I have been a customer of Bob’s for 3+ years. He and his partner Mark are the absolute Best plumbers. And, I have recently had a major emergency when a copper hot water pipe burst in my ceiling. Bob and Mark were here within a 1/2 hour. Their work is stellar. And, they are so clean and pleasant to deal with. I always know my plumbing jobs are done absolutely perfect and don’t have to worry. And, Bob’s wife Mary Anne is always so accommodating and the nicest person to deal with. I highly recommend Bob Hoegler plumbing if you want an excellent plumber.

Came out and took care of my main issue and helped with two other issues we found. Yes he is expensive, but he knows what he is doing, and gets it done fast and clean. If you want to save money try youtube, but for me calling Bob was the right choice. Hopefully no more leaks, but I will call Bob again if needed.

I called to set up a service visit on a Sunday, and from my first conversation with Maryann, I knew I had made the right choice! She was so kind, and a pleasure to speak to! I recently used Bob Hoegler as the plumber in my kitchen renovation project. He did a wonderful job and everything was working in a few hours. He is now my new plumber. Here is whyWe were renovating our kitchen, I get home around 4:00 pm and the cabinet installer tells me we need to move the gas connection a few inches because it was too close to the edge of the cabinet.This needed to happen ASAP so I called a plumbing company that I have used in the past (large one for the central NJ area) and they informed me that the soonest they could come to give me an estimate was in two days and the work could be done the following week. I could not wait that long so I started looking for local plumbers that could do it sooner.Using my computer, I got some plumbers numbers & started making calls to see if they could help me. When I got to Bob the person on the phone told me that she would have Bob call me in a few minutes. He called I explained my situation and the urgency of getting this done ASAP.Bob and his men where at my house 2 hours later and moved the gas line on the spot. My project was not delayed due to his help. When I needed the rest of the installation to be finished I call Bob again & he got all my appliances hooked up and running.Bob Hoegler is my new plumber & I highly recommend his company.

He runs his operation well (including good follow-up from his wife re when he will arrive @ appointments, easy estimates, and good recommendations), provides very high-quality workmanship, makes sure to answer any questions about what hes done, and leaves the area he worked in clean and neat. We have used Bob for jobs from new water heaters to replacing faucets to installing new toilets & simply wouldnt use anyone else. Hi - I rarely write reviews but for Bob , I am compelled to.I recently sold my home in which I used another licensed plumber to fix a minor leak in our basement. It turns out the repair job was not done properly and created a huge problem that was going to jeopardize the closing.I found Bob out of chance through local google, saw the reviews and took a shot. He arrived, inspected and gave his honest opinion on what to do. We took his advice to delay the repair (due to weather) knowing that it was a chance of delaying the sale - Bob was transparent and explained his reasoning. In our minds, were thinking - wow a a technician who actually wasnt just quick to do the repair in hopes of just getting paid quickly...Bob came back, late night and weekend - went above and beyond and repaired the issue. World of a difference, both myself as a the seller and the buyer were very pleased with the work done. It was professional, it was clean and you can tell the workmanship was top notch.I just want to thank Bob, his lovely wife , and accommodating me through a very desperate time. My water heater started to leak a couple of days before I was leaving for vacation. I needed it to be replaced ASAP. I had called a different company first who quoted me a higher price than Bob and who also could not complete it as quickly. Bob made a not-so-fun experience palatable for me and my husband. We moved into a new house and the shower and toilet backed up. He came out within an hour and half of being called at 8am on a Sunday to fix the problem. He also identified a bigger issue that we were somewhat concerned about and came out the following morning to fix it. With the heavy rains we had, my sump pumped must of worked twice as hard. I noticed it wasnt kicking in anymore and realize it stopped working. My limited plumbing skills told me it was broke, I still had water rising so I could not leave it for another day. I called Bob Hoagler which several friends used and raved about the quality service. I called to schedule an appointment for what I thought was a simple drip in the bathtub pipping. I sent Maryann Hoegler a picture to help identify what parts, if any, may be needed. Shortly after I got a call from Bob Hoegler. He noticed in the picture a discoloration of the thermostatic mixing valve, which is a device that regulates hot water temperature. When he arrived the same day with Mark to investigate they confirmed that the valve was the culprit. Then came another unexpected challenge. The valve was located in a place that is very hard to reach. Bob and Mark came up with a game plan to deal with the reach problem and replaced the valve. The seals needed to settle. Bob and Mark came back a couple of days later to turn on the water and inspect. The repair was completed. My wife and I were impressed with Bob and Marks workmanship and professionalism.

