse. Replaced it this morning and all is good!     I came home to a crisp 57 last week after the first freeze of the season, discovering my furnace wasn’t starting up properly. So, like any self-respecting DIYer, I spent about 5 minutes watching a YouTube video to figure out what might be going on, and quickly realized I was in way over my head. They not only got someone over to help that same morning but also had the furnace back and running in less than a half hour so my wife and daughter could come home to a warm house after being away for the weekend.     This past fall we had a propane boiler installed. From that first phone call asking to set up a quote, we had nothing but wonderful service from this company. During the blizzard today, snow got into the vent which caused the system to shut off. They had a tech out to my house in just a couple hours to repair it and also educated us on what we can do if it happens again. Every tech that I have dealt with has been super professional and kind, which as a stay at home mom matter SO much to me that I am comfortable with who enters my home and is around my children.     If I was rating on 100 points scale I would put Josh 101. He really knows his stuff reliable and to have him provide service for us is a godsend. He looks for little things that he can also take care of beyond the original reason why he was called. He noticed a dryer duct had separated even a little bit but I had never noticed. He repaired it quickly and then checked the whole system to make sure it was functioning correctly. Can’t put a price on that!

    We recently bought a log home with very limited access and the only form of heat was a wood burner without any way to vent the heat throughout the home. Not only would this have been extremely physically challenging for us but it was almost impossible for us schedule wise. Within two days of our original call the company sent out a well mannered personable crew to take measurements and review the homes needs.     This place is wonderful! Feeling defeated after dealing with another “company” in the Morgantown area, I called Advanced Heating and Cooling and I’m so glad I did! The original “company” initially misdiagnosed the problem and charged me 200$ for adding charge and dye to the unit. Then, upon the second visit, refused to fix my AC under warranty, claiming if it was under warranty that I would have to pay him the full amount for parts, labor and travel expenses to get the parts and Carrier would reimburse him, which was then up to him to reimburse me- which is not the industry standard. Upon their second visit, the original “company” initially quoted me 200$ to replace my failing blower motor and when they came out to actually install it, the price somehow skyrocketed to 800$. On top of that, they had taken the old one away, so I was left without air for a few days because of this.When I called Advanced and explained everything, they were so kind and courteous. They dispatched a technician the next day and within one day, I had AC again! AND I was only responsible for the labor, ultimately saving 600$ by working with them! And more over, I found out that the original “company” was trying to swindle me out of as much money as possible, because the whole blower motor wasn’t even bad... Just the module, which was a cheaper fix and Advanced kept the parts on hand. I mean it when I say, Advanced dissipated my stressful situation and made everything so easy.Long story short, this company is honest, trustworthy, courteous, professional and always makes the customer their first priority. Their technicians are some of the friendliest people I have ever had to deal with, and could answer any questions you may have. I also appreciate that they send you a picture of the technician before they arrive to your house. Overall Advanced Heating and Cooling is a wonderful company with great service and even better standards. Seriously, don’t call anyone else!

    The air conditioner failed on a rental on a weekend (Saturday), so I called Advanced to see if they could fix it ASAP. They have done work for me in the past at my residence. They took my call and forwarded my request to their on-call technician (Jeremy) who called me within 10 minutes. He met me at the rental within 15 minutes, identified the problem, replaced the parts, and had it running great. My renters were extremely happy and appreciative.     I highly recommend this company for all heating and cooling assistance. Ive had several past problems with my HVAC using other providers and every season change it was still a problem. Finally this company is not only fixing the issues but putting a plan in place to resolve the core cause to avoid recurring problems. In addition to the technical assistance, the employees are all very friendly and accommodating--they fit me into their schedule within the same day from when I called!

    These guys are lifesavers. My ac went out on a Friday at 530 right before a heatwave hit. They were fully up front that it would be a bit more expensive for a technician to come out outside of their core hours and made sure I was okay with that.I had a tech at my house by 730 and an estimate on repair costs minutes after arrival. I could not be more thrilled with the quick and timely service provided. Im sure to be a repeat customer.

    Advanced Heating & Cooling installed a new water heater at our home. They called us before they left their shop, arrived when they said they would, and installed a water heater quickly and very neatly. They took the old water heater away and were finished in a little over two hours. This is the best HVAC and plumbing company around, in my opinion. They hire only the best, friendliest employees and it shows in their service!

    Five hours ago my furnace sounded like a jet engine with the sole aspiration of making me unable to hear anything around me. Then Mark came over tonight after i called this morning found a world record size amount of dust and hair. And on a more serious note that was making my furnace overheat. Seriously Mark is incredible nice, professional, and deserving of a raise.
