    This is the best service experience, very professional and clean job. We called 5 providers in emergency situation in the morning at 7:00AM and Len is the one who responded quickly and not just that.. looking at the situation they gave the best price across all that show up after their coffee break. Couple of them just doubled their quotes thinking I have no options left in this situation. One company was more ahead suggesting they can file an insurance claim too for me lol.     I can see why so many five star reviews. They are the best plumbing company I have ever worked with. My technician was amazing - great clean work, very friendly and spent more time on the free first visit than other companies and gave me more options. Plus their price was much lower. Highly recommended and will be my go to plumbing company going forward.

    The LTP office answered our call immediately and scheduled an appointment with us for the next day, which other services either wouldnt do or charged an overtime fee for. Our technician Gavin arrived right on time and was very professional and polite. He diagnosed the issues with our two toilets and provided pricing information for repairs up front, which we found agreeable. He worked quickly and had both toilets back in proper working order within a half an hour. Were definitely pleased with the turnaround, service and cost! For our specific problems, Len wound up being cheaper AND faster than other local options. Thanks so much!

    I had a great experience with Len the Plumber! Phillip and Dan replaced a leaking valve, installed a new water heater, added a new isolation valve for the main line, and removed an unnecessary valve.The team was professional, timely, and explained each step clearly.     First and foremost, weā€™re extremely grateful to Piotr Guzialc for really coming through during an emergency. Our faucet was not only leaking but wouldnā€™t stop running and it happened so suddenly. He was very quick to find out what the problem was and went above and beyond to make the repairs. Not only did Piotr control the sink that wouldnā€™t stop running, he provided us with a whole new faucet and switched out the pipe and valve so that it would be easier to shut off the water should we need to. Heā€™s on time, really came through during an emergency, did such a thorough job, very professional, pleasant, and is very skilled at what he does. We highly recommend Piotr! You wonā€™t be disappointed!

    Really happy and satisfied with the service Sam provided in fixing a pinhole leak in my basement water pipe. He was very professional from the time he arrived and mindful in keeping the area clean while fixing the issue as my basement floor is carpeted, I hardly had any any cleanup after he left. I would highly recommend this company and Sam as a technician for any plumbing issues.

    I came home to find water dripping from my dining room ceiling. Len the Plumber was the only plumber who responded to my urgent phone call for emergency help. Edwin arrived on the scene , assessed the problem and took immediate action. The next day, Sam arrived to do the actual plumbing repair. Both Edwin and Sam were extremely punctual, professional, friendly and provided high quality work. I am a very satisfied customer because of the excellent job that both Edwin and Sam did. Because Sam did the majority of the necessary repair, I highly recommend him and will be calling him again for all my future plumbing work, esp. a water filtration system.

    I had a great experience with Devon today from Len the Plumber. He was courteous and wore shoe protectors to protect the flooring to enter our upstairs bathroom. Great customer service! He was thorough and asked if anything else could be done besides the bath faucet that needed to be replaced.     I can not recommend this company more! I will try and keep this short. We have been dealing with failing sump pumps and flooding in our basement for almost a year. We had many diagnostic visits done from several companies and not one could give us an answer on what was going on. Saturday our basement flooded again. I went online looking for reviews and came across Len The Plumber. I called and right away someone picked up and said they will have a technician out within 2 hours. Gavin showed up. He was attentive, listened to us, he was kind, passionate about the situation and eager to help to ultimately find a solution. After spending over 2 hours here to diagnosis the issue, he returned on Monday with a teammate, Sam. They were here from 8:30am to 6pm. They worked tirelessly in a hot and wet basement. They were meticulous, thorough and updated us through out the entire process. They installed new sump pumps with a battery backup, ran new pvc lines and ensured the integrity of the system. They were an absolute pleasure to work with and I could not recommend them and their services enough! Thank you again to Gavin and Sam @ Len The Plumber!!!! You guys are the best.

    Edwin was on time, very pleasant person and worked well. Why 4-Star? I had faucent and soap dispenser with Brushed Nickel plating. I am sure Edwin can see that. But the Moen Faucet he installed is Chrome plated. Drastic difference! Why did Edwin do that, only he knows. Customer has particular finish faucet for some reason.

    I had a very good experience with Devon from Len the Plumber. He knew his stuff, he explained clearly what my options were and once I chose the next step, he went about his business with competence and expertise.For my situation, the fact that Len the Plumber includes a camera inspection with the snaking/jetting meant I could get what I needed for a price that was as good as or better than the other folks. You should know that the camera inspection is done separately from the work on clearing the drains, so you may need to wait for that step.

