We were in California when our daughter informed us we had a leak in the basement. After my husband talked with her we realized we actually had a clog in our sewer line. We researched on line for services and made multiple phone calls, with no luck. Noone was able to help for several days. Discovered Unrivaled Plumbing. A miracle! They were able to get a technician to our house in several hours and 3 hours after contacting them the problem was resolved. Jon, the technician was wonderful...polite, knowledgeable, respectful and timely.Everyone I talked to at Unrivaled Plumbing was was very polite and helpful. The 3 guys who came to our house were very friendly and professional. They figured out the problem and kept us informed of their progress along the way. They informed my house warranty company of what they found as well. They had to replace a part that they damaged and they were upfront and honest about it. They did a fantastic job cleaning the area before leaving. They explained if there were any problems, to call them directly and they would take care of it. I recommend them 100%

I recently had Unrivaled Plumbing come to my house to install water lines and a drain for my new washer. I was really impressed with the service I received. Super professional in all aspects but I don’t know them and haven’t used them and I met them via Facebook so when they told me there would be a service call charge to come out to give me an estimate I want comfortable making the switch from the plumbers I have used in the past. I am fine paying for tech’s time but a little put off honestly from the Facebook booking process with people I don’t know.

Easy to deal with them to set up an appointment. No problem with my remote location; a trip charge was reasonable.I had been having trouble with this Rennai heating unit since it was installed by another company. It was making a pretty loud high pitched noise. Mike checked the exhaust and found it was leaking, cleaned the unit, and replaced the blower with another after cleaning the fan which may have caused it to be out of balance making the noise.The noise is hardly noticeable now. I’ve got a call to him in my calendar for next year’s fall check up.

Called on a Sunday afternoon for an emergency plumbing problem with our shower drain that quickly expanded to us not being able to use any of our facilities or kitchen faucet. All other companies in our area either do not provide emergency services or still would not schedule us for atleast a week. We have only a single bathroom and thought we would have to stay in a hotel until we could get help. Mike answered the call while on another ER fix, and said he would come as soon as he was finished. We are also in a rural area that would be atleast an hour and a half round trip. We were so lucky he came. He immediately assessed the issue, had all the necessary equipment (which we have often had other services show up without even the basics requiring additional trips), and he had it resolved in under 2 hours. We are grateful for his service and are looking forward to also having some future remodeling work with his company. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

Unrivaled Plumbing came out when the water heater went bad. It Had been spraying hot water all over the bathroom all day while I was at work. They temporarily fixed it and then came back today. Mike and his crew are excellent in every way. As a home owner I am very pleased with their work. We entered into a 1906 home remodel not knowing what we would find once an old kitchen was removed. Mike and his crew were methodical about how to offer options for a new kitchen that would work for my partner who is in a wheelchair. We now have wider hallways and door ways, an open easily accessible kitchen and converted small non essential powder room into a hall way laundry closet.They always cleaned up every day which for us that was essential since we are living right in the remodeling. Unrivaled Plumbing&Heating is unrivaled for sure. We had a boiler emergency and they came out the same day I called. They assessed the situation ordered the parts and replaced the valve the following day. The friendly and efficient serviceman had to drive 80 miles round trip twice from Montrose to Ridgway and up to our subdivision at 8700! Part II: Braunsen had to come out to our house a second time because our carbon monoxide alarm went off at night and the fire department confirmed we had a faulty boiler, leaking CO. We left a message at Unrivalled. They got back to us the next morning and were out that afternoon. The new unit was installed the next day and we had heat for the single digit days we were experiencing in January. Braunsen protected our floors and didnt leave a trace when he left us with a new working heating system. Thanks again for another job well done.
