The upgrades they made were not only beautifully executed but also added significant value to our home. When it came time to sell in March of 2024, potential buyers consistently commented on the high-quality renovations done by Nip Tuck Remodeling. Thanks to their expertise, we were able to sell our home for significantly more than we expected. I cant recommend April and her team at Nip Tuck Remodeling enough for their professionalism, attention to detail, and the lasting impact of their work.

We had a wonderful experience working with Nip Tuck Remodeling. They remodeled our kitchen and bathroom and did a few other projects in our home. They were helpful, always available to answer questions, and were very detail-oriented. We appreciated that all members of the team were honest, executed all of the elements of the project well, and worked efficiently. We worked with people on all levels of staff and seniority. The people we had the most contact with were April (the owner), Kyle (the project manager), Emma (designer), Hosea (lead carpenter), Noah (carpenter), Jesse (who helped with many aspects of the project), and Rachel (who works in the office). Each of them was friendly, positive, upbeat, and highly skilled. Nip Tuck guided us through all aspects of the project, from design through the building process. They made this overwhelming project doable. They were thorough, explained things well, and listened carefully to our wants, needs, and questions. We were very pleased with the results from the day the project was complete, and appreciate our remodeled home more and more as time passes. We highly recommend Nip Tuck Remodeling for those looking to take on a home renovation.

We had a fantastic experience with Nip Tuck Remodeling, and couldn’t recommend April and her team more highly! We’d been planning to remodel our family room and kitchen for a few years but had always been overwhelmed by the scope of the project. We were also wary because we had heard so many stories of how stressful the remodeling process can be. But from the initial design meetings through the final steps of construction, we knew we were in good hands with Nip Tuck. The whole Nip Tuck team was professional, dependable, on-time, organized and a joy to work with. We appreciated how our designer, Emma, captured the essence of what we were hoping to achieve in our space with her beautiful design. She then walked us through materials selection, which would have been so overwhelming without her experience and advice. Once we moved from design into construction, project manager Brian, lead carpenter Hosea, and the whole team of staff and subcontractors were outstanding. They kept the project on schedule, communicated clearly about any changes or challenges along the way, and went above and beyond to ensure all work was done with excellence. We are so grateful to the Nip Tuck team for an experience and end result that far exceeded our expectations.Weve now been in our new kitchen and family room for a year, and its turned out to be everything we hoped it would be, both aesthetically and in terms of functionality. We couldn’t be happier with our new space, and we are grateful to all the great people at Nip Tuck!

This is a long overdue review of Nip Tuck Remodeling and the great staff they have that worked with us on our project. Remodeling a home is stressful with all of the decisions to be made and April and Allison started our journey by carefully walking us through the budget and design phase. They struck a good balance of giving us time to consider the options and guide us to make decisions so that the project could move forward on time.Allison has a great design sense - seeking our opinions and sharing her professional know how to make all the functionality and materials coalesce into a beautiful final product. Our kitchen in particular, is a work of art and so well laid out for cooking, cleaning, and entertaining. We also feel she did a great job of updating our spaces while keeping some of the original 1968 design pieces in place and still make sense like the old fireplaces & the original floor to ceiling wood windows in the main living spaces. We loved her idea to keep the fun original orange color in our kids bathroom by integrating it into new sleek faucets.Whats truly impressive is how Nip Tuck kept to our timeline as we only had about 4 months to be out of our house. There were setbacks and Brian consistently found ways to stay on time. Brian and the entire construction team (Jesse, Noe, Tyler, Noah, & Steve) were all professional and easy to work with. They take pride in their work and were so grateful to them for what theyve expertly created.With any project there are always some challenges and we did have a few. For example, it was next to impossible to match the few new doors we got with our original 1968 doors. Nip Tuck came as close as they could, even sending the doors out to the best color matching business around. My advice to other homeowners is to replace all the doors if you want a wood grain or just keep all of the old doors to avoid this problem. The other option is to paint all the doors if youre willing to go this route. With other challenges, Nip Tuck was quick to problem solve or offer a different solution.All in all, we are very happy with how everything turned out and were thankful to Nip Tuck for all their hard work, problem solving, and fairness. They truly worked with us on everything and created a beautiful home that we are elated to be living in day in and day out.

