I was looking for a local company to help with an electrical outlet issue in one room of my home and I contacted Stelco and spoke with Billy who was very kind. He told me someone was in my area and could come the same day! Robert arrived even earlier than I expected and went quickly to work! Robert was friendly, professional, efficient and provided services above and beyond what I expected. I would highly recommend Stelco and Robert. From my experience with Robert, I was very confident and at ease and knew I was in good hands! Thank you!

I had such a hard time finding someone to install my Tesla wall connector. I have looked up names of certified installers on the Tesla website however the majority of the ones on the website did not return my calls. One of the companies turned out to be a call center for different electricians and I became frustrated because they were located in Utah and were so difficult to reach by phone, email, or text message; and I got severely frustrated because I lost a lot of time with them. Another issue that I faced was that many companies were not accepting appointments when I was available which was afternoon or weekends. I decided to go ahead and pay extra for electric company that I was accustomed to using in a different city because Im currently outside of the radius. Meanwhile, Billy returned the phone call from the voicemail that I left his company over the weekend on Monday. I basically told him never mind Im good Ive scheduled someone to come out later this week. He said I hope that they are able to help you with the Duke Energy rebate, and I told him I would circle back if anything went wrong with that appointment. Meanwhile I decided to ask him, How soon can you get here He said, I can have someone as early as 8:00 a.m. tomorrow! And we take care of the permitting process and everything. That was music to my ears. I went to Best buy and bought the wall connector. My electrician AJ arrived promptly at 8:00 the following morning and completed the work in a timely professional manner. We had a brief discussion when he first arrived and by the time we parted ways I was so confident that he could get the job done quickly the first time so I left him alone to do his work. Sure enough my wall connector is installed, its really nice, works as designed, and I am so happy! I definitely recommend Stelco Electric for your electrical needs whether they be a Tesla wall connector or anything else.

Robert from Stelco Electric did the electrical work for my new sunroom and I am very pleased. Robert was on time, worked efficiently and was very thorough. He made great suggestions about updating my flood lights which I appreciated since he did all the research for me. Also, there was a problem with a fountain that the previous owner installed and I was not using and he took care of that issue for me without any hesitation. He also helped me figure out an issue I had by showing me an inside switch that controls outside outlets. Robert was professional however friendly and easy to work with. I really appreciated him and his boss Billy. I highly recommend this company but especially I recommend Robert. Thank you!

Duke Energy recommended Stelco for installing an EV charger in my garage and subsidized the cost. Billy Carithers at Stelco responded quickly and worked up an estimate based on information and photos I sent them. A J., the installation tech, arrived on time and carefully got the job done the way I wanted it. It was a very hot day, so he had to pace himself, so it took all day, but he was very pleasant and easy to work with. As agreed in the estimate, I did all the trench digging, and together we got the job done by suppertime. Everything works as it should, and Im very pleased. Stelco did a great job, and I recommend them highly.

Robert installed my Tesla charger. Showed up when he said he would, finished the job quicker than he said he would, great work, cleaned up after himself. Couldnt be happier with the install. Even gave me some advice on a unrelated electrical question. Cant recommend Stelco enough for Tesla charger installs.

I was referred to Stelco by Duke-Energys EV program. Robert came out the next day after I accepted the quote and worked with me to determine exactly where I wanted the conduit ran and exactly where the charger would be mounted. The work was top notch, very clean and exactly like we had discussed. From start to finish it only took 2-3 hours. If you are looking for a electrician to perform some work I couldnt recommend Robert and Stelco more.

My washer wouldnt work. After 4 phone calls, including Duke Energy, I contacted Billy at Stelco. He sent A.J. immediately. A.J. fixed it in 10 seconds. And, he didnt mock me because I completely missed the invisible little buttons on the outlet that needed to be pushed back in after a power surge caused them to disrupt the power. Paid a not unreasonable service call charge, and chatted with a. Nice man for a few minutes.

I cannot say enough about Billy and the service he provided me. It was late and I was in a pickle. Power was not working and we had no heat. Temps were dipping down last night. Although the issue was something Duke Energy had to fix Billy came to me after hours, identified the issue and told me what I needed to do. I am a single mom with 3 children. I am forever grateful for his kindness and service. Honest. Friendly and professional. Highly recommend!
