Speaking has a resident at 610 West. I am loving my new apartment and everything at 610 West. You should never get bored! I had a coworker over this past week. She was impressed with how well the grounds are kept, how clean the building is to how friendly all the staff was.Some residents complain that the staff is to strict on the rules. Well, with almost 500 apartments you need to set certain standards so it doesnt turn into a college party zone.With this property having that many units not everyone is going to think the same. I just try to show as much respect as I can!I highly suggest you read all of the lease before moving in. This way you will be aware of the rules. Yes, managment will send out reminders about them. I have no problem with that because I need to be reminded from time to time.