We were redoing our kitchen and I wanted a plumber to take a look at some issues with the way the kitchen sink plumbing, including the water meter, were set up. Its always looked like a mess, and we knew it wasnt right. The water meter was also in an annoying spot taking up a lot of useful cabinet space. On top of that the mainshut off valve was the old kind you keep turning and turning until finally its off, and I KNEW that would eventually leak/break. I figured Im investing a lot in a new kitchen I dont want to ruin it if that happens, and now while there were no cabinets in the way it made sense to do it. So I called around and Bob had great reviews plus was able to come that day and look at it. He pointed out several issues in addition to my concerns which made sense, and gave me a quote. While it seemed pricey, plumbing is just never cheap, and I had already received a similar quote from another plumber over the phone, so I went for it and did the WHOLE thing, including moving the water meter into a better spot. I knew it was a lot of work, and again I wanted to protect my investment.Bob and his assistant did a Fantastic job! He even found another issue, a cut in another pipe that could leak, and patched that up without charging me extra. My wife came home and LOVED how much better it looked. He put in TWO 1/4 turn pro shut off valves for the main water. The 2nd was at an easier spot for me to access, and he threw that in at no extra charge too! Thats DOUBLE the safety if 1 ever goes (which it should not!). He put in new hot and cold water valves, plus the fridge water and dishwasher links, and he replaced the drain pipe correctly right up to the main waste pipe and capped it so I could finish it up once the cabinets and sink were in place. After that we got the new cabinets in, and what a difference that made in how we could use that space, and how much NICER It looked and functioned. I was able to finish up the plumbing myself with the instructions he provided. He quoted me a price if I needed him to come back and hook all that up, but THAT I could handle. However I could NOT do what he did with everything else. Its absolutely worth it to hire a professional and Bob is an artist. Thanks Bob for a great job, getting it done quickly and professionally, and putting up with my occasional supervising haha. I know it will last us and it was absolutely worth every penny!! For over forty years I have used their services and NEVER had I regretted it. They are professional in all areas and definitely set the standard for the profession. Their prices are reasonable and the individuals take the time to explain before and after the repairs what caused the problem. One year they responded in a snow storm at 9:00PM with twelve inches of snow on the roads (and their truck). I would never think of using someone else. It will be (much later I hope) a difficult task to replace this company. The owner Bob has become a friend that I see in the area and we always wave to each other. There are other commercial plumbing companies out there but none give the personal touch that they extend. Five stars is NOT enough to say what I think of Bob Hoegler Plumbing. *******

Bob immediately came over and assessed the situation and confirmed that the unit should be replaced. Two days later, he and Mark showed up and promptly replaced it. I have used Hoegler plumbing for 20 years . All the work Bob has done for me has been first class.They have always been here when they said they would , did the job in a timely manner and I’ve never had one issue with the work performed. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs

Bob Hoegler has been our only plumber for around 25 years. We have always found him to be a professional, knowledgeable, and reliable plumber. When Bob does a job you know it is done correctly and he wont have to come back to fix it. His experience and personal attention to detail reassures you that he will complete the job worry-free. One important factor is we know we can count on Bob to save us when plumbing troubles arise. Once Bob came to our house on Easter Sunday to fix the bathroom toilet when we had a house full of company. He also came once at 8:00 pm when we had water in the basement. These are only two examples that show he cares about his customers. I would highly recommend Bob Hoegler for any plumbing job you have. Needed a line repaired on a gas dryer. Called 3 other places no one answered. Called Hoegler plumbing and the phone was quickly answered. Give a appointment for later in the afternoon. Bob and his helper arrived on time and went right to work. The fixed the issue and cleaned up after the finished. If youre looking for a good plumber give him a call. He maybe not be the cheapest around but he will fix it right the first time.

