    Chris is phenomenal, we had a water issue in our basement on Saturday morning and called many places with no one answering the phone but Chris came out just couple hours after we calling him and now, he cleaned everything up with a fair and reasonable price compared to the other company, they did a great job. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Keep good work!

    I had a couple of shingles blow off our roof during the most recent wind storm. After calling several other contractors and leaving them messages, I called Chris. He immediately answered my call and discussed my repair. Since it was supposed to rain the next day, he came to my house that afternoon to see what type/color of shingles I needed, went and purchased them, returned to my house and made the repair. I highly recommend him. He is responsive, professional and his is cost very reasonable.

    The guys from Total Construction helped to repair an issue with warped boards behind our siding on our house. This repair needed to be completed to sale our house so we were under a bit of a time pinch. The guys that came out were great. They were efficient and took the time to explain what they needed to do while also completing quality work. Would highly recommend this company.

    Called several contractors and couldn’t get anyone to return my calls. I needed a couple small siding repairs after a wind storm took it off. Total construction got out to me promptly and completed the job for a fair price. I was really happy with the outcome. I will be using Total Construction again in the future.

    Chris and his team have been wonderful to work with. We hired him to do some demolition work and backsplash installation. The jobs were difficult but the crew put in the time and effort to get them done right. Chris is willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything is done correctly and aesthetically. At the end of the day, Chris cleaned up before leaving and made sure the work area is decluttered. Our communication with him has been straightforward. He showed up when he promised. Our backsplash job is still in progress but we have every confidence that we will have a perfect backsplash to enjoy.     We called Total Construction about a roof leak around a vent pipe. They were quick to reply and came out in the evening to assess the problem. The first attempt to fix the issue didn’t work out as planned after trying a different sealant, but they were good on their word and came right back out to make sure the problem was taken care of. They were great to work with and I would definitely utilize their services again!

    Weve found it difficult at times to find contractors to work on our old South Park home in a way that respects the history and integrity of the house. Most recently, we were searching for someone to replace our second story siding. Everyone seemed to want to put up vinyl siding instead of keeping with the traditional cedar siding. Enter Chris and his crew. They did an outstanding job, replacing the siding, shoring up some flashing/weather barriers, and painting. We couldnt be happier. Chris was professional, reliable, and easy to work with. We wont hesitate to use him again and I wont hesitate to recommend him.

    Chris knows what he is doing and very good about explaining to the customer what he is doing and the end result. Very knowledgable. Fast and efficient. The quote did not change even when he had to do extra work that he did not have to do he went and got extra machinery he needing to do the extra work. I will be using this company in the future for other upcoming projects.

    We needed three very large patio doors installed on our 3 story house and Total Construction was up for the task. Theyre licensed, insured, and no payment was needed until all work had been completed.Most contractors wouldnt have touched this job since the 3rd story door was such a difficult job to complete but they put the logistics together, got the correct equipment, insurance and completed it with no issue.Their finishing work was great and I really appreciated their attention to detail. Their communication was also great on every step of the process.They werent the most timely to get started in the mornings but once they made it to the site, they worked hard and put in very full days.We will absolutely use Total Construction again for any future projects.

    This past week, the strong winds blew off a piece of fascia near the peak of my roof (about 2stories up). I spoke with Chris at Total Construction. Chris came immediately and put the fascia back up. He was wonderful. Chis was very responsive, fast and thoughtful. His price was extremely fair. Thank you Chris.
