Was having issues with the main sewer line from my house backing up causing it to spill out of my floor drains in the basement. Had other companies come out and give me insane prices for them to install a clean out in front. Talked to R.J. Graham plumbing and was relieved at the price. Everyone that we delt with here was super professional and so knowledgeable on everything that needed to be done. They truly do put the customer first and have the best quality of work. Highly recommend using them for any and all plumbing issues.

This was an amazing experience! I was recommended by a former co worker and let me tell you they didnt disappoint! When I called to get an estimate, I spoke with June. She is the most personable and amazing manager. I told her what I was looking for and she asked a few follow ups to make sure her tech was informed. Turns out its a family business!! Her husband came out and went over everything and gave a high quote. But it only looks high until you see why. With my hot water heater, there is a 5 year warranty. Included in the price of install is 5 I repeat 5 yearly maintenance flushes included. I asked why and they said they want to make sure everything works well. This team is built on service and these days that means so much. I highly recommend them to anyone who has any plumbing needs!!!

Steve and his crew are awesome! My hot water heater started leaking water on a Thursday. He had his son come out on Friday and diagnose the issue. New hot water heater needed, but old one was still under warranty! Got the new one ordered and Steve put us on the calendar for the following Monday. Highly recommend.

I came into town to move my 19 year old son to Mokena. Right after we arrived the same day, the refrigerator broke. We pulled it out and noticed a copper water line. This house is super old, and we were not comfortable messing with it. Not knowing the area, I checked Google and just selected this plumbing business. I called at 9 am and a sweet, beautiful lady answered the phone. I told her the situation, and she explained she was booked solid. But as we talked a little more and told her I would be leaving soon and another fridge was on the way, she called her husband, who is the owner, and he agreed to fit us in. 2 hours went by, and there was a knock at the door. The owners son came, who is also a plumber. He knew what to do. And not only did he disconnect the line, but also took the time to show my son everything. This was not so easy. As this house was very old and had to go into the ceiling and find the water cut off. He was so very nice and knew his job. He was professional, friendly, kind, and the whole family was very accommodating. These guys are our new plumbers. And as much as I love giving this well-deserved review, I just know they will be even more busy now. Thank you for coming to the rescue, R.J. Graham plumbing.

Can’t say enough good things about this plumbing company. They replaced our very large, 75 gallon water heater and we’re on time, neat, professional, polite and cost competitive. Charges were exactly what was agreed upon prior to the job - no hidden fees. They also took our old water heater away, not just to our curb. Six year guarantee on labor on this particular water heater. RJ Graham is officially our “go to” plumbers after this experience. You will not regret hiring them for your work.

Have been using Rj Graham plumbing for years now.. Well run company where customer satisfaction is number one.. Had clogged drain and unlike other times this one stopped everything in house. Called them night before and when they opened called us right away…mentioned they were all booked for today but would be out next day… Before hanging up said …if unable to use upstairs plumbing to call back(tried upstairs and everything started to back up at problem spot downstairs.) They got back to me within the hour and said we’ll be out today!! Steven our plumber was polite and very attentive to our new carpet. He was informative and did a excellent job clearing the drain… Made sure it was to our satisfaction.. As I have stated before about RJ Graham plumbing, there are so many 1-800 companies that promise this or that but RJ plumbing DELIVERS! Thanks again Steve and thanks again RJ Graham plumbing!!!

I wanted to be sure to review this business because the Google reviews are what led me to them. Hands-down the best plumbing experience I have ever had. So easy to make an appointment, seamless communication re: the arrival window (day before) and specific time (day of). The leak was quickly detected (one upstairs toilet was not correctly set) and repaired. Plus the plumber was friendly, clearly managed my expectations, and basically left no trace (and we are a neatnik household).

Initially coming in to find the source of a hammer/air lock, it was quickly fixed with a push of a hanger into place. I asked for some pricing on changing a toilet and installing new fittings to three toilets. Pricing was realistic, service by Logan was efficient, and he was on time and was quiet with the work he completed. I can add to their highly satisfied clients!

My hot water heater went out late one night. I called RJ Graham first thing in the morning to see if someone could come out. Gina and Alfonso arrived to my home and determined I need a new unit and installed that afternoon! Both Gina & Alfonso were very nice and also professional.Also I spoke to Dana in the office who I felt went above and beyond by checking my warranty of the heater. The unit ended up being under warranty so it only cost me labor! Much less than what it could have been. Friendly customer service, speedy service & very professional!

