    Bryan & Sawyer handled numerous jobs throughout my house. They installed an outdoor outlet and updated others, replaced the panel, breakers and wiring with whole home surge protection, repaired, replaced & installed a number of fans and lighting fixtures, removed some old cables & even mounted a tv above a fireplace. I am so happy with the results! I wish I had done this sooner! I will definitely use ZB electric again.

    Can’t compliment ZB electric and their team enough. Dustin and Sawyer were knowledgeable, hardworking, and super kind throughout the whole process. They installed can lighting in our bedroom, outdoor lighting in our back yard, multiple ceiling fans throughout our house, as well as did some trouble shooting and fixed a faulty wire in a wall in our back sunroom. They were upfront with cost, and answered every question we had with common terms and thoroughness. These guys make one heck of a team.     As you know we had a lot of rain this past week. Our power pole obviously needed some immediate attention and we were referred to ZB Electric.My first interaction was with Summer in the office. She was very pleasant to speak with and so helpful. Within a couple of days Zach came by and looked at our situation. He explained all course of actions and what we were looking at. He even took the time to walk over to my parents and explain to them the process.Yesterday Brandon and Bailey showed up to do the work. As this would be an all day job, Brandon took the time to explain what they were going to do and how they would accomplish it. I went over several times during the day to see how it was going and asked questions for my own knowledge. He graciously answered all my questions. They were professional all the way around.My parents and I are more than just pleased with their work. I told Brandon my dad was working on a list of things they wanted to get done. We will call ZB Electric for all our future needs, and so should you.

    Called them after hours on a Wednesday. The guys Dustin & John (I think) showed up to quote Thursday morning. They were bothered by the extensive issues that I was having. We agreed on a price, & they stated work that day by 11. They were VERY courteous, super nice, & knowledgeable. They were finished around lunch on Friday. They found several fire hazards & non-code compliant issues. FIXED EVERYTHING! They cleaned up after themselves & were very neat about having to cut into my drywall where they had to & tried to come up with options where their work wouldnt be visible.     These guys were all super friendly and incredibly flexible. We called on a Friday and they had us scheduled by Monday. They worked their schedule around to fit us in. Out heating went out right before the freeze and they did their best to fix it before it happened.     I experienced electrical issues about 2 months ago. While on a social media site, I saw an advertisement regarding Z B Electric. After about a week of reading different companies reviews, I decided to contact this company. Summer was very friendly and thorough in clarifying my issues. She scheduled an appointment for the following day. My technicians were Brandon and Bailey who arrived promptly.....they are definitely assets to the company.     Dustin came out and was very patient, thorough and professional. Sommer, the office manager was very helpful and easy to work with. My first time using ZB Electric and I was extremely satisfied. In at 9:15am job completed at 12:30. (Including a 30 min trip to supply warehouse) Dustin is very passionate about his work.     SHORT REVIEW: Call now. You wont regret it. 1000000/10 would recommend.LONG REVIEW: I had ZB Electric out three times. (They could have finished it in one, but I kept adding on stuff because I was so happy with everything they took care of for me on the first visit.) They installed security cameras, doorbells, lights, rewired my AC unit, etc.They were able to get out to me quickly. They made a point to include me in everything that was happeing. The level of customer service I received from Zach, Brandon, John and Bailey was above and beyond. Something sorely lacking from most services today. Bailey even offered to help carry in my heavy pet food bags the deliver driver dropped off. Something that he absolutely did not have to offer to do.The clean up was spotless. They left no trace of wires, tape, packaging, water bottles or any evidence that they were ever here other than all of the outstanding work they completed.I cannot give a company a higher recommendation than I would ZB Electric and I do not say that lightly.
