Dean and Andy were professional, thoughtful, and very skilled. I would recommend them for any job- big or small. I had the entire plumbing and heating system redone at my house and they made the process easy. Dean was excellent with communication. They were thorough and detail oriented. They even checked on the system when I was out of town. I will absolutely call them for all future plumbing needs. Their dedication to good service and willingness to help went above and beyond.

I just want to point out that I’m renting this property, and still was so impressed with their work that I’m deciding to do a review. 100/10. Andrew and Jacob showed exceptional professionalism the entire 2 day process. They were on time, courteous, friendly and their workmanship can’t be beat. You can tell they really take pride in their work, everything looks phenomenal. They took their time to make sure it was done correctly, safely, and to make sure it looked damn good as well. They started on Friday knowing it was going to be a 2 day job, and stayed hours late on Friday to make sure me, my wife, and our 2 small daughters at least had warm water and heat in our bedrooms until the job could be finished on Monday. They’ve made us customers for life, only people we will call for plumbing will be Benjamin Franklin. Good job guys! Our family appreciates the hard work. :)

Elijah arrived early did his usual excellent job. Diagnosed the problem, fixed it fast and did not leave until he was sure everything was good. He is also a very pleasant fellow and my wife and I both feel very comfortable when we see that it is him arriving in the truck.

I NEVER leave reviews but the service was so good I feel it would be a crime to not leave a review haha. Josh and I’m not sure the other guys name. Josh came out Friday after 5pm for a plumbing issue he tried many different things until he was out of ideas and referred us to do a jet blasting which was over 900 dollars, we scheduled that service Saturday morning when the other guy got here Saturday he tried something else knowing it was close to Christmas and that 900 was a lot. They tried another option that worked and saved us so much more money. They really put us first. Great company I will be using them again when I re pipe our house!

Weve used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for multiple projects at our 115 year old home and couldnt be more satisfied with their work. The projects theyve done for us range from adding a bathroom inside our house, up to running water in and plumbing out of a detached garage behind our house. We highly recommend them for any plumbing projects and will aways use them for future work. The technician Anthony was a pleasure to work with.

Anthony Adams is a star. He was punctual, knowledgeable, a great salesman, and he was personable. He gave us the bad news and promptly took care of us. What a stellar employee you hired. Thank you for taking the extra steps to fix our last plumber’s mistakes, going above and beyond. Now we are Ben Franklin customers forever. The only reason I didn’t give a perfect score is the higher price. Times are tough and he’s a stellar salesman who made it worth the price.

Good and bad review is my thoughts for this business. Depending on who you get to quote the repair. For me I felt good about the first job they handled- moving a gas line at my house to put in a new gas range oven. Good work at a good price.Not so happy with the second job, good work but price was inflated, but I was in a hurry and agreed to it because I wanted my water to house back on asap. Myservice water line was replaced by a different contractor and he told me I needed a licensed plumber to make the tie-in, so I contacted Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. The plumber that quoted the job was not the plumber that did the work.The work done on the tie-in was completed in less than 2 hours. Like I saidthe price was in my opinion way over standard plumbing rates, but I was in a hurry and the plumber did get the work done in a very good timely manner. So I feel they did good work but not at a fair price, so if I could rewind the clock on this repair I would of tried to find a different plumber for probably half the price I was charged. I did call them and complained afterwards but they were not to concerned probably because they didn’t need this work and over quoted the job. I’ll never use them again. I had this thought for years after and never knewhow to voice my thoughts until some how I stumbled on this google review when I wrote another business review. Bottom line is they do good work but sometimes they over quote the cost of doing simple repair work. If you have time call around.

I purchased an older house with a septic tank. After 1 week, drains started gurgling. Ended up some previous piping was installed wrong & root growth was backing it all up at the septic tank. They replaced pipe, put in a clean out & scheduled to have tank pumped. Everyone was professional and so nice and got the job taken care of quickly. They also had financing available which made it all less stressful. Thank you to Robert & the guys that worked with him!!

I’m not familiar with plumbing issues. Cliff came and took care of all the plumbing issues.This is what I expected from his plumbing company, but he was exceptional. He explained what he was doing and showed me everything he looked at and fixed. He took the time to answer all my questions . And he checked everything twice to make sure I was satisfied with his work.He really makes sure we are happy with his work. You don’t find someone like him often.