I needed a water meter added onto my sprinkler system. My 2 neighbors had them installed so I knew a ball park price what it would run. I had 2 plumbers come out and give me estimates which were ridiculously over priced. These other two plumbers also were in and out in 5 mins and way over priced. RJ was the 3rd and final estimate. I decided to go with them mainly because they’re were honest, took time to explain what they’d be doing for the job, and even helped me with figuring out another plumbing issue I’ve been having (not why I initially called them but it was nice of Steve to let me pick his brain on why my basement flooded a few months back.) They also didn’t try and rip me off on the job and squeezed me in on the Eve of 4th of July weekend. I finally found a plumbing company that is all about doing honest and quality work and not looking to rip off customers to make a quick buck. I’m glad I found them and will be using them on all future plumbing needs.

Steve and Apprentice fixed all our plumbing in the basement leaks in the basement Sump pump, Water heater, Washer, and Inject Value. They are immaculate, clean, and respectful to the customers. We were so shocked how much he charged us, unbelievably reasonable price; I could not believe it, wow. Steve teaches apprentices very well and thoroughly. Always happens in the coldest of days - a gas leak in the basement. Nicor verified the leak and advised a plumber was needed to repair the pipe/join. RJ Graham have performed several repairs recently and I had no hesitation in calling them. Well after hours, with a rather long and miserable job where RJ Graham found a few extra joints to tighten and made it all good! Made certain systems were working and I had heat. Very efficient, fair pricing and super service by Steve!

We had a block in the line from a toilet in an upstairs bathroom. We tried to snake the line back & forth for 2 days with no luck. Gave up and called R.J. Graham Monday at 6:37 / 6:40 they responded with an appt the next day window between 2-5 pm. Received a text when plumber was in route. Steve (the plumber) asked what was going on and give me price on the cost if he could fix it with what I describe. But would let me know if he had to change the course of action and would cost more. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed resolved our issue with the original price quoted. Hopefully we dont have to, but if needed will use again!

Wanted to have my sum-pump replaced after having an issue with water in our basement. We thought the issue was having no power for 4 hours one night, but when Alfredo came out he actually showed me the brains of my sump pump was not working. Had I not called them out all the work I did cleaning up the water in my basement would have been for nothing. Thank you RJ Graham for understanding my anxiety (thank you Dana), getting one of your plumbers out (thank you Alfredo) and installing a new sump pump and a battery back up. RJ Graham save our lives. We had a gas leak in our crawl space from two pipes so Nicor turned off our gas another plumber came out quoted a price that was more the twice the price we paid at RJ. The other plumbers also wanted to tear a giant hole in our wall and just putty our existing pipes. RJ came out replaced all the pipes, joints, a furnace switch, and didnt have to make a giant hole in the wall to get the job done. Jim was great and walked us through the whole process! I highly recommend RJ for their solid work and honesty!

Dennis hauled a new water heater down my basement steps and the old one out. Heavy lifting, hard work. He had to reconfigure what I considered to be complex connections atop the new water heater, which he completed without any subsequent issues. When he was near completion he was happy to answer any questions I had about the units operation. My old water heater had been in place 17 years and had started to leak. Thanks to Dennis and RJ Graham, I have no worries into the future about my water heater.

I had Steve come out and do a detailed inspection of all of piping functionality. Another plumbing company suggested we do a service that would have cost us over $600. I called RJ Graham Plumbing for a 2nd opinion. Steve took his time to check everything out and explained everything in great detail. He addressed other issues worth fixing that made much more sense than what the other company was suggesting. He fixed some minor clogging issue in one bathroom and didn’t even ask for a dime. I would definitely recommend this company for an honest and detailed estimate and inspection of your plumbing.

AMAZING Experience.Called to schedule an appointment to have the bathroom sink drain unclogged. I had tried to snake the drain but couldnt get far enough and the cleanout wasnt budging. As a home owner (and a guy), its painful to call for service on anything that i should theoretically be able to do myself .... deciding to call them was the most painful part of the entire experience but apparently i have issues.When i called, the person who answered was very friendly and made accommodations around my schedule. The gentleman who showed up was courteous, concerned about cleanliness and was very friendly. As I watched, he explained what he was doing and kept me in the loop as far as possible next steps.I would recommend R.J.Graham for anyone in the area who needs a plumber. The price for rodding was a reasonable 165 which was communicated before the work began..

Called R.J. Graham Plumbing because I had a leak upstairs that was causing water to come in thru the ceiling drywall. Steve was the Tech that came out and he did an amazing job. He was very thorough and explained exactly what the issue was. I installed a faucet in my upstairs bathroom and I did it properly except the copper pipe had a scuff in it which was causing water to backfeed into the wall when the shower was on. He was also very social. Would definitely recommend this company. I will definitely be using them in the future should I have a plumbing issue.
