Greg and his helper came by right on time to install a whole house water softener/filtration system. The available space was really tight but they made it fit no problem. They were easy to work with and always ready and willing to answer my many questions. The total price was right for me. Plus they’re available for follow up questions and help,should I need any. There is a reason Greg has all 5 star ratings. We had a leak at our main line coming from the well. I called Greg late on a Monday and by Tuesday at 1:00 he was out to make the repair. Our experience was similar to other reviews - Greg not only made the repair, he made sure the system was set up correctly and replaced the components that will help ensure the system functions properly going forward.

Greg is awesome at his job. He has a wealth of knowledge in his field and is honest about the most cost effective options for the job. I feel secure knowing when Greg has completed the job, it has been done right. I might have to pay more money, but at least I know I wont have to pay to fix a messed up job done by a diy-er or someone claiming to know how to fix something. Security that a job well done is worth its weight in gold.

Riser Plumbing and Water responded same day - leak was near the water main and valve needed to be replaced with multiple breaches in the current brass. Greg is knowledgable and professional, he made recommendations based on some other concerns I had and identified a line that needed to be brought up to code to prevent any contamination to our existing water softener. Wonderful to work with, good value. Dont hesitate to call if service is needed. Highly recommend!

Greg was courteous, professional, and all around a great guy to work with! We had him replace a outdoor water spigot that was leaking, which required an access panel to be installed inside the house. The entire job only took an hour and he left the area spotless. The price seemed very fair and we were happy to support a local business. We will definitely use Greg for our future plumbing needs!

Greg has done quite a bit of work for us in the last couple years. He did a bathroom rough-in, repaired a water heater in one house, and replaced a water heater and softener in another house. Hes also done some smaller plumbing repairs as needed. We have greatly appreciated his quick response and professionalism, and he does high quality work. Weve been burned by cheap handyman/plumbers before -- if youre looking someone who will get the job done correctly the first time with integrity and for a fair price, I highly recommend Riser Plumbing.

Greg has done quite a few projects for me. The first one was a new toilet install, right before I was hosting Thanksgiving. He has done a bathroom remodel and water heater repair and installation. Greg added a water line with shut off for our new combi range. He knew exactly what he needed to do and got the job done quickly and cleaned up when they finished. Before they left he showed me what they did and how to turn off the water line for the stove. Greg had a great idea to put the shut off valve inside the cabinet next to the stove so we wouldn’t have to pull out the stove to turn off the water.I highly recommend Riser Plumbing. You will not be disappointed!

Great local place. Called over deer hunting season and they answered which is a huge plus. Had a clogged toilet from my little girl, they were super responsive, unfortunately they couldnt get the clog clear, so a different outfit came in and using the same tools, the other place got it. But still a great place to call. I love using local.

I discovered that one of the valves for my outside water feeds was leaking. Called Riser and talked to Greg. He gave me a couple things to try that unfortunately did not address the issue. He was able to come out that afternoon and was able to quickly replace the faulty valve and eliminate the leak. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to have any plumbing or water work done.

Greg makes it out to me typically same day. I tell him what I want, and he always has everything he needs, Ive not once seen him have to make an extra trip for a part or a tool. Ive had some simple jobs for him, and some more complicated (switch the water heater and water softener to make room for the furnace attached humidifier - which he also installed the humidifier). Hes able to do it all, my garbage disposal, attach water to the fridge, sump pump, everything. He does really good work, I come home and the copper is soldered tight and clean. Reasonably priced and his quote for the job has always been the final price. One of the best parts in my world, is he doesnt make me be home to receive him, I can go to work! As far as trust goes, well - he has his own alarm code in my system.