    We had a plumbing issue on a Saturday and I was so stressed as we also had a party during that EXACT day. I called one company and they didnā€™t have any technician available. I then came across Len the plumber on google and gave it a try. We had an operator answer right away and sent a technician within 3-4 hours. I was even happier to find out that Gavin (plumber) 1-2 hours earlier than expected. He was very professional and got the job done the same day!     I cannot recommend this company, and employee Edwin Romero, enough. My shower faucet handle and cartridge broke on a Friday night after 5 PM, I was able to reach a service agent within an hour, and had a plumber (Edwin) scheduled for the very next morning. He fixed and replaced everything with no issues, and then we discovered a catastrophic issue with my mainline. He knew exactly how to work with the city to get my water shut off on a Saturday, Memorial Day weekend no less, and we had it all fixed within a day. I made it clear that I knew what ā€œpipe,ā€ ā€œsink,ā€ and ā€œwaterā€ meant, and that was about it, so he was careful to explain everything to me and made sure I understood what he was doing and why. Give this man a bonus and a raise!

Called for plumbing service on a Saturday and came that day within 1 hour.Evaluated tasks at hand and clearly explained what had to be done and why ; gave me an honest written estimate and when I approved the work, completed the work quickly, efficiently and neatly. Made some recommendations that I will consider for the future .They do not cut corners and deliver high quality work. Two plumbers came out: Gavin and Edwin.     I cannot say enough nice things about Len the Plumber. Our 2nd floor toilet leaked into our kitchen ceiling (the seal needed to be replaced). In a panic, we called about 8 different companies on a Sunday and within 60 seconds, Len the Plumber called back. THAT SAME DAY (impressive!), Robert showed up and was wonderful. He fixed the problem quickly then even gave us a recommendation for a mold remediation company (Quest Air, also fantastic!).     Great service! Technician was very thoughtful and thorough. Arrived within the promised timeframe, gave me 2 job estimates and their prices based on what he thought the problem was. He started with the easier, more reasonable solution and that solved the problem with my toilet. Job was finished within an hour, and you donā€™t have to pay until the job is complete. Cost more than I expected, but still reasonable considering the effort put in to fixing my toilet (the solution was easy, but the job wasnā€™t). I would definitely call them again, definitely recommend.

    Brad was very professional, got the job done quick and clean, made sure everything worked and no leaks before he left - 5 star service by Brad.The reason for 4 stars is because the work was pricy. Paid close to $500 for replacement of a shut off valve. The need for copper piping came after we agreed on the price, but price remained the same.See pictures below.

    Adam was fantastic! He explained what he found, explained that the tech team would review the findings. While we waited, he then explained the different options available, depending on what the tech team decided, so I had time to think about what was best for me. He answered all my questions. When the tech team got back to him, I decided to have HIM install the unit because I felt very comfortable with how he presented himself and how he explained what was wrong so I could understand.He then made sure to put me on the schedule first thing Saturday morning so I could get hot water back into the home. On Saturday, he and his co-worker arrive on time. They explained what they would be doing and how long it would take. They were also so quiet that I forgot they were there until they come upstairs to get something from the truck.When they finished, Adam explained everything to me about the unit and the front panel, as well as the warranty will remain intact for the remaining 3 years of the original unit. I canā€™t say enough about what a great experience it was.I also want to mention that there was an ambulance in front of my house when Adam arrived the first day because my elderly mom fell and we needed help. Adam respectfully waited for them to leave before getting out of the truck and coming to the door. To me that spoke volumes about his character!! I REALLY appreciated that because I was a little frazzled during that time.I will definitely call Len the Plumber again should I need anything else done and will also recommend them to my friends and tell them to ask for Adam specifically. HE WAS AMAZING! I also must mention that Adamā€™s co-worker during the installation was also fantastic. Since I didnā€™t receive a separate survey for him, I felt I should mention it in this one.

Called the 24-hour emergency line and received prompt response. Received a scheduling callback at 7:45. Technician was in-site at 8:45. Gavin, the technician sized up the job with efficiency, a practical eye and an eye for keeping cost as low as professionalism allows. Gavin was communicative, efficient, worked neatly and cleanly. I had a plumber for the past 38 years who passed away last year. my first experience with a new tech and company was MOST satisfying. I will utilize again and recommend to others!

    Len should get 6 stars! We had a serious water leak in the basement on a Saturday. Len was the only plumber who could fix it on Sunday, everyone else said sometime next week. Edwin Romero was the plumber who came at 11 Sunday morning. He diagnosed the issue and he waited while a water company technician came out to shut off the supply at the street. He replaced two valves in under an hour, putting them in a more convenient location, and they look and work great. The price was in line with what I expected and there was no surcharge for Sunday service. I will rely on Len for future plumbing needs.