Contacted this company on a Sunday and someone immediately answered the phone, was friendly and set up appointment the very next day. Bob came out and completed the work quickly and was affordable. Bob and his partner were friendly/courteous and checked other small plumbing issue questions while on site. Will only use this company moving forward.

I was very pleased with the service that we received. Bob came the same day, even though it was a Saturday. Bobs wife called to keep me posted on what time he would arrive and he arrived exactly when she said. Bob knew just what we needed and my husband was able to get the fixture while the plumbers worked. All the work was completed within a couple of hours. They worked very cleanly. The floor may actually have been cleaner when they left!

Bob hoegler of Hoegler Plumbing did several plumbing jobs at my home. In every case the job was completed in an excellent manner. Not only did Bob replace my hot water heater and associated piping but he checked the plumbing in the entire house advising me of potential problems. He also let me know that the water pressure in my house was low and replaced the pressure valve raising the pressure to an acceptable level. My water pressure was so low before he replaced the valve my sprinkler heads would not come up in certain areas. Now my entire sprinkler system works better then when it was new. Bob also checked the water pressure at each sink to make sure that the system was balanced. Bob is very professional and very informative. He did not pressure me concerning other faults that he found. Bob is always available when a plumber is needed. He comes to my house within the same day. I never had to wait more than one day for service. He leaves the area he works in cleaner then he found it. When the township inspected the job Bob did, not only did it pass inspection but the inspector told me that he did excellent work and that applies to all the jobs he does in the township. I will always call on Bob in the future for my plumbing needs. You get what you pay for and Hoegler Plumbing gives you the best job in the plumbing field.

I called Bob when I had an emergency situation with my water heater and needed help fast. He was recommended by my father because he had done great work for him as well. Even though my home is quite a bit further from Bobs central location, they said they could get there that day. They took the time to go over all of my options beforehand so they were ready to go when they arrived, and to make sure my new water heater would be the type that was the best fit for my family. Work was efficient, clean, and professional. They even added a new emergency pan with a discharge into my French drain and spotted and replaced a couple of old nearby valves that were in poor condition after we discussed. They also followed up to go over everything involved with the permit, to make sure I had everything I needed for the necessary paperwork. I will use their services in the future and highly recommend Bob Hoegler Plumbing.

Early one morning my water heater broke. I called Bob Hoegler and he came out that afternoon and seamlessly installed a new water heater. He completed everything same day, and by the afternoon we had hot water. I cant say enough good things about his company, they were extremely professional and friendly. He also charged a very fair amount, and also made the permit process very easy and took care of everything. He is the only person I would call back for future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

Two weeks ago, on a Friday afternoon, I could no longer switch the sponges around the kitchen faucet fast enough. The leaks underneath the sink were ok because out of sight. I first called the plumber in my area with many fantastic reviews. They would send someone Monday to give me an estimate. If I didnt approve, I forfeit the $78.(??) I then called Hoegler. He arrived about 2 hours later, looked over the situation, told me what it would cost & that he has his full shop in the truck. He encountered unforseen issues from 37 year old plumbing & a botched professional hookup of a reverse osmosis tank & filters which caused needing new pipes to be welded on. The first time I witnessed in person someone with the failure is not an option mindset. And he disposed of the osmosis rusted tank & 4 filters & hoses that filled the cabinet & I removed earlier to the bathtub. Thank you Bob! I just hope if theres a next time, youll have a good ringtone!

I figured Ill do a Google search on the company and was amazed to find that almost 95% or more of the reviews were positive. I didnt look for any one else. I called around 8:45am and before the third ring there was avery pleasant voice at the other end. MaryAnn set up the appointment and Bob was in my home before 11am. He did an absolutely fabulous job, very proffessionally and at a very resonable rate. I am thoroughly pleased and satisfied with the work he did and he will be coming back to do some major repairs for me in the very near future.