We had such a great experience working with Nip Tuck Remodeling! The team has so much experience and provided thoughtful and astute recommendations throughout the process. This was our first remodel experience, and I’m so glad we chose to work with Nip Tuck – so many of our friends have had bad remodel experiences with other providers, and the Nip Tuck team never let us down. The crew always showed up when scheduled, the pricing was super clear, the quality and craftmanship were excellent, and there were no surprises at the end of the process. It’s been a few years since we did the big remodel, and everything, from caulking to drywall to flooring, is still as lovely as the day of installation.One of the great things about working with Nip Tuck is that they are there for clients in the years after the large project. For example, we recently needed some carpentry work done in the kitchen along with a few other small projects, and Nip Tuck fit us into their schedule, working on these in between their big remodeling jobs. If you’ve tried to get expert carpentry done in King County for a small project, you know how challenging it is to find someone. Jesse did an amazing job making sure all the little details were taken care of, and we couldn’t be happier with the results!

We are a family with 4 kids and 2 dogs, and we were putting off a full home remodel for years because it seemed like it would be a lot of work and stressful. My husband kept pushing it off because he was so worried about finding a good design/build company (we had heard horror stories). I finally convinced him that our house was falling apart, and we needed to find a good company to do all of the work for us. We were impressed from start to finish with the communication, teamwork, and quality of work that Nip Tuck brought to the process. Every single person who entered our home was kind, friendly, respectful, hard-working and knew their skills well. We appreciated how they walked us through every step of the way and were constantly communicating about every detail. We were able to live at home for over half of the remodel, and it was incredible how they could work around our large family and keep all of us safe and respect our privacy. Nip Tuck planned everything so well, that despite a few minor setbacks (like snow and ice storms), they were still able to complete the remodel on the exact date they had predicted 6 months earlier. We are SO pleased with every single thing that Nip Tuck did to make our home function better for our family. Everything turned out gorgeous and works so much more efficiently for our needs. We cannot rave enough about how wonderful the Nip Tuck team was to work with from the beginning to the end. We HIGHLY recommend Nip Tuck to everyone we know! They are the outstanding amongst the outstanding!

We recently hired Nip Tuck Remodeling to repair some water damage to our house.My wife and I were extremely satisfied with the high level of professionalism we got from each person we worked with. They were all so courteous, respectful and kind to us and our 2 kids. They did not use bad language, they kept a clean work area, and tidied up each night before heading home for the day.Kyle, the project manager was great and kept a great line of communication with us throughout the entire process. He was great to work with.Jessie, Noah and Jose were here each day and did such a great job. They talked to us about what they were doing and what the cause was and just kept saying “We are going to get this fixed properly for you so you never have to worry about this again.” That made us feel like they truly cared and which gave us peace of mind.We LOVED working with these guys and will definitely hire them again for any future projects that come up. We cannot recommend them enough!

We did a full house remodel and couldnt be happier with the results. From the design process through the construction phase, Nip Tuck was professional, on time and a pleasure to work with. I would not have an hesitation recommending them and hope to work with them again in the future.Update:20 months after the completion of our remodel and we are still loving our home! There is nothing that I would change. I give full credit to our designer, Allison. She understood what our needs were and was able to create exactly what we needed, even when we didnt know what that was. We have had a few minor things (small drywall crack, a few nail heads showing through) that needed touching up once we moved back into the house and Nip Tuck quickly repaired them. They stand behind their work which should be reassuring to anyone considering a remodel. As I had stated in my earlier review, I would highly recommend Nip Tuck. They may possibly be a little more expensive than your average design/build company but it is 100% worth it.

We recently completed a second remodel (including addition/new build) with April and her team and could not be happier. Nip Tuck was able to work through covid supply chain issues, concrete strikes, heat waves, extreme cold snaps and record rainfall--rolling with every punch and still delivering a beautiful, finished house. For almost a year, we had people working on the house every single day, and many weekends at times; the commitment from the trades speaks of Aprils outstanding business relationships, all built on trust. Very impressive, and we LOVE our house. Thank you, Nip Tuck!

We first met the owner and staff members at a local remodeled homes event in our area. We loved the work that was performed at the owners home. It was thoughtfully designed and flawlessly executed. We then interviewed the company to discuss remodeling our family room and update a guest bedroom. April, the owner, met us at our home, then provided a rough quote for our project. Next we met with a project estimator who contacted various contractors for a more precise quote. After agreeing to the project, we met with a designer who presented the estimate, the timeline, and the next steps. Our designer helped us make important decisions on: cabinets, cabinet pulls, lighting placement, quartz countertop treatment, sink, faucets, carpeting, paint and trim colors. All the materials were ordered prior to starting the demolition and the remodel. We truly appreciated this business model! Due to the expert coordination with the project manager, carpenters and various sub-contractors -- our entire project from start-to-finish was only 6 weeks. The outcome is beautiful, there were no surprises, and we are extremely pleased. The Nip Tuck staff and their sub contractors are cheerful, considerate, and very professional.The strongest endorsement that we can provide is that we would hire Nip Tuck again for another project at our home.

