We hired Omar for paint and trim work in our home. We really wanted to update the living space for years and were nervous to undergo a big project. We are so glad to hire Omar for our project. He had been great from start to completing the project.He is an excellent carpenter, and his skills are quite apparent in the work he performed in our home. Omar is great for any kind of trim/paint work and we are especially in awe of the coffered ceiling he completed for us in the living room.I would definitely recommend Omar to anyone and would hire him again for future work.

Omar is a very friendly and easy-going person. Hes responsive to calls and messages, and his quote is fair for the work. I wish I had hired him instead.Initially, I reached out to my previous carpenter, who installed the kitchen cabinets in my secondary house 13 years ago, and did a great job. Naturally, I contacted him for the same work in my primary houses kitchen renovation, updating the foyer stair, and building a new mantel for the fireplace. However, he was tied up with another job. So, I called Omar and requested an estimate. He promptly came out and provided a price quote for the work, assuring me that he could complete the work in two weeks. I was ready to proceed with Omar, but then my old carpenter called and said he could start the work in a week. Based on my positive past experience, I decided to go with him instead.Now, Im regretting my decision because six weeks later, my project is still incomplete.

I had McKenzie’s trim work redo my floors and custom build a wall unit in my living room. I was extremely pleased with the results. Floors look great and my wall unit is beautiful!!
