The technician that provided the service, Peter was very professional and detailed the work that had to be done when I requested an estimate. One I accepted the estimate they booked my job right away and arrived on time with no issues. Rosa in the office was fantastic on getting me scheduled and keeping me informed on the progress of the job. Highly recommend Mr. Electric for any work that you need done.

They installed the ring system for me. I called them last minute frantic because Best Buy canceled their appointment and didn’t inform me. You pay 200 for their geek squad and they give you a third party to deal with. This company understands customer service and cares for you and wants to help you. It’s a second time I am using Mr Electric service. Our technician, Jose, left such a good first impression, that we decided for our next project to call this company again. This time Jose helped us with smoke detectors installation and once again he did an AMAZING job! He works very neatly, skillfully, and explains complicated electrical stuff in a kind and easy to understand way! Their service is a little bit pricey, but other than that they are the company to go to!

The tech came and did his work quickly but the price seemed high for 1 outlet repair and diagnosis of an ungrounded outlet. Sounded like it would cost just as much as they charged to run a new line and make it a grounded box for my outside lines. Left me feeling twitchy but relived that my 2 wire line is in better shape then it was before he rewired the box.

Pete and Jordan did a thorough job troubleshooting one of our outlets that had stopped working. They explained everything, fixed the loose wiring, and replaced a circuit that had been BURNED as a result of overheating from the loose wiring. We had another company come out prior that did not investigate the wiring, so we were lucky to have hired Mr Electric because they prevented a major fire (and fixed the outlet)!