    I grew up next door to a plumber and worked for him over several summers, so these observations are not totally unenlightened.My experience with technician Adam Kovacs & Len The Plumber Jamesburg started with the office staff; the woman that answered was polite, listened carefully, and understood my particular water heater problem precisely. She told me that she was able to send someone over that same day and I was given an approximate time.Prior to the visit, I received a text message that included Adams photo, a thumbnail bio, and additional information. I thought this was a particularly nice touch.Adam arrived on time and was quickly able to diagnose the issue. He was able to provide me, on the spot, with a clear description of the trouble and an emailed estimate for parts & labor.Because the appointment was late in the afternoon, it was necessary to pick up the replacement part the following morning. Once again, Len The Plumber clearly communicated via text messaging what I should expect with respect to arrival time as well as who (Adam again) was going to do the work.Given the experience of my youth, I was able to appreciate that Adam was thoughtful, careful, and thorough. All in all a very professional job!Some have noted that Len The Plumbers rates are perhaps on the high side. For my part, I would much rather pay a little more and obtain a professional, quality, job than hire someone that isnt as careful and that cuts corners.So over all I am very pleased with my experience with Adam & Len The Plumber.

    Andy was great. My old sump pump had failed and had to replace on emergency. They arrived soon and did the work. Andy was courteous professional and friendly. The scheduling from Len the plumber was also prompt and efficient.The cost is on the higher side and I paid almost double what I had paid 4 years back.There was one issue however. Noticed the following day that the pump was not triggering even when the float was all the way up and water was above the pump.Pushing the float and the pump restarted it. This happened a few times.I reported this and they sent a different technician.I tried to help showing the videos and pictures of the new pump not working.I also noticed that there was no weep hole on the discharge pipe which could cause an air lock and make the pump run dry. I told this to the new technician and he seemed to have an attitude and said he did not know about weep hole on sump discharge pipes:(He kept calling his boss for directions.I told the new tech to tell his boss to make sure the new sump pump works properly and not stop working like this, otherwise I will hold ā€œLen the plumber ā€œ company liable for any water damage to my basement.Anyways, he said the pump casing may be touching the sump pit grooves and he made room in the pit and put the sump pump on some platform and also drilled a weep hole on the discharge pipe.The pump is working now and I will update this review if any further issues.Overall I found ā€œLen the plumberā€ helpful and Andy was a very friendly and courteous and professional technician who had to replace the sump pump in the sump pit full of water and with water flowing in.

    Devon from Len the Plumber was absolutely fantastic. He was at our door around an hour after we called, on a Saturday afternoon of a Holiday weekend. He was courteous, friendly and listened to exactly what I wanted and did it in a short amount of time. Within a couple of hours time, we went from having no water at all in the house to having our water back on and the initial break repaired to better than originally done.     We had Robert Pinnock come out to us today (Memorial Day) to fix our long over due tub drain problem. He came on time and was quick and thorough. He explained and showed us the problem and how some of our tub parts worked. I really appreciated that! He was very kind and knowledgeable. The only reason I took off one star (and it has nothing to do with Robert ) is because we originally had someone scheduled to come out this past Saturday between 8:00am-11:00am. We had to reschedule because it was already 11:00am and *I* had to call into the office and ask them their status. Had I not called, they wouldnā€™t have gone into the system to check on the status of our technician and see that there was a note on there stating they were going to be an additional one hour on their current job and that didnā€™t include travel. We couldnā€™t sit around and wait forever especially since we had a window time and an update would have been the right and professional thing to do. All in all, thank you for your help!

    Len The Plumber is very accommodating. The dispatcher Chris works closely with me to arrange and schedule the plumbing service due to the water companyā€™s difficulties to get the water shut off time. Chris is very flexible and helped me to arrange the first plumber who is available to fit into the water companyā€™s water shut off schedule. The plumber Edwin is very professional and courteous. After he finished the main water shutoff valves replacement, he checked everything carefully to make sure no leaks. He waited for 1+ hours for the water company to come by to turn the water on to make sure there is no leaks. He patiently go though what needs to be done to shutoff water with new valves. In addition, he also provides an advisory on a couple of plumbing problems that he sees and explained to me on what needs to be done to fix the problems. He also provided an estimate if I decided to have the plumbing problems fixed. Iā€™m very happy with the excellent services that both Chris and Edwin provided.     Len the Plumber came out the very same day for my kitchen sink draining issue. The sink was pooling water and seemed quite backed up. As opposed to just offering a snake to temporarily get rid of the issue, Brad diagnosed the root cause of the issue. The permanent fix was onlymarginally more than the snake itself, and I appreciated his thoughtfulness. The team came the very next day and completed the job and the sink was back to normal.     I had a stubborn clog in my bathroom sink. Brad and Daniel came on short notice, were very friendly and professional, and quickly got the drain open. When it stopped running again, Robert came (also on short notice) and cleared it, replacing an old tee that prevented me from snaking the pipe myself. And he did so for a very reasonable price.I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone with any sort of plumbing issue. Five stars out of five.