Nip Tuck Remodeling was awesome to work with. This was our first remodeling project so they guided my wife and I through the entire process, answering all our questions. We had our first floor remodeled and every morning when we come downstairs and go into our kitchen it still makes us smile.Our designer Allison came up with a beautiful design that both my wife and I loved despite our different tastes. Brian was terrific in keeping the project on time and communicated on a regular basis so were always aware of what was going on. He also kept in touch after the project was completed to make sure everything was still good which was appreciated.We will definitely be using Nip Tuck when it comes time to remodel the upstairs!

I would highly recommend using Nip Tuck Remodeling. In our initial meeting with April, I knew her team would be the right fit from the start. Allison helped us every step of the way with all the designs and details that we didnt even think about. Allison is definitely exceptional at her job. Everyone was exceptional to work with. Brian kept us informed of any changes or issues that came up. And Jesse on his team went above and beyond to get things done and make sure we were happy with the results.Above all, communication was always on point. And I loved the personalized calendar, pictures, comments, changes etc. we had access to during the whole process.Remodeling is stressful and a lengthy process, but it helps to find the right people to make it a little easier. And Nip Tuck Remodeling did that for us.

We have had our kitchen complete for over a year now and still absolutely love it. Nip Tuck was great to work with since we had a vague idea of what we wanted but needed a little help hashing out the details. The design team was excellent at making suggestions or pointing out options. The team collectively has a lot of experience and that made handling all the complications with covid and supply chains shortages much easier to tackle during the construction phase. In addition to that, the whole staff was incredibly friendly and pleasant to work with.

We had an excellent experience with Nip Tuck Remodeling for our recent house project. The project truly was on time, on budget and done with purpose as advertised. We added new hardwoods/stained old hardwoods throughout the main floor, added a new entryway stair system, combined our kitchen/dining room by removing a wall, painted the entire first floor (including wood work), and made other minor updates to the first floor of the house. Both my husband and I are very happy with the outcome and love our updated home!From the start, we had a great experience. April and Julie, in the front office, made us feel like our project was important at all times. The designer, Allison, was outstanding and so helpful for me in my decision making process. David, the project manager, was excellent...patient, organized, communicated everything clearly, and kept everything running right on time. All of the subcontractors were great. They all did high quality work, were on time and came when expected, were personable and trustworthy in my home.Buildertrend, the app that was used for my project, was very helpful. It had budget/payment info, a live work schedule, pictures, communication, etc. I appreciated that!Ive had major construction done in my house two other times and was happy both times. But my experience with Nip/Tuck truly went above and beyond my other experiences. April and her team run an excellent company/service and I couldnt recommend them higher. Thank you!.

I had a very good experience with NIP Tuck remodeling who recently completed a kitchen remodel for me. The project was completed on time and on budget with a beautiful design. I had a fixed budget and April worked closely with me to make sure I made this..which was a high priority for my husband. The team ..and subcontractors were managed to a published/updated/ detailed project plan on builderstrend which was perfect for me. All of the team members were very easy to work with and communicate to. We had two separate projects with Nip Tuck, and were really happy with both our new master bath and kitchen/family room areas. They worked with us to come up with designs that we are really happy with, and stayed within our budget. Their experience with and skill in helping us make decisions about cabinetry, lighting and flooring was great. Communication was excellent - We had a timetable from the outset, so we knew what was happening and when, and there were also weekly meetings. Throughout they showed a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Both of our projects finished up on time. All who worked on our projects were professional and courteous.

The ENTIRE Nip Tuck staff is SO great to work with. This was my first remodeling project, and with that comes the unknown and uncertainty. They guided me though the entire process making it so easy for me. Each person has a purpose and they all function and work so well together. They are able to not only do you project but multiple others at the same time and still keep all contractors on schedule. It really is quite impressive. Because I worked so much with Allison on the design and subsequent decisions, I have to give her top praise. Based on my must haves, and her understanding my sense of style and personality she was able to guide me away from some surfaces to others and, in the end, the alteration to some of the surfaces to what I originally went in wanting are my absolute favorites of the end result. She is SO good. But, seriously everybody on the team is so good.They really want to know the all you and what makes you happy in your space. And they marry that with their in depth knowledge and expertise to guide you along the way to your spectacular dream space. And they dont stop until every last detail is exactly as you wish. I highly recommend Nip Tuck to all my friends and family.
