    I cant say enough about the prompt, professional and courteous service we received from Chicagoland Plumbing. Max & Rich came to our home just hours after we discovered our existing Water Heater had failed. They installed a new unit in just a couple of hours and did a great job. Everything was left neat and clean and we once again had hot water. I wholeheartedly recommend Chicagoland Plumbing!

    Chicagoland Plumbing was prompt in their reply to my request for an estimate and easy to schedule estimator. Estimator was knowledgeable and friendly and provided answers to all of my questions. I received an email with the estimate the next day with a very competitive price. Scheduling the service crew was just as easy with a quick phone call.The service crew arrived within their schedule 1 hour window and were very professional, friendly, and respectful of my home. They kept me informed of their progress and were efficient in their work. They completed their work of installing a new natural gas tap to my garage heater, performed leak test, ensured all my appliances were running before leaving and cleaned up the work area.I would recommend their services to anyone.

    Chicagoland responded promptly to my call. They set the appointment and were here on time. Maxwell and I believe Jacob were friendly and respectful. Put their shoe covers on when they entered. Left to get us a new faucet. Installed quickly. Cost was higher then I expected. We are seniors on a fixed income. Overall, we would use you again.

    I highly recommend Chicagoland Plumbing Services. I needed my kitchen drain rodded the day before Christmas Eve in -20 degree weather and they showed up within an hour. The plumber was very professional and explained everything he was doing. He kept a very clean workspace and made sure everything he moved was back in place prior to leaving. These guys are top notch.

    One morning this past winter, I noticed that my water faucet in the bathroom would not stop flowing. So I quickly searched online for plumbers and of course, many of them were already at work or booked for the next few days. Chicago Plumbing Services was also booked however, they sent Brian to come out even though he was busy. I was so relieved when my door bell rang and he came exactly at 10am - as promised.He fixed my faucet and I did not have to buy a new one. In addition to that he fixed my kitchen pipework and assessed my heater. The next day, the company called to make sure the work was still good and days later I received a hand written thank you card in the mail, along with a Starbucks gift card...amazing!!Will I use them again? Most definitely!Do I recommend them? Absolutely!

    During an arctic blast, my sump pump pipe froze and created a flood in my crawl space. Max from Chicagoland Plumbing came out and fixed the problem, and helped me fix another issue with the main water shut off. Max was so knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Id highly recommend Chicagoland Plumbing and will be calling them in the spring for other projects!

    I use Chicagoland for all my plumbing services. They are honest, fair and do great work. I would highly recommend them. Their work over the years has included: rodding out my kitchen sink, replaced both my sump pump and ejector pump, fixed outside water spigot and installed a battery back-up sump pump. A+ work completed each time!

    I called Chicagoland plumbing at 6:00 pm on a Saturday for a plumbing emergency. Brian was able to get out within 1 1/2 hours and resolve the issue within an hour.He pointed out a couple issues that may arise in the future and provided an estimate.He kept all of his work areas clean, charged a reasonable rate, and was very professional.I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

    This organization is one of the best that I have ever dealt with. They are completely professional, friendly, and easy to deal with as well. They were not only prompt, but knew exactly what they were doing. My issue was no small matter and they were able to meet my expectations - and went beyond what I needed. I have used other plumbing services in the past and can honestly state that Chicagoland Plumbing is the only company I will call on in the future.     Brian had come to give me a quote about another issue but I had just started having problems with my toilet and tub backing up. Though it wasn’t what he had come for, he leapt into action and solved the blockage. (Probably one of my sweet adorable children dropped something down the toilet). Thanks Brian and the Chicagoland team!Last week the team also installed both a new ejector pump and new sump pump, as well as an outdoor drainage pipe to move sump water away from the house. Awesome team and very responsive!

    We purchased a home and moved in of March this year. Our inspection did not show some of the problems that would arise over the short time living there... The first time we called this company to come out it was in an emergency situation and it was the only company I could get on the phone at 5 pm on a Friday and they had someone out by 630 pm. The rates were completely reasonable and we were very pleasantly surprised by that and how friendly everyone we talked too and had at the house was. Unfortunately, our problem was a little bigger than what we all thought and as soon as the issue came back, they were back at our house ASAP. The owner even came to investigate. Since then we have called them a couple times, some of those calls may have been for reassurance that we could still count of them and other times have had them out to replace pipes. All in all, everyone is always so friendly (this means a lot when you are in such a stressful situation) and the work they have done has been good and fair priced.