I called BFP at 11 am today to schedule an appointment to have them install my new garbage disposal. They scheduled an appointment for me the same day between 2 pm & 5 pm! The repairmen were here by 3:30 pm and had the job done by 4:15 pm! I am so impressed. I also signed up as a member with all of its annual benefits and services including complete house review including furnace and water heater review and swamp cooler fall and spring maintenance. My wife and I were going to be having a group of old hiking friends from all over the world visit us at our house, when to our dismay 3 hours before they were scheduled to come all of our plumbing in the house backed up. Toilets, sinks, showers, everything. It was a Saturday afternoon and needless to say my wife and I were stressed out. I called a nationality known company to roto root our main line out, they said they would call us back, they never did. So I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and within one hour their technician Robert Emick was at our house and had the job done and everything cleared in less than half an hour. He was so professional and a true gentleman, for my wife and I, who are now senior citizens, he saved our day. This was going to be the last time we were going to see all these friends so it really meant a lot to us that Benjamin Franklin plumbing and Robert made this last visit possible. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was the first one to respond to my emergency when my hot water heater leaked all over my garage floor. The lady taking my call was very knowledgeable and helpful. Daniel came to the house ready to install the new one I bought from a big box store but it had a bad dent in it. So I returned it and today Daniel came back to the house and installed the new one. He was very knowledgeable, timely, and pleasant. I rate him a 10 out of 10. I will call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again and tell all my family and friends how satisfied I am doing business with this company.

Anthony Adams was my professional plumber today and not only replaced my defunct water heater, but put in a pressure relieve valve the plumbers who did the original installation skipped. He explained everything to me in terms I could understand and answered all my questions. He worked hard and steady his entire time here and left the area very clean when he was done. The company had someone here within 5 hours of my call and everyone I talked to was kind and courteous. From the first time Elijah arrived, I felt we were in good hands. Our window for someone to arrive was between 3-6pm - Elijah arrived two hours early at 1pm. He introduced himself to me, his demeanor is quite positive and he has a genuine smile. (Hence, the feeling I was in good hands.)Once the repair was evaluated, Elijah made the stars align in lieu of what appeared to be an almost impossible task to accomplish in an afternoon. He coordinated getting an excavator, a trailer for it, and an operator. The excavator arrived shortly and was in place, awaiting completion of the locate services. He coordinated getting the locate services on site within an hour - which was also a seemingly impossibility. All the while he appeared very professional and competent.Elijah, along with Phil and Cayden, jumped to dig out a hole, to clear out space to repair the line (which included cutting a huge amount of tree roots - I think Medusas Hair was discussed to compare how bad all the roots were.)The second day was just as successful: the hydrant water lines were mended, and ready for testing by noon. Another repair (to the sprinkler systems main water valve) was midway from completion, and the main water line to the house was broken there. Elijah and Phil wasted no time to find the break and repair it. (Had they not done this, it would have been another 2-3 hours before the sprinkler system company could return.) They tested the hydrant connections and all were sound. They wrapped up this service in excellent shape and time.Elijah provided exceptional service, and definitely deserves well-earned praise! They burrowed under the home from the outside and were able to take care of it. Had what seemed like simple plugged kitchen drain. Patrick was able to get to us quickly, on a Saturday, and after some quick inspections found the real problem. We had a major blockage in the sewer line. He and his son located the blockage and some poor plumbing work done previously. They fixed the plumbing and cleared the blockage. Would recommend this company to anyone!!

Anthony came out on Friday & was able to do a quick and efficient assessment of our primary bathroom toilet- found the phalange and bolts were rusted and was able to quickly order the necessary products to replace. He was able to get back out here first thing this morning, Monday, and was able to fix the issue without having to remove or destroy any tile or concrete! Very grateful for the speedy and efficient work, professionalism, and being able to talk us through the problems and the process to fix it.

Called and spoke with Cheyenne many times, always did as she said and very good about call backs, and very pleasant. Anthony came out, did estimate and went above and beyond. He took the time to do the extra work to know exactly what was going on, which nobody else would do without upfront fees. He took time to explain all options, gave several different quotes. From the time I called with approval to Cheyenne, to time was here was 2 days to do a big job. Anthony and helper Aiden walked through each step, took time to make sure all call safety features were in order, and explained each step. Can’t say how awesome they were to work with. Can’t recommend them enough!

Ive had a few interactions with Ben Franklin, the first was very chaotic due to the water emergency on the property. Had to get the city involved but they did their job to a decent capacity and the person that did the job is no longer with them, then you have Anthony Adams... If you dont have him working on your project or repair you are missing out on a rockstar! The man knows his stuff through and through and does it to perfection and has yet to leave me wondering if a problem will occur again with the work he does. Frankly the man is an asset to this company and I will fight anyone who will say otherwise!

Service swamp coolers. On time great follow up. Able to do all winterizing inside and out. Give me advice on a water purifier to help with the calcium flaking and a filtering system for each cooler. Anthony was also able to do my yearly check up on heating system and hot water heaters at the same time so I didn’t have to schedule another appointment. I forgot to write a review in July for service on our garbage disposal. Called the office at 9:00AM and set up an appointment for 2:30 the same day. Anthony was are service technician. He was able to secure a new replacement disposal and completed the job the same afternoon.Having a yearly service contract with Benjamin Franklin has been a great benefit. Able to have service within 24 hours and the reduction in the savings of parts and labor is well worth having the yearly contract.A special shout out to Anthony for his professionalism, timeliness and knowledge and getting the job done in a very timely manner. We had a septic issue which was sorted out by Andrew as well as Scott, first determining that our blockage was not in the home, but outside in the line from the house to the septic tank. When it was not able to be cleared initially, they returned the next morning with a different piece of equipment that worked well. They were considerate of our home and extremely professional, and offered valuable advice on how to prevent the issue in the future. This is a locally owned and managed business in the franchise system. Everyone we came into contact with, including office personal were terrific. We have scheduled with them to return and pump out two large septic tanks on our property because their pricing is competitive, and we know we will receive superb service. When Scott was here the second day, the field supervisor, Phil, arrived to ensure everything was satisfactorily solved. He is also a great guy. This is an impressive business staffed with people who care about their customers. If they werent, Id be the first to let you know.

After I called to have my sewer pipe replaced, the company was here the same day to give me a quote, and came the next day to begin work. Of course it seemed like their were many obstacles, but the plumbers that came to my house found the best solutions to replace my collapsed sewer pipe. They were able to use a system called a pipe burst which was amazing. Rather than making a large trench in my yard and the street, they were able to dig a hole at both ends and pull the new pipe thru the old existing pipe, saving my lawn and flower beds. The employees were always professional and answered all my questions. The employees were excellent. The company always sent me an email and a picture of the plumber that would be arriving that day.

Ive used Ben Franklin for several years now and have never been disappointed. They often are able to come out same day, and are either always on time or often early (they call ahead to make sure thats okay). Every single technician has been extremely friendly, courteous and professional. Ditto for the folks answering the phone and scheduling the appointments. Yep, theyre not cheap, but what plumber is nowdays? For me, its well worth whatever extra cost I MIGHT be incurring for all the positives. Will keep using them and I highly recommend them.

As it always happens, our house decided it needed a new water heater over the 4th of July weekend. We contacted Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and scheduled an appointment for the 5th. Their technician completed his first job early. He arrived at our house an hour early, ready to go. His name is Jacob. He is very professional and is a great representative for the company. We started with the the walk thru. He asked me questions. Then he provided me with 3 options to choose from to complete the job. We discussed the options and he answered my questions throughly. I choose the best option for us. He immediately drained the remaining water from the old tank and went to the warehouse to get the supplies to complete the contracted work. When he got back he started by removing the old tank and preparing for the new installation. In a few hours he efficiently completed the work. Not that I am looking forward to any more plumping issues but if happens again I would call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again and request Jacob to our work.Thanks.Jim Hardy

Scott was very professional and pleasant. Replacement of 40 or 50 gallon water heater with tankless unit by Navien. It has been a couple weeks -- seems to be working well. There was a large leak after install that required him to return, but he did take care of it. Whole job was 3 days -- quite a bit longer than expected / anticipated.

First, Ben Franklin (through Kathy) set up the appointment date during the same week I called. Fast service! Supposed to come between 9am and noon but called and was able to arrive earlier. Even better!Fixing a leak in outdoor sprinkler plumbing. Alex was fantastic. Had to rebuilt a part as the part would have to be backordered otherwise. He and his apprentice Kaden were great. Got the job done and were very professional and courteous. Highly recommend.

Very competent individual. Understood the problem very quickly and had the correct tools onboard to solve the issue. Root cutter on the end of the heavy duty drain snake did the job easily. Because it is a 40 year old septic tank system, I will have to have the roots cut out often, probably yearly.
